Very close to Eiffel. But, with pretty ordinary facilities.

It's a budget hotel with just what you need to sleep, get refreshed and go for the days errands.

Excellent location. Strictly a budget hotel.

This place is not fancy but if you are traveling and on a budget it is perfect. It's in a nice part of town too so for the price, I think it's a good pick.

Its greatest value is in the great location in the city.

As this is an old building with wooden floors or decks, I don't recommend anyone spending their honeymoon there. Basic no frills, but friendly staff. No parking on site but at the heart of Paris.

Why I give 4 star to this one star is NOT because it is cheap @46 euros but for the following reasons 1) Location-near to 3 lines of metro, near to landmarks (Eiffel tower, Concorde) and is on a charming elegant shopping street rue du commerce 2) comfortable clean room, great cots — after 10 hrs of touring around we had a good sound sleep. Yes the rooms are sound proof. 3) Great customer service-We went early at 10am (though check in was at 1 pm) to drop off luggage. But Tahar gave us room, even an upgraded one with a balcony and terrace views. 4) Luggage service — When we came back to collect luggage @7pm similar warm customer service was offered, making us feel welcome again if at all we visit paris.

Great location, very close to multiple metros and 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Free Wi-Fi but sometimes problematic to connect and slow, in the end once connected it worked ok for the remainder of the trip. No TV or lift which I saw as a positive. Rooms are cleanned daily and towels changed which is great. Room design and furniture is an older style but I like this as I'm staying in Paris and want to feel the full experience. Room had a window. Shower is very small and could be improved with a soap and nozle holder. Water pressure is a bit low but functional. No fridge in my room. Small closet that was useful and desk. Very well priced! Would stay here again when I visit Paris.

Close to everything. The rooms are good for the price. Good breakfast. Transport. Recomendadisimo.

Hotel in the centre of Paris, a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel tower, shops nearby, very affordable, team very nice. Nothing to complain about.

In reality, the 5 stars are for the staff, the hotel facilities are old and it is a 1 star hotel, but when you go to Paris, you need only a mattress on which to rest.

Very good hotel with excellent value for money and friendly staff and attentive. Rooms are certainly small but bedding is comfortable, there is an office for a laptop, the Wi — Fi connection is good and they are very quiet, despite a neighborhood that can sometimes be pretty little discreet. The location in Paris is an excellent, between the Avenue Émile Zola and La Motte Piquet-Grenelle Metro, and the military school, which faces the Eiffel Tower is only a ten minute walk. For the races, Monoprix is nearby while you will have a plethora of places where to eat (breweries in number, Mac Donald's, etc. ). The atmosphere in the room (smell of old wood, lighting, etc. ) really liked it and although I stayed there three days, I would have stayed more. On the other hand, attention to the water inlets reversed at the level of the sink in the room 24 (hot water is right instead of left). To end on a positive note, my friend and I were lucky to have the bathroom and more while we had booked a room that is in normally was not provided; a nice gesture commercial. I personally thank all the team of the hotel and I hope to return one day find this blandly atmosphere…

Centrally located reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast is not rich, but very good. In winter, heating system without any problems. Overall, if you want to see most of Paris and live in the heartland, and the price reasonable, not extreme, romantic, Kaplan of the hotel very appropriate.

Beautiful hotel next to The Eiffel Tower and in a street with small shops, super mona.

Hotel le printemps was an ideal place to stay for a traveller on a budget. Stayed for three nights back in July, easy to find using the metro as the Metro station is literally 2 mins down the road which links all of Paris's attractions. Ten minute walk from the effial tower. The hotel is surrounded by clothes shops, bakery and multiple cafes. Friendly staff on reception one member I encountered was happy to help Even with the language barrier. One downside (especially for you honeymooners) the walls are unbelievable thin and everything can be heard.

We loved this place! Why spends lots of money on a hotel room when all you do is sleep there! This is a bit rustic, older, clean. No phone or TV (who cares when you got Paris to watch! ) Bathroom in the room! Walking distance to the Eiffel tower. (did this with two teen girls in-tow) Three metro stops, and five metro lines within 1-2 blocks. For 40 euros, what a deal! Going back in 2008. Nicole at the front desk was wonderful and nice as could be. Recommended a great place for breakfast, which we started our morning everyday.

I have now stayed here several times. It is nothing fancy but it is clean and most of the staff is great. Once or twice I had problems on the phone making reservations but then you call on a different shift. They are great. And the hotel is all about location, location and location (walk to Eiffel Tower, close to a Starbucks and a Monoprix (supermarket) and good Wi-Fi and you can get a cheap breakfast at McDonald's w/ Wi-Fi for 5 euros) and the hotel price is good (45 — 70? And I have been told they may gives deals on longer stays — — but beware. If you want creature comforts this is not your place. And you need to be agile in the small shared showers.

Location, staff with his cell phone, then he says that he has no reservation in my name, he scorches my family name. Then I ask quiet room, I had neighbors with music until 2:30 in the morning. No shower nor detoilette in the room.

Low priced hotel at a very good location, unbeatable for this price.

Call before you book to see if they have replaced the beds in this hotel. If you are bipolar, in the manic phase, stay here and it will level you out.
