Very bad service, very bad attention from the managers, very poorly educated.
Very small and air-to-bed room. Not recommended at all. Not even worth the location.
Cockroaches are also available in the courtyard.

Ok for the price but in a GREAT location and Staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a good Place close to Eiffel Tower (can walk) and 10 minutes by taxi of Louvre. Rooms are small. Só If you not find good discount find another Room more confortable. Good luck.

Hotel was okay. Rooms are small, to be expected for most hotels in Paris. However, the rooms were cleaned daily and the reception was nice. Only thing is that you have to leave room key card at the reception every time. Would not recommend the breakfast. The best point here is the location. Great neighborhood, lots of shops and close to the attractions and metro.

Very nice and decent hotel. Very close to the shopping area, tram station, and some attraction places, such as eiffel. The room is great, the employee are warm and welcome. The service is good. The Wi-Fi works but in a normal speed. You can have breakfast for extra fees. The lift is too small, only fit for 3 people.

Bad Hotel. The rooms are really small and not very well maintained. The bathroom is microscopic. Cleanliness is enough. The owner and the staff at the front desk are really rude and rude. Never heard that a facility requires the advance payment of the room upon check-in. Highly recommended.

Room very pleasant, contemporary decoration, comfortable and clean, staff nice and very professional. Variable rates depending on attendance and events in Paris, like all the others. I would recommend it without hesitation.

No ac. Wi-Fi is spotty. Breakfast is average. Night shift guy does not know much. Day time person is knowledgeable. Fairly decent price so can't complain much. It does get noisy if you leave windows open.

Negative Point: Small room, and inside the room an unbearable warmth. Back pain because of the mattress. TV Sound (25 max) So you can't hear anything when the window is open.
Positive Point: 20minutes from the Effiel tower. Clean room (cleaning done daily). Breakfast very good.
Conclusion: I left the room a day before, the worst night at the hotel I stayed.

Visiting the capital to attend the concert and the inevitable fireworks of 14 July 2017 in Champ-de-Mars in Paris, I was filled to stay in this elegant hotel whose reception was remarkable as well as the comfort of the room.

Small room, only had two small towels for a 2 person room (most likely an oversight), bit noisy (room next to elevator)

The worst hotel staff I have ever encountered. I had to check out in the middle of the night to catch a 6am flight and when I went to the front desk the clerk was asleep with the lights out. He then woke up checked me out then shut the lights out and went back to sleep then started snoring while I sat in front of him waiting on my taxi. They arent even worth 1 star.

Well situated and clean… But really not the service I was expecting for a room at that price (during our stay the room got done for 4pm instead of 3pm at the latest as advertised). Also one large towel for a double room… Very surprising for a hotel ideally situated for tourists.

Rooms is clean and neat. If you will stay for 1 or 2 days, this is already cheap. Reception was friendly and helpful. If you have big luggage, its not recommended if you will stay on the other building without elevator.

The entire hotel needs to be updated. Everything is too small for comfort. The rooms are cramped, the bathroom is small and outdated, and the pool has a compacity of 20 people when the hotel is capable of housing several hundred. The Wi-Fi is spotty at best and desperately needs an update to handle the traffic that tries to use it. There is one computer available for use in the hotel lobby with reliable internet and there is a time limit to how long you can use it at once. The hot water heater is too small to handle morning showing traffic, and you will find no water will come out of the spout about freezing temperatures if you try to shower any time before noon. There is one electrical outlet in each room. The elevators are small and break down easily. It is easily an hour drive from Paris. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in serious need of updating and better staff and management. While this hotel may have been suitable when it was built a hundred years ago, it has not been updated to be able to sustain modern life.

Friendly staff, the hotel is well located, we did Tour Eiffel — Hotel on foot at night in 15 minutes by taking our time!
However the bathroom is small and there is a bit of noise (probably the noise from the subway).
