Disappointed. Cold home certainly to compensate for the air conditioning that displays 16 degrees while we have raised 33 degrees in our room located under the roofs in the heatwave. I was sent for a walk when I reported the problem: "all air conditioning works" was the only response received. Frankly, that the manager invites me to contact him to give him more details, because my opinion does not please him, it makes me a nice leg. It was during our stay that we would have liked the problem to be resolved, not once we left. I had selected this hotel for the comfort it offered and at room prices, I hoped at least that the promise would be kept. Missed : — (

I was staying at this hotel for two nights in the cheapest room during a business delegation. Very convenient location. Quick access to the subway and the center of the city. Pros: clean room, friendly and helpful staff, 24h reception. Cons: very basic breakfast — eggs cheese coffee croissants is nearly the all of possible choices, check-in time 2:30pm seems a bit late, check out is 11am and it doesn’t correlate with the check in — feels like unfair :)

Great hotel. Location for the metro and arc de triomphe is perfect. Room was clean, modern and light. Could see the top of the eiffel tower when I put head out of the window. All staff very helpful and friendly.

The room is very comfortable and well equipped. The service was top notch. The evening reception was friendly. It is a shame that the hotel faces a noisy Street… And there is no soundproofing. So you can hear the sounds… That's a shame. Otherwise, the rests were very good.

Cute hotel in Paris! Despite of arriving 8am in the morning, the reception allowed us to check in without question asked! Thumbs up on the five star service! Fully recommended!

Nice hotel and well located breakfast too expensive.

It's very loud here. The street noise penetrates the windows unhindered, as they do not close properly. And here's a lot of traffic. Unfortunately, it is not really darkening. Room in itself is small but ok. Quite normal for Paris. The cleanliness is ok, too. The foreign hair in the shower wasn't so nice, though.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel it is services, it is rooms and its personal.

The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good and the welcome is nice.

Wonderful stay, extremely helpful reception, provided honest reviews for all the questions and places. The top floor room had a very weak Wi-Fi signal but the view compensated it. People wary of Wi-Fi must not take the top floor.

A few steps from the Ark of Triumph.

Good location, close to the center, and overall nice clean place. The stay was spoiled by the first night. When we arrived to the room, I discovered that ALL towels were dirty (with black — brown stains). When I mentioned it to the receptionists, she wasn't eager at all to help, said that she can't leave her place at the reception. Moreover, she was unpolite and rude. Was looking all the time into her computer, when I talked to her. And when I asked what is her name, she refused to tell me it. Finally she left her place, as I insisted on changing towels, when she finally brought new ones, she nearly threw them to me, and what was even worse — the new towels, were dirty as well! We've got new towels only next day. Other staff at the reception (except for this rude lady) was polite and nice. Breakfast is nothing special, and much overpriced, especially if it's not included in the room price. You'll get much better options for a much better price in the nearest cafe.

Well-located hotel with recently renovated rooms.

I got placed in a room on the top floor and it was very clean. The receptionists were very nice. Minor gripes I have include the elevator being small and the bathtub not having proper splash prevention.

Located in a great location: just a short walk from the metro. On foot you reach the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysee. Very welcoming and clean. Great décor. Polite and kind staff. Great breakfast.

Exceptionally nice service-persons. Very atmospheric and quiet hotel. Well communicated. Possible walk in interesting places of Paris. Close to bus stops shuttle buses to CDG airport and Beauvais airport. Exceptionally reasonable cost per night.

Lovely place, a lot nicer than other hotels we have stayed at while visiting, would definitely recommend. Clean, welcoming and nice breakfast, only bad comment is the maid that was cleaning our room was very rude to us.

I slept 2 nights on the 6th floor. Small attic room with a lot of charm. Typically Parisian with a view over the rooftops of paris. I loved. I love Paris.
