Close to centre paris with quite neighborhood, very good breakfast.

The staff were very professional and very attentive to the requests of the conferencers. Everything was done as planned and as requested by the seminary management team. Staff very responsive to make last minute changes. The convention was a pleasant moment. The hotel is clean. Breakfast is varied and full. Thanks to them.

Great hotel in Paris. Lots of nice restaurants in area. Friendly neighbors with dogs. Not to far from Eiffel tower and attractions at a great rate. Has rooftop pool for cooling down.

Very nice room, amazing pool on the roof. The only sad thing is that the rooftop bar closes too early.

Perfectly good hotel for foreign travelers. The rooms are typically small and do have a weird smell (stayed on the 5th floor) but I think a lot of European hotels smell the same. Current renovations are getting a bit stale. It has helpful staff and good but expensive American style breakfast. Be aware that this location is not near many of the typical tourist destinations. The location allows a traveler to explore a traveler to explore less touristy venues and restaurants (plenty within a 10min walk) buf you will need to Uber or get a taxi to get to the big destinations. Overall it is an OK hotel, especially if you want to get away from the tourist traps, just nothing to write home about.

I stayed at this hotel with secparthotel formula. The apartment is well furnished and stocked with everything. It has a small kitchen with several pans. It is clean and welcoming.

Welcome, I went there for a Conference, so I enjoyed only the bar to take a breakfast…, very good.

Reservation confirmed by email but cancelled by the hotel at 6pm (I arrived at 9.30 pm due to a delay of the plane). The hotel being full, they preferred to give my room in order to be sure to rent it. The front desk then redirects me to a full hotel by telling me that they have rooms, in order to get rid of me.

Mattress a little hard. Welcome very good. Room and bathroom clean. Quite spacious.

A good hotel, the staff are very friendly, breakfast buffet very well stocked and varied, cleanliness of the rooms and impeccable bedding.

Nice hotel in Paris. If you are going to a PSG game… This hotel is perfect. Easy going to City centrum with metro. Good breakfast… but do not be late.

Great hotel and very clean plus the parking under the hotel my god in Paris so good the staff so professional and with great customer mania l been there for 3 days so helpful team on my first day 06/05 plus the wonderful breakfast and specially a person his name REDOUENE deserve promotion he's every where stock up cleaning maintenance lm manager for 20 years that person is plus for the business you have to take care for people like him l really enjoy my time with my family l will comback in future to this place.

The reception as well as the reservation site Ma confirmed that one could modify it but it depended on the goodwill of a gentleman that I will not name who is at the reservation seRvices so thank you very much for making me pay for nothing a night to 4 person and 4 small déje A.

Practice a little weird.
We went through an agency to book the weekend in a family room…
Gain 50, but coincidentally our reservation on arrival was not taken into account.
Hervé at the front desk made us poiroter 1h30 before telling us dsl but actually there was a bug for your booking …
Yet we confirmed to him with supporting papers and our agency on the phone that he had had our reservation …
So we ask for a commercial gesture…
And there nada nothing, … not even the car parking…

Very nice hotel. Beautiful room and extremely clean with great professional service. The price is also fair given the city and standard of hotel. Although breakfast is a total rip off, €20 and it is not worth it.

Great spacious room stay and very clean. Warm welcome and good breakfast but lacks a bit of variety.

The room is not too big and there is only one bedside table in the bed.
The bathroom is tiny although it has a good shower.
The bed is huge, like 2 meters, but it is hard, but hard to win. This makes it impossible to sleep a lot of people, as it happens to me, and it is very important to know.
Apart, standard Paris, Breakfast at €20…
I don't think I'll come back if I can Evirarlo, not escmal hotel and that's why I give 3 stars but the hard bed is deadly.

Classic Apparthotel and rather nice. The neighborhood is frankly quiet. The studios are spacious enough for the Parisian Area. The choice on the breakfast is quite wide. The staff are friendly and pleasant.
We feel that it is not brand new, but it remains a good value for money in view of the Location.

Good hotel with coffee/tea in the room. Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Plenty available for breakfast. Would have preferred China mugs in the rooms instead of the flimsy paper ones. No drawers for storage. Room large for two but would be a very tight fit with the bunk beds and 4 people. Disappointed there was no bath. Very easy access to the Metro. Lots of cafés/restaurants in the immediate area. Would stay there again.

Between the rooftop, the Super team, the ultra fluffy beds, the Super Restaurant… not much negative to say.

Have stayed several times in Apparthotel next door to the main hotel. Clean reasonably well equipped room worked well for 2 adults and 3 teenagers overnight. Breakfast expensive if not included in room rate but good selection buffet ideal for everyone in the family. Parking nearby on the street or public parking garage for ~€20 for 24 hrs. Quiet neighbourhood except if football match is on at nearby stadium! Visiting football teams stay in this hotel so opportunity for celebrity spotting/photos/autographs if you're favourite team happens to be staying! There is a rooftop pool and bar area on the top of the main hotel, amazing views. Also small gym room. Public transport good, easy short walk to nearby metro station. Small city supermarket also short walk away, useful for essential provisions. Several restaurants and cafes around the area also. Overall this is a good place to stop if on route through the city or for longer stay in quiet out of town location that is still well connected and facilitated.

Everything in this hotel is over priced they charged me €10 for a bowl of rice to go with my €20 curry! Convenient location with metro short walking distance. The roof top pool was a lovely added extra, but more often than not the bar wasn't opened (when it was supposed to be). Found the staff hit and miss some very helpful others terribly rude. Rooms were basic and we had upgraded to a superior room. Upon checking in we were sent to a room which was not superior when we questioned it and argued our point and eventually went to the room to get the paperwork to prove we had indeed paid for a superior room we were changed to a superior room, only to discover the only difference in the two rooms was a coffee machine and one bathrobe between 2 of us in the superior room! All in all we had an amazing trip to Paris despite our disappointing hotel!

Really good hotel, friendly staff, good food, great transport links, 1hour walk along the serine to the effiel tower, very close to stad de francais, enough restaurants close at hand, but all pretty basic fare and not cheap.

Stay of a single night unfortunately because hotel super high end. Already the welcome super friendly to listen and fast. Then direct we tested the pool: not too crowded, ambiancée music, a bar and full of armchairs various seats with a superb view. Finally in the room I want the same shower at my house, the TV is huge for a hotel and there is no noise you can not hear the neighbors Niquel to enjoy the Check out at 12h.

Great hotel. Wonderful new rooms. Great staff and well serviced breakfast. There is a good top bar and pool. The train is close and cheap to take right down town so u miss the congestion.

I like it because it is well located, it is close to any public transport, it is also an apartment… which is more comfortable, without schedules, can be cooked and has a lot of privacy… very comfortable.

We spent three days here and loved it. Good location close to public transport so easy to travel anywhere in the city. The rooms have been recently upgraded and very comfortable and spacious. The menu a little restricted but good quality well presented and with a 10% discount for guests. My only slight grumble, only paper cups in the room and no English tea! China cups were supplied once we asked and proper tea available at local shop. Very helpful English speaking staff.

Hotel: good stay live up to our expectations, and even to the beyond. Thanks to the team of reception, which was perfect.

Pretty good. Don't come to Paris late summer holiday time because all of the shops are closed as everyone is on holiday. Anyway, the hotel is lovely with large rooms, air con (rather loud), mini fridge, safe, en suite and some rather manky closets (in my case it was manky. ) Foodwise, have not been to the restaurant as it was closed for maintenance but pub is nice, slightly expensive however, and breakfast is free and full of food. Waiters at breakfast are not quite with it as it is very busy. Good area for transport (bus and metro round the corner), and restaurants (recommend la cardinal. ) Mini shop by reception is expensive and small (as expected. ) Stayed with Riviera. 18.08.18 hope this is helpful.

This an old hotel given a fresh coat of paint to bring it up to modern standards of appearance, however it is still somewhat aging at heart. The walls are thin — so sound isolation between rooms and the corridor is poor. The room they put me in first was situated next to the air-handling system (room 614) — and filled with a constant drone of the sound of the fans. Thankfully they moved me just down the hall to a quieter room (617), however this was right next to the elevators — so I was occasionally woken by the ding of the lifts arriving (why do they do that all night? ), and conversations outside of my room. Checkout is slow at peak time (8:30-9:00) so allow a good 20 minutes before you need to leave. Yes — it is in a good location, and it is Paris, but I would have expected a lot more for EUR 180.

Some rooms are smelly, the beds are decent and the room spacious. Yet not exactly a 4 star place all in all.
