Lived here 3 nights in July 2018. We booked 2 rooms as there were 2 kids. The rooms are all different, I know it's because they changed the room that overlooked the yard. I'm not sure I did the right thing, because the windows on the street are of course beautiful, but fall asleep badly because of the noise of 2 bars. The people don't leave until 3 a. M.
The soundproofing is really crappy just through the doors, you can hear the slamming of the neighbors' doors and the elevator.
The condition of repair is quite normal, plumbing and condoms are working. The rooms have either a shower or a bath, a bed or a paired bed or a two-bedroom.
The main advantage of the hotel — the location: almost no "travelers, " close 2 subway stations, railway station — trains go to Versailles, full of cafes, bars, grocery stores. In the evening you can just walk around the area, there is a small park. Hand to Sec-Reker.
Breakfast is so-so for 10 euros. We went to Brasserie — from the hotel to the left 3 blocks to the church. By the way, there is also a great Italian restaurant Fuchsia.
And finally: I was in Paris for the first time and at first horrified by the mud, but on the 4th day I realized that you just need to look up at the chic architecture, uncluttered balconies, roofs of houses. Then it's OK.

Tiny room but complete firtable kit and pretty bathroom… The view of the wall and window at 2 meters is not the most engaging but it is enough for a night of passage (despite an exorbitant price)
Welcoming staff and very decent breakfast.

Staff very helpful and professional (who does not chew on the French or English will have difficulty getting it understood), clean and well-equipped rooms. The location is favorable, the nearest metro is about 400 meters and you reach the center in a few minutes. The Cost of breakfast is 10 euros (brioches, dried fruit, Macedonia, eggs, ham and cheese, jams, Nutella, yogurt and cafeteria). Recommended to those who want to visit the city and stay in a clean place and without too many pretensions.

Good hotel, amazing staff. People complaining about size should realise this is inside Paris. Good value for money.

Staff lack professionalism. No reception. Very noisy rooms. No double glazing and thin walls like paper. Too expensive for the benefit.

It was a very nice Hotel. Fortunately the reception is always on the rider.

Construction crew ignored do not disturb and glued down a door strip with foul smelling glue. Halls were filthy, not even vacuumed and dirty vacuum left in hall. The front desk clerks were polite and apologetic but said that all the rooms had been done so could not move to another room. Ignoring do not disturb is inexcusable in our opinion. Plus side: good neighborhood for local shops and dining, definitely not tourist centric.

The room is a nice size. The chair is raggity. Their breakfast is okay.

Small bed. The twin bed is not for 2 person. The lift is scary. The brekfeast is poor. The Wi-Fi it's not working all the time. The room is small. Nothing is good whit the hotel. I had to complyen every day. Never ever book her.

As for people, nothing to say, veery friendly and respectful and help solve problems, as far as the hotel, are good pieces but you hear absolutely everything other people do, creak the walls, the minibar is practically in the ears of one When you sleep and very noisy in general.

The service was amazing and thanks to Ibrahim for his kind help and great attitude making our visit even more pleasant! Hotel is in a nice part of town close to transport and bars with cool vibes. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good too!

Small but clean and nice rooms! Breakfast was not ready at 6 as it should be…

Very friendly & helpful staff. 3 star property… and knowing that when booking, this was on the upper end of 3-star for sure. Room itself could use a couple of very minor repairs, but the hot water was hot… the sheets & room were clean, the elevator worked (small … but it worked always). Close to a couple of bistro/bars and the Metro is just a block or so away. Bathroom is generous and has been updated — room is a generous size for Paris standard — would stay here again for sure.

I stayed here for three nights, awesome breakfast, regular bedrooms, but nice price.

Great little hotel with fabulous A/C! Which was needed in July last year. Helpful staff and adequate breakfast in cellar. Only downside is a little noise from bars in street late at night. Fairly convenient to metro, about a ten minute walk.

Great place away from the crowds! Clean & comfortable after long days exploring. Cafe downstairs can be bit loud until around 1am most nights (nothing that earplug can't fix).

My wife, 7month old son, and I stayed here for a week and would stay again. The room was clean and not (overly) cramped like many European hotel rooms. It was not huge though. It is next to 2 bars/cafes and a street that can be noise when the windows are open, but the windows are GREAT! We would close them and put the AC on, and the noise was greatly lowered. We really only ever heard the occasional loud moped, which was good since we had our infant son. We never heard any of our neighbors, but I am not sure if we had many… The breakfast was good, but we only had it a few times. The location is great with metro stops and many restaurants nearby. We ate close to the hotel almost every night. The neighborhood is full of children in strollers! Looking out of our window or eating at the local bar, we would see at least 8 strollers a minute. Not a problem, but it was just amazing how many we saw.

Hotel renovated with care, the rooms are spacious and Nice, between modern and tradition.
Somewhere quiet, with very little traffic, one of my best hotel experience Paris.
Breakfast deserves a little choice, and originality, for the overall score is excellent.
