The walls in this hotel are really poorly insulated. You would be forgiven to think that someone has got into your room and breathing over your ear when in fact they are simply next door. Lower level rooms suffer from the street noise and the Metro trains rumble every few minutes. Upper floors are fine. The hotel needs sprucing up. Showers are mouldy and there are numerous other little things that speak of need to have them serviced. If you are a wheel chair user then avoid this hotel as facilities are non-existant and the actual location of the entry is confined by a long run of stairs form one side and a steep rise/fall street from the other. The plus is the central location not far from the Arc de Triomphe. Parking is bad and is only that that you can find in the street (pigeons are real pigs btw and do expect your car covered in their droppings in the morning).

A very nice hotel, with a relaxing atmosphere, on a very nice street, with an amazing service. The front office personnel were more than welcoming, checked out our needs and were available to assist and help us in all possible ways. Our room overlooked Av. Victor Hugo, it was spacious clean, and very well lit. Breakfast served each morning tasted good, even though the selection and choice were limited. It was only 12 minutes away from the Champs Elysee, or 7 minutes from the Arch De Triomphe/ Charles De Gaule Etoile Metro. I would definitely Recommend.

I was treated super well at this Hotel, the receptionist is a love of person.
The Room is very comfortable and clean. And its location is spectacular, right next to the ARC De Triomphe The Breakfast very complete and is served until 11:00 am My experience at this hotel is excellent.

Great location and nice room, but if you are unlucky and get a couple of spaniards chatting and laughing till 2 am, you will be part of their party without an invitation thanks to the thin walls. Shame, can’t wait to blast the TV at 7:30 when I have to wake up to go for a meeting.

Nice hotel a little small rooms but King size bed and fridge laundry bar and breakfast safe rich and tasty consierge kind and smiling… Interesting price in low season… Central 16th arrondissement near the Champs Elysèes and the Arch of Triumph. Eiffel Tower within walking distance of Kleber Avenue also direct metro… a tip the Marmottan Museum with the Impressionists and the tourist bus at 35 euros. Even Versailles connected. The subway is everywhere… daily ticket at 7.50 th. Paris you can visit all year round but it is better in low season less crowded and economical… Affordable quality restaurants except wine… but a chalice doesn't cost much. Visit 3/3/18 6/3/18 With vueling and easy jet 1 hour and 40 min.

Warm and simple welcome. Clean and nicely decorated room.

The place is very clean and reasonably decorated. The staff nice and breakfast is also setup nicely. Internet works well, and the location is prime with several nice dining options around the corner and accessible transport to just about everywhere.

The hotel was more or less 15 minute walk from Champs Elysees. The area was not that lively so perfect for resting. No good views from our room and you have to climb up the stairs or steps to enter to its reception area. There's a nearby convenience store which offers coffee and croissants for breakfast if you are on the saving side. The room was just right and the shower can only accommodate one person at a time. The receptionists were friendly. The room was well prepared, clean and smelling fresh.

We stayed for five nights with our 3 and a half year old over the New Year period. From the moment we arrived, all of us, but especially our son, were welcomed and made to feel really special by Zahir and Marianne (I’m so sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong! ) in particular. But all staff were just great. Thanks again for a great stay and my son still wishes he was back there! In fact, I think we all do.

Lovely Hotel and very well located. With shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The receptionist is very caring and competent.

A nice hotel, close to the Triumphalra Arch and the Elven Tower. Rooms are small but cozy, there is TV and internet. Cheap, breakfast is included in the price.

Room was clean and quite spacious for a three star hotel. But the hairdryer didn't work and the breakfast was good, but too limited for the price.

Ideal location for a weekend trip in Paris. Very close to public transport, has a number of restaurants in the nearby vicinity, as well as supermarkets, bakeries and clothing stores. The room is spacious for a three star restaurant in Paris. Unfortunately the walls are thin, and not everything works. For example, our hair dryer doesn't work, and the toilet flush is quite weak. Breakfast for €15 per person is a bit expensive for what they offer. Staff is friendly for Paris.

A great hotel as location & service & price. There is a wonderful employe smiling always help everyone looking for assisting with a smile and happens her name is Maryam. I well be a constant customer of this beautiful hotel. The hotel receptionist chief is Mr, Zaher a person once you meet him immediately all your deferent issue's is solved simple & genteel man.

Boutique feel. Excellent service. Great breakfast. Small well appointed rooms. Elevator. Perfect quiet location ez walk to tourist areas and public transportation. Four blocks from airport shuttle. Great dining close by for every budget: French to McDonald's. Wi-Fi spotty. Television in many languages. Small refrigerator in room. Large shower. Huge closets. No view from my room because I requested quiet. Market on same block. I've stayed here 3 times. Safe for solo women.

Excellent service, the hotel has a nice style, sitting on a lovely side street in a very nice neighborhood. Our room was nice, with a glimpse of the Arc de Triomphe a short distance away.

The hotel is deadlocked and especially if you go to the airport do not say so at the front desk. Many hotels in Paris take money on your back if you tell them airports.

The setting is very nice as the staff who is very rider.
By cons The bathrooms are tiny and the internal walls (no street noises) are very thin so you can clearly hear your neighbor.

Such a lovely hotel. Our superior room was clean, spacious and quite. The breakfast which offers a good variety is delicious. Great location at avenue Victor Hugo which is known to be a nice shopping area. Three minutes walk from the avenue des Champs Elysees. Several metro stations are near the hotel. To be recommended.

Had the best experience ever. The room was spacious, immaculate, so quite slept like a baby. the staff at Du Bois Hotel, were in a mission to please us and make our stay comfortable. I travel a lot but I have never experienced such great service at such wonderful level. The highly recommend it. the location is at a great street, walking distance to basically everything Paris have to offer. Champ Elysee is 4 minute the airport shuttle is 5 minute walk. The metro is few minutes walk as will where u can explore whole of Paris from it.

This is a small hotel, very well located five minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe. Very clean, rather small rooms and a good breakfast. Only really bad thing is that the rooms are very noisy. You can hear every word they say in the next room.
