Personal side, a warm welcome, the friendliness of the staff it was a young man, he told me I'm just a substitute, he smiles all the time with the guests, he is always listening to them, hotel side it's a very friendly hotel very quiet place, a good little lunch, cleanliness, it's true that the elevator makes a bit of noise but hey! I really recommend this hotel, we had a great little stay, it was a good experience.

It was the worst experience. They charged me extra for a smaller room than I reserved. The bed was small, it was really noisy I mean the walls and the window were not sound proof. So, I could not sleep that much. When I asked for chnaging the room they did not cooperate with me. They responded rudely even though I was paid for better room. At the check out they charged me with one more breakfast. When I told them I am not ganna pay for this, they kept me for 30 min waiting and they talked as if they do not understand me. I have to add the quality of services was awful, no new towel, no clean bed sheet and the floor and the wall were dirty! Poor quality for such a costly "hotel". If you can call it hotel I mean. The elevator was laughably small that I myself could not fit in it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, it's true, but it has its charm. It was our first visit to Paris, and we have a great memory, although it has been very little time. We hope to be able to repeat it in the not too distant future, who knows.

Comfortable room (ours had air con but dont know if they all have as its not on the website), nice staff, good continental breakfast, good location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Tube is a five minute walk. Its not the Ritz but its very good value for a very reasonably priced and clean hotel.

Nice little hotel not far from City center.

Nice, clean, polite staff, near the metro station Porte de Saint Cloud, thus making everything almost round the corner, but maybe a little uncomfortable to reach at night, since metro closes at 1 am, then is taxi or uber.

Just cheap hotel if you have to watch football match, it would be good choice but the other situation I will not be good I think staff is not very kind but not too bad.

Quiet and clean hotel. Nice staff The proposed rates are within reach of its location (16th arrondissement) next to McDonalds and bakery supermarket and 30 min from the airport by car.

One wonders why 3 * and why such an exorbitant price! Bathroom and clean room but that's all in positive. Worn furniture, fake buffet because you can only have one croissant and one piece of bread. And especially old plumbing that made noise all night. I do not recommend it at all.

This Hotel is just like Family Hotel. We feel safe.

Cold room without the possibility to regulate the temperature, very dated both for the furnishings and for the lift years ' 50 that brings 2 people (without luggage) but the negative note is the double bed consisting of 2 single beds attached, with single sheets! Breakfast was very small Bad Hotel to avoid.

Tiny room, it's cold, breakfast is a joke (a woman who brings you a plate with a croissant of the day before and a piece of hard wand) too small TV… too old wool blanket I rarely notice but this experience is very Disappointing!

Hotel we took via a wonderbox very disappointed with the quality of the hotel, when we see the price of the room full season this rises to €198 a night for a room and very clearly the hotel is not worth that price there… And for me it is not worth its three stars either: — The lift of this hotel is worth a visit! For its originality certainly but above all it is accessible only to 2 people and still two people without luggage!
— the rooms are tiny and we had one of the largest rooms… Not to mention the old style of the room that does very well in the photos when illuminated but in reality shabby style, not to mention the lighting.
— Big negative point the wool blanket! You know the impossible allergies for us to sleep with and so we got cold.
— The view is shabby and no shutters to the windows.
— Breakfast is average and I saw an employee draw in the fruit salad made available to customers and put the spoon back as if nothing was…
Hotel to escape…

Alert Alert just HORRIBLE! At all not worthy of a 3 star. I strongly advise against it. No soundproofing so if it is to go to sleep forgotten direct, decoration obsolete… No toilet brush, two-person room with a towel. Bed with dirty sheets, stained and dated… Breakfast was very good.

The façade does not give too much desire to go back to the hotel, but having seen other hotel facades in Paris, it ranks in the middle.

The staff are helpful.
The room is OK, the view overlooks the inner courtyard if you can call it a courtyard. Don't go for the outside view. We went to sleep.

Lift diabolical room small bathroom nice and clean some staff friendly. First day two small towels second day no towels. Pillows were like two small scattered cushions. Would not stay again.

It is located in an area of Paris very convenient to reach, a stone's throw from the Park Of Princes Stadium, and a stone's throw from Metro 9. Good cleanliness and very friendly and pleasant reception! Breakfast I Have to say it was a pleasant experience.

TEtablissement correct, but high rates.

That is not a 3 star hotel! — rooms are too hot or too cold — it stinks in here — Internet is so weak that I have to change the room to make a Skype call (closer to elevater, the connection is better) — breakfest is another story you do not want to know :-D There is even no coffee / water in the lobby or in the room — great sign 'it is not allowed to bring your own food or drinks into hotel' :-D In gwneral — please, respect yourself and do not go ther.

Stay away, old and expensive.

We had to cancel short notice on day of arrival due to our baby being sick, I called the manager to explain and asked friendly if we can move our booking to 2 weeks later — you would think that if the hotel wasn't completely booked, it would be a benefit for both parties. And even if not, fine, then just explain it friendly. BUT the manager was so rude, yelling at me I should not dare to call again and that we have to discuss with the agency we booked with (we booked the first night directly with the hotel, I even forwarded her the booking confirmation, she simply didn't reply to that anymore). I don't know what was wrong with that woman that morning, but with this behavior she cannot possibly run a successful hotel! She didn't let me finish a single sentence, and eventually hung up on me! I am aware that we cancelled late and their conditions say that we have to pay full price at late cancellations, but it's more about how this women talked to me on the phone. You could say it nicely as we planned to come another weekend. Well we will obviously never come to his hotel and tell all our friends not to book there. Sorry, you lost some potential guests.

It's like stepping back 70 years in time, and not in a good way. The room was dark and the décor too "vintage" you understand me. The buffet is very sad, there is no fruit or much to choose from. The hotel is noisy and though. The. Staff is very friendly I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Hotel very justito. Everything is old and outdated and the rooms are very small. The basics for sleeping and-point. The breakfast justito. The only good thing is that it is well communicated.

Pension rather dismal. Small room with bathroom just enough. Doesn't offer anything beyond the bed to spend the night. Though located just a few steps from the metro which Yes reaches in a short time all the major destinations of Paris. Perfect to go to Versailles.

CLEAN … situated on a perfect spot … the metro 9 … Taxis. Buses. Supermarkets. The restaurants … The shops … really VERY GOOD for that. The HOTEL would be more by two. Breakfast. Great. Open 24/24 … to recommend to those who want to save … but be EFFICIENT in links.

Old nasty tight nn curate and unfriendly staff all for big bucks, tiny and microscopic bathroom though well connected.

To specify that the 5 stars are for how is outside the hotel, no matter what you need just go out and find many shops, bars, and especially for saving money on food there is both Lidl that other supermarket. For the hotel bhe rooms a little cramped narrow bathtub. Nothing to say about cleaning.

I actually give it TWO AND A HALF… but I could not be pushed to three. As expected the staff were friendly enough with no real warmth or welcome given, the left is amusingly small will fit two people (at a squeeze) but not two people and their luggage. The room was small with a small bathroom, the bathroom felt like student accommodation. The sheets which are white were clean. The carpet on our floor was awful, it needs new carpeting. The breakfast was minimal and you are given one croissant on a plate and then left to pick over the small choices of whats left (I would recommend eating outside). Other than that I have no real complaints of any kind, it's okay if you spend minimal time in the room (which we did). The trains in Paris are also okay and the hotel is located within a good 2-3 minute distance of the train station (watch out after 11pm the trains take forever).

Clean but tiny. The rooms are just as big as the bed and also the bathroom is to small for two persons. The staff was more or less friendly, the breakfast not worth the 10 Euros. A nice place to stay, and we give 4 stars for 30 Euros per night per person over expedia. De.
