It's a good hotel, ok breakfast but beats the location. It located in the heart of the city and Champs Elysee is like 2mins walk, Arc de Triomphe is very near by. Pretty comfortable hotel, stayed there with the family.

Room 101. nice small room. Well organised. 1st floor no view. 6am morning noise car and delivery trucks.

Comfortable hotel great service. Breakfast was nice and breakfast personals were very respectful and humble.

Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend in Paris for my 29th Birthday! It was very good! Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent location! Close to everything and main landmarks! However the breakfast we paid for was a problem with their restaurant so had to have breakfast at another restaurant/hotel with was 2 mins walk away! Other then that I would recommend staying here!

The hotel is clean and quite, staff is helpful but breakfast is not the best, quality is average and you would be better off to any other cafe in the city!

Cleaning of the rooms needs improving, much dust around telephone wire and coffee maker. Coffees and milks weren’t topped up daily certainly not on the last day before checkout Hairdryer barely worked, had to pull wire otherwise didn’t work Couldn’t get through to the front desk nor information from the telephone in the room despite trying several times on different days Building work carried out very very early morning and when mentioned to the receptionist was told most passengers would get up early to see Paris rather than being offered an apology for being woken up to the sound of saw and hammer before 8 am! Positive were the location and breakfast Unfortunately won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Situated close to a metro station, looks good from the outside. Pictures are deceiving on how big the room is. Language a barrier for English speaking people.

Very nice. I did not sleep there. But the services (catering, Conference room) very pleasant and friendly.

Hotel very well placed to visit the reception fields amiable and ptofessionnels.

Very nice Boutique hotel in the 16th arrondissement of Paris near the Avenue of Champs Elysees. Attentive and smiling staff. Ideal place for business stay and private stay. Attractive rates.

This hotel has one good thing going for it, the location. It is close to the Champs Elysees and a short walking distance to the Eiffel tower. It does however try to take advantage of this by charging a high price for an average hotel. The rooms are small and you can hear every noise from the next room. We booked for 3 nights and decided to treat ourselves by booking a "superior" room but it didn't meet my expectation of superior. Whilst it is difficult to change the hotel itself, the staff can make the difference between a pleasant and disappointing stay, we left disappointed. Both at check-in and departure the receptionist wasn't very helpful. We weren't given any information about breakfast and also not warned about the money making scheme that is the mini bar. I have stayed in many hotels and when you pay extra, you get extra! Having booked a superior room and with no notices to show the very small drinks were chargeable, we helped ourselves. It was only on the following night that they decided to show a price list so we were surprised on check out to find a significant surcharge on our prepaid hotel for the drinks from the first night. When we tried to understand from the Receptionist Maya why this had been added, she had very little interest in explaining, she was very arrogant! Location:great Room:average Customer service:zero.

Lovely hotel, spacious rooms, very centrally located, extremely nice staff and positive vibe.

Very well. A small flat for breakfast with an organizational concern, lack of bread and crockery, buffet destocked…
But the benefits and quality of the rooms are nickels.

Good location within 5 mins walking distance from the arc de triumph. Good rooms and nice facility's. Would stay again.

A nice hotel near the Champs-Elysées to stay there for a weekend.

Had to pay for two nights for an early check-in. Arrived — got given the worst room, had to move all luggage myself to a better room which was still average and very small. There was no given number to call reception, had to go down myself. Room safe did not work. Had one towel for two people. Room air-conditioner did not work. Reception did not turn down air-conditioner even after two requests. Room has not been turned over and serviced for two nights stay. Breakfast below average for 4 stars.

We did the usual Elysées Bassano our home base for our stay in Paris. Everything is always impeccable, staff always friendly, smiling and helpful, Wifi is correct, and, the icing on this cake, Park the car is without problems, due to parking.

A very nice hotel. Efficient staff, weii appointed room and bathroom, good breakfast with decent choices. Recommend without doubt.

Everything is good but ruined by the use of your credit card for an unknown destination, your CB numbers are noted for possible future use, the great doubt?

Rooms are very clean (but small, like most hotels in Paris), service very good as always. Theis Wi-Fi however really slow.

Basically they lie about amenities. They say they have Wi-Fi but it doesn't work. Breakfast is just meah! But I would be ok if the Wi-Fi worked. Their front desk staff is rude and have a bad attitude.
