I can not understand that at this time a hotel room does not have a small fridge, an air-conditioning in case it is hot what in any case those of the bottom I do not know for those street side… A breakfast less than Basic for my taste, I do not believe me in a hotel * * * but in a motel.
The only good sides are the surroundings and the many shops nearby.
It was a professional move and I would share my dissatisfaction with them. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, but the dirty wall could be painted.

Very disappointed, obsolete room, shower tray not fixed to the floor and laid on studs, faucet completely unscrewed, light of the grilled room, electrical outlet coming out of the wall, breakfast room very small and non-compliant for a person with reduced mobility, few Choice, badge problem for opening the chamber door.

I could not put zero stars, pity… honestly nothing was good in this establishment being said 3 stars, a Formula One would do better… the room was dirty and unsanitary. The walls had the plastic coating that was retiring, access through the stairs was dirty. The reception staff could not give me my change at the time of the payment of the coup I had to recover the remaining sum the next day. Even worse, after a first visit I am absent and coming back later I find the toilets dirty, I do not know who could get in but it does not inspire me to trust. Very nice Hotel in a very accessible place and close to Brochant Metro stop. Great service and nice staff towards the guests. I recommend it.

Don't leave your bags at the front desk. The last day they were taken by mistake. They were returned to us, but the nerves were high.

Not as terrific as the name makes it seem. This hotel is just OK. It's in a location that's far from everything cool. The rooms are tiny. We didn't get breakfast with our deal — but their are quite a few breakfast places nearby. The shower was disappointing, also very slippery so be careful. The Wi-Fi is patchy and slow. The staff aren't that friendly. The pictures online are misleading. The only good thing about it? It's cheap. Should have spent a little more and stayed somewhere better.

Mixed Review on this hotel The hotel is clearly quite old and they have tried to invest money into updating it. The entrance is very inviting and of high quality. The hallways still need some updating above ground floor level Our room was a superior and we paid £180 for 3 nights. The room was clean but a little bit tired and needed painting in places. Bathroom was very nice but the plumbing not so great with the sink and was backing up a bit. The window was very nice when opened looking across the street but unfortunately it did not close properly so was quite loud at night time The location is pretty decent. On the metro line 13 in the suburbs of central paris you get a more local feel but still very welcoming to tourists. The longest time we were on the metro was 1 hour and this was going from brochant to the southern easterly part of central paris Overall for what we paid I was happy but wouldn't stay there again. It's important to note that the staff were friendly and as we were there for only 3 nights I didn't mention any of these issues with them. They may have been helpful and willing to relocate or sort the issues but it wasn't effecting me that much as I spent very little time in the room.

Three star Hotel correct. The reception is not even a bit familiar. For a superior double room, the size was small (approximately 10 m2). Bathroom redone but faucet that gets defeated, no shower doors…

Absolutely dreadful! The lobby itself wasn't bad but the rooms we reserved were nothing like the picture. Dirty smelly with cigarette stains on furniture and linen. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired. The front desk was rude from the very beginning. Even suggesting not to trust what you see online and was willing to switch our rooms to their "superior rooms" for more money. After seeing no less than 5 dirty sleazy rooms we walked out and booked a room elsewhere. If this is your first time coming to Paris please don't make the mistake of coming here.

A great place to stay. Well located a 1 minute walk to the Metro station.

It's not the luxury, but it's a big deal for the price. If you are only passing through Paris it seems to me a good address. The manager of the hotel is really super friendly in any case and we didn't have to complain about anything.

The room itself is nice, but had some problems in general. I had booked a triple room, but was given a double. My room only had one tiny towel in it, and about 15 minutes after checking in, someone knocked quickly and opened my room door, and was surprised to see me. They asked if I had towels, I said just a small one. They left and never brought me any other towels. There was also a squeeze bottle for body wash on the wall that was empty. So I'm judging a bit based on what is probably a mishap. The room itself is really nice especially after two weeks of sleeping on tiny twin beds in hotels that didn't even give me enough room to roll over. Location is great, as Brochant metro stop is on the same line as Invalides and Gare Montparnasse.

I have pleasant stay at this hotel. The neighborhood was not the best, but I can easily find good meal in the area, a lot of bakery and small restaurants. The Metro station Brochant is just 150m or 5 minutes walk, from here I can go to Paris attraction like Eiffel Tower (via Bir Hakiem Station) in just under 20 minutes. There's also Super U (supermarket chain) very close to the hotel, just 2 minutes walk. But unfortunately it's not open 24 hours.

I will put a star because I can not put 0 and it is a pity. To avoid absolutely… We have been to this hotel with a group of friends and we have all been disappointed! The lobby of the entrance is very nice but it stops here! 1) The elevator is very small and is sometimes not at the same level as the floor 2) so we go up to our room upstairs with one of our friend who had the room next door it opens and…! The room was still busy! 3) We try to get back into our room with our stroller but IMPOSSIBLE! The door entrance was too small and to add difficulty the door closes with the help of a system! Moreover it weighs very heavy! 4) One of our friend group saw a cockroach in the elevator! 5) The best for the end I was trying to make a sleepy morning but the rooms are very poorly insulated from the noise. You can hear the men doing the housework in the rooms elsewhere come around my room! The cleaning man knocks on my door he tries to open it a first time with his card but the card refuses because mine was still in the reader, I tell him I arrive and get up to dress me quickly and open! But too late the man come home and my panty view in the room! In short we will never return looks more like a motel than a 3 star hotel a nice scam. Lhotel is affiliated with my company and we will make every effort to make it no longer part of the Works Committee.

Rooms are a disgrace. Tres Repugnant. Add that to really poor customer service. The room card wouldn't work 3 times and on the 3rd time the reception refused to accompany me to open the door himself. First impressions! Then broken bed, shower screen, fire alarm covered! See pictures. Marks everywhere. And this was the upgraded room. Rude service. Will not stay or recommend.

Very friendly staff and renovated rooms with some beautiful bathroom.

A nice quiet hotel and decent service.

The breakfast is OK, the bed fatal, to get under the sheets you had to put on a kind of bag that was too hot, preferred covered me with a blanket and pass the bag.
The fatal organization, was quiet in my room, soon there will be the door and a surprised man looks at me and closes, I went down to reception and I told what happened, they apologized it was a mistake, he was given the key believing that my room was not occupied.

Great hotel, after renovation. Not renovated until only the lobby and reception area, this is the end of 15 years should do. The rooms are spacious (for Prize ;) ) everything is there. Breakfast tight — the main thing is not to burst from croissants ;) Yeah, not the center of Paris but the location is convenient, on street Clichy has everything your heart desires — supermarkets, cafes and even poshopitsya you who really need and not too expensive. Near Montmartre, Gare Saint-Lazare, Moulin Rouge and much more. To the Opera (all I like to measure from it;) ) 20-25 min, (10 to the metro and 10-15 on the subway). Walk 40 minutes slowly. Nothing like the photos, a scam. Good quality price and well connected but pictures are lying, rooms very antiuas and above have to pay to watch TV.

We were recommended this hotel by the superbreak agent who said they have a lot of positive feedback. We were given room 114 which smelled. The bathroom floor and carpet were wet. The tiling and in the shower and toilet although clean was grotty. We then changed to room 117, although no smell, was pretty much the same plus there was no plug in the sink. The shower head had to be used by hand otherwise the water would hit the cubicle wall and splash onto the floor. All the curtains both window and shower needed replacing. There was no drawers for clothes just a small wardrobe space the pictures shown on the website of the bathroom and foyer were a misrepresentation of the reality. However, the bedding and towels were always clean. I would not recommend this hotel.

Structure and service were not among the best, but it's what we could expect. Great location, close to metro Brochant "that connects to the main transport lines to the most important monuments and museums.

Hi, I stay in this hotel in 29 of December. We come but the price was not the same as in internet, we were tired of the day so we decided to pay the huge difference, and still they offer us breakfast. The day after, when we returned in the end of the day just to grab our bags and leave, they were kind and understand the mistake was the system, and return our money in bank account few days later. I think this is a positive judgment, you can trust in the people of this hotel.
