Great location. But hotel needs improvements. And a night shift receptionist was unhelpful and grumpy…

I put 4 stars because the reception is really perfect. Especially for Paris. We got room 48 at the rendezvous. Great, clean and quiet. Our daughters had a room upstairs: smaller and would deserve a little paint shot.
Finally, a very positive global.
The neighborhood is quiet.

The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the Metro, near a grocery supermarket (2 mins walk). The staff speak good English. The rooms are cozy, but small, all the butt, the walls are cardboard, audible as a neighbor watching TV. Breakfasts at a convenient time from 7 to 10. The overall value for money is consistent.

I don't advise this hotel! Beyond the 40mn to find me a room with a double bed that did not exist, I find myself upgraded. No hot water, no heating, no duvet (small sheets) The light does not work, the walls are as thick as paper (and filled with mold)! I feel like I spent the night in the hallway! The slightest noise is horrible and then to top it all the pleasure of the little beasts waking up in the morning… I dare not imagine what I would have had without this on ranking…

A small hotel, cheap, would need some refurbishment, but the room was very clean and silent whit all, what you need for a good sleep! Stuff very kind. I recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had only 4 nights but changed towels… For example, I will bring Cyprus 2017, the towel has not been asked, did not change, for the legs used three for almost a week, and lived 10. The breakfast is certainly monotonous, but tasty. The hot water for tea in the evening.
The… For us women, it is not always desirable to carry it with itself. … And the hot water in the shower somehow intermittently, had to miss…

The room is clean and welcoming from our arrived but there is mold by everything in the hotel.

On a professional trip to Paris, my company has selected this hotel for 4 nights. First night spent and it's catastrophic. No thermal or phonic insulation, I can feel with my bare hands the draughts seeping through doors and windows. The heating, even since I arrived, does not heat almost anything. No heating in the bathroom. The shower leaks and impossible to have a semblance of hot water in the morning. Decoration with a clearly exceeded taste, no modernity. You have to leave the key every time you leave the room (first time I see this, at the same time usually I have no key but a magnetic card), and no identity is checked when retrieving the key. Just donnner the room number. Either the reception has a very good memory of the people and their room, or the security leaves to be desired… The staff welcome remains friendly, although half an hour to check in while the hotel is paid online is clearly too long. In summary I still look where are the stars… Modernize, you have to live with your time!

A hotel where nothing goes! hotel filled with mold, photos retouched on the site, mice this walk quietly in the corridors and a broken radiator with the heating thoroughly and the person at the reception laughs at us without forgetting the camembert pose on the window it's beautiful! An outright scam never come to this hotel a tip and false advertising on the parking spaces they have only one. Bullshit!

The hotel is, let's say, decent. But on my second night there they had a problem with the pipes: water leakage from the room (mild) and corridor (really bad) ceilings and no hot water.

The Hotel is full of mildew. I was there I highly recommend water leaks in the rooms the hotel requires has to be renovated urgently. I had trouble sleeping during the nights that I did the — down. I specify that the pictures on the site sound different from the state of the rooms currently. A huge cold in the rooms the wood from the windows of the room was rotten. The shower small and deguelasse. I strongly advise against it. The only positive side I found was the clean lingerie and the room service was done properly but the rooms are disgusting. In my case I had taken a Standard Double room Maybe the other rooms are better it remains to be seen.

The most: the price, the quality of the bedding, the location which are top, and especially the welcome with always the smile and people who really have the sense of service, and kindness.
The least: the general condition… I know it would cost too much but a global refreshment is necessary because, already that the hallways and rooms are very narrow, but for my part, the room smelled the stale and the ascents of sewer, and there are traces of humidity All over the hallways and the Rooms. … I think with a good shot Dentretient. It could be really on top…
All in all we will note above all an ideal value for money given the location, with a flat for the general condition and the furniture a little ageing.

Have! Surely a nice hotel not had time to appreciate it because I'm cheating date on the reservation by a platform I stir heaven and earth for a refund and Ben No! The little managers of the hotel did not want to know or the villain knows the commercial gesture that the but we enjoy my money ' little thief ' ah! The better rooms are pretty good, but the ordinary ones are a bit dowdy.

La manager dell'hotel è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ho avuto problemi nel soggiornare nelle date prenotate e così ha accettato di spostare il check in di qualche giorno. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana e situato in un bel quartiere.

Well people you do not want to spend any time in this Hotel. I have spent a night at that hotel and everything was just wrong I mean everything. At the check in nothing works as it should, we have waited hours to get our room, they have done some painting while we were there looked really bad, the stairs are extremely narrow with a big luggage you are in trouble, on the top of all this they charged my card twice for the same night when I called them they made feel like an idiot that was in June 2013 and then they charged still twice again three months later this is absolutely outrageous. So just do not go there and you will have peace of mind.

Wi-Fi nearly non existent. Otherwise friendly helpful English speaking staff. Room was not ready on time.
