Staff are very hospitable. Breakfast is alright. Furniture is old. Air conditioning makes lots of noise. For the location and price, it's not a bad place to be at. I hope they can upgrade the furniture. Some pillows are stained.

Room decoration is standard but clean and tidy with a comfortable bed location is excellent 10mins walk to eifel tower a corner shop just outside for a nice cold drink before bed all in all excellent stay had room 601 with a tower view couldn't ask for more. Also travel on metro is easy €1.90 for unlimited travel for 90mins.

Modest rooms, reasonable for the price. Room service forgot to refill our coffee supplies. The hotel gave away our room when we had a flight delay, and we had to sit and wait while they tried to figure things out as they were fully booked. During this wait, hotels. Com told us we had forfeited our entire weeks stay, which was not fun to hear when exhausted after a flight delay. Thankfully they finally found us a room. Staff were friendly, spoke french and English well, and patiently let me use my French.

Very noisy hotel. We live with our neighbors. I've never heard so many neighbors, flushes, frolics. It's really very unpleasant!
The air conditioning/heating was a hell of a mess even at the very least! We had to turn it off when we were there, with 30oC outside. It was unbearable!
I put 3 stars because the hotel is well located on the other hand. And the beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were smaller than what we saw in pictures but offered a great location. 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 2 minutes to a metro station. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The best choice of cheap hotel and offers very good services. It Is only 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, has a supermarket very close and a small food shop in front with two laundry options very close and variety of restaurants. There Are two metro stations nearby.

Booked this hotel as it was the nearest one to Eiffel tower. I reached airport at around 6 am in the morning, the check-in time was generally later but the lady at the front desk accepted my request for early check-in and around 7:30 we were given our room. So it was 31st of December and I interacted with 2 generous front desk ladies and one house keeper. The staff was so friendly, always ready to help. We got out complementary breakfast upgrade just for 10 Euros per person. This hotel was right in the middle of the the city, Mc. Donald's, Subway and Pizza Hut were at the walking distances. Even the Eiffel Tower and S. River was at walking distances. We tried to walk most of the nearby places and there is a nearby train stop too, the name I've forgot. There are so many places to dine and so many places to shop. Well it was 31st of December and we stayed till 1st of Jan as we had our flight to Barcelona, we could not shop a lot as most of the shops we're closed due to the New year. About the breakfast, it was beat one can get in the morning consisting of 3-4 different juices, 4-5 types of fruits, milk, coffee, honey, yogurts, different types of breads, jams and jellies, flakes and other stuff. The dining area is also wonderful as it has open skies but glass top to protect from rain and snow.

2 nights of non-repair sleep, soundproofing really bof. Room with TV faulty, sound problem for the shot…

Lots of hot water, room kinda small but clean, climate control doesn't work. Couldn't sleep cause couldn't get comfortable. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Have yet to see anyone tending the bar.

I felt like sleeping on the street and with my neighbor so much noise insulation is non-existent.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in March 2018 this year. He had booked a room for a double bed facing the tower. When we checked into our room it was a very small room with twin beds on opposite end of where we had booked. We went and asked the receptionist if there was a mistake and we were told that a group of 15 had arrived and they had moved our room and could not make our bed a double due to all the rooms being full. No further accommodations were or useful information was given. I then asked if a room would be available the next day and she said no, but that they could make our bed into a double with a toper. That night we could not get our ac to work and the street noise was to loud to leave the window open and it was 87 degrees in the room all night. The next day my husband and I left early that morning and came back at 4PM, I asked the same receptionist if our bed had been made into a double but she advised that it had not and were we going out for dinner and it could be done then, we were exhausted and asked when was the earliest it could be done and she advised it could be done right then. We then waited for 40 minutes in the lobby for them to fix the bed. At no time were any apologies made about moving our room or the bed situation. She did pull our booking and said, "yes it does have you listed for a double, but we can not accommodate that now".

Nice location, clean, spacious, kind personnel. Amenities lag a bit.

Reservation cancelled on the morning of arrival and relocating to an indecent hotel.

Perfect hotel for holidays in Paris.

BED BUGS! This hotel has bed bugs. Had to switch hotels after 2 nights. Woke up covered in bites. Filed a report with Best Western Corporate and still have yet to hear back. So disgusting. Be warned!

Staff was very helpful. First room was small. Like a cruise ship. We stayed on 7th floor on return trip. Could see Eiffel tower.

Staff was friendly, helpful! Air conditioner was very noisy and not working. We asked for maintenance. Arrived back the next day to find a very small fan placed in our room. The shower was cold to lukewarm. The electricity went out one night on a couple floors. At which point, we met another guest, who was on the 6th floor. He said their air conditioner was also not working, but they were given a huge "oversized" fan as a substitute. Which he described as super loud and too big! The breakfast was subpar, and there is a $13 charge for that. Per person. I was hoping for a better experience.

Great staff, great location, great room, shower after long day sight seeing or travelling, superb and relaxing. Cannot fault even air conditioning worked well for the heat of the days, slept well at night with it on. Will stay again and recommend to any one!

Decor a little old-fashioned, do not look in the corners for the housekeeping of the room. Very good bedding, sanitary clean, friendly ground floor.

The Hotel is well located for access to Cambonne RER station and a pleasant 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The reason for the 3 star rating is the dreadful smell we experienced in our room, smelt like a blocked drain, we mentioned it to the reception staff several times only to be told they would 'spray' the room … rather than deal with the source of the smell.

If you want a cozy quaint location this place is great. Not recommended for parties of more than 2 or Families. You will hear your neighbors, if you catch my drift. Also the staff was extremely kind and assisted us when needed. Very convenient location for sightseeing as you are near one of the more important Metro lines, the 6, and a 12 minute walk from the eiffel tower and batobus system.

I stayed one night during the holidays at this hotel and am delighted with my choice. Very convenient location, just a few steps from the metro stations. Shopping district very lively in this XV district to discover. Very nice and smiling at the reception. My room was perfectly clean, large bathroom and functional. Very good stay, good value for money.

Honeymoon Stop Over in Paradise! Fabulous staff and hotel property. It's so conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower yet situated in a vibrant little neighborhood that your interacting with the natives. When the window in our room would close properly — the young woman who was the Manager on Duty took wonderful care of us. We were offered another room on the top floor and we were delighted to discover an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower.

We are in 3 and we assign a small room for 2, to make us stay the 3 bed move the double, the window does not open and we find a huge bed with 3 squares. The air conditioner does not work, no support tops, in the bathroom which is discreet the fan does not exist. Staff at the reception makes it almost hard to greet. Good location near the metro, overall poor judgement compared to expectations.

Room is way too warm. There is no way to unpack. No drawers. Only 7 hangers in the tiny closet. Very small room. Very small stand up shower. Very, very, very small elevator. Breakfast isn't worth 13 euros a day. The pictures on the internet really make it look different than what it actually looks like.

The Hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. My biggest issue was that it was hot, very hot while we were there and the room was uncomfortably warm to sleep in. The temperature was unusual and I know AIr Conditioning is not as prevalent in Paris as it is here in the US. We would still stay there again, not far from any of the main attractions. Loved our one there!

Great location and decent rooms. Free Wi-Fi is useful and good speed. Rooms are perhaps a little small, but definitely sufficient. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

It's ok. The gentleman at the counter is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. This hotel is a good find considering that everywhere else will charge 2-3 times more a night. However… some of the Google data is incorrect. When I searched hotels, it showed $89. When I tried to book online the base price was $99. The booking adds after fees pushed it to $112+ depending on who you went through. The hotel charged me $109 which included all the typical fees. Even though Wi-Fi is free. It's pretty much nonexistent. The Google add also said breakfast included, but it's 13 euros per person. I'm not necessarily disappointed about the place. It's a decent location if the Eiffel Tower is the place you're aiming to spend a lot of time. Just a lot of the numbers from the add that attract you here don't add up. Just clearing up some either outdated information or misadvertising.

Stayed for 3 nights, Good Location, might seem a bit unsafe at first, but it actually is in a quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable, no good views of the city though. Pure Budget hotel, Value for Money.

My wife and I stayed here three years ago during a month and a half long backpacking Europe trip. It was a great location, and short walk to the metro. I cant say enough good words about the staff, they helped us out tremendously and made us feel at home. It was our first anniversary, and this hands down was the best experience I've still had at a hotel. Merci beaucoup. I've mentioned this place to at least three people.

I can't say many good things about Best Western hotels in England, so I was somehow sceptical booking that one. But I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much, the rooms are quiet, staff is super friendly and helpful — and the place is in the 15th arrondisment at Cambronne, not far from Eiffel tower. Lots of restaurants and small supermarkets that are open until late. And the hotel even has free wireless internet at the rooms! Will definetely come back.
