Great helpful friendly staff. Lots of nearby access to Monoprix, bus, and metro, market across the street, safe area.

The apartment was nice… But there was some discomfort. Like the sofa bed is not good to sleep. No extra bed sheets were there… The bed sheets which was there was not washed after use… 750 meter from the metro station.

The hotel is very nice to stay… u can see the effiel tower from top floor.

Bad. Room on courtyard with squealing from morning to evening. Horrible and unlivable room with nauseating stink probably of previous guests who have cooked country-of-origin dishes made from garlic onion and other similars. Bad experience to forget with no little effort.

I had a great experience staying at the Adagio. The staff was very helpful in answering all the questions we have. The room itself is very clean and bigger than what we expected. Over all, it was a pleasant experience.

The note would be more than 3.5, first of all very friendly host, who informed us well and helped when we arrived this last Sunday, I put a minus in the State of the room indeed wall, door, passing through the bathtub, curtains (blows, scratches, stripes), a good neck p renovation would be expected (of course I know it does not do this like that), hotel very well located, metro stop not even 10 minutes walk (although unfortunately for us this one was in works the days of our weekend supeeeer, good a shuttle was set up) thanks to the offer we had on a last minute site the value for money was so OK as I would not put more, so I would recommend this hotel even if the condition remains to be reviewed, due less for some rooms.

Good room, but the hotel is too far from center. The rest is ok. Don't forget to buy transport pass for the week for 28€.

Rooms are neat and clean. Service quality is good. Staff are very supportive and has right attitude towards all the customers.

Very well connected with Orly (15 minutes by car, at Uber 20 euros) 10 minutes from Metro Line 4 and a bus leaving you in the center. The rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and iron. The only bad thing is that they did not clean the room, I stayed five days and they did not clean any. In my case the bed was of the Q are removed from the wall, above the couch, I do not know if the rest of rooms would be the same, in my case was not a problem.

The house and rooms are modern furnished and the room we had was good for 4 people. There was even a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
However, on the walls were several stains, the fridge had a defective bracket for bottles and was obviously tried with screws to repair. The dishwasher could only be opened if the refrigerator door was open.
The beds had very good mattresses and were not well located.
There are two bus stops directly opposite the hotel, with links to the metro stations Mairie de Montrouge and Châtillon Montrouge.
All the staff we had contact with were extremely friendly and helpful.
Overall, I find that the hotel has good value for money.

Archi null booking order booked arrived at 19 hours with reservation booking 5 people in front of us and in the end more apartments available without any response after 1 hour and 1 Hotel incompetent incredible I do not recommend especially Not.

Very good reception, paid parking near very good quality and very clean, quiet apartment, clean with view on the Eiffel Tower, very nice. To recommend.

To be honest, it's not a 4 star hotel… First of all the room they give us first time has been occupied by someone else already! Than they give us another room, which wasn't nice, curtains are old and dirty, holes on the towels, the carpet was terrible, cigarette burns everywhere. After a couple of days there was not any coffee by the reception. The central is far. Won't stay there again.

A good place to stay if you want to visit Paris. Clean and spacy.

Well located at the gates of Paris. Close to 3 or 4 good restaurants and a supermarket. Staff friendly, spacious but antiquated apartment, clean enough overall besides the carpet that was dirty, very stained and worn. Good soundproofing. Value for money pretty decent.

Very good reception, very well appointed, clean, quiet. Take a 5 minute walk to the subway or to the restaurants/shops.

We enjoyed our stay in large part because of the staff and great view from the balcony. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous, and never failed to greet us at any hour of the day/night. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view. The street traffic below was a bit noisy but not terrible, and the pull-down bed was decent if not exceptionally comfortable. Proximity to bus, tram and metro made this quite convenient, and nearby shops (especially the Monoprix across the street) made it easy to take advantage of the mini-kitchen. The lobby was quite clean and the general feeling of the interior was newly-redone.

Really going through bad services… there is no shaving kit even, sugar, coffee, toothbrush kit etc. No other toilterlleries, few of reception people are rude. When I asked reception they said I dont have it. I mean why you writing about all these if you could not provide these things. This is first four star hotel where there no daily cleaning. There is no pool and fitness centre. When I asked them do you have umbrella she said we don't sell Umbrella, I was shocked by this rude answer. When I requested to change the room before anything the staff started with words that we will charge you 18euro for cleaning, I mean first understand that there is construction work going which disturbing me. Not recommend to any one.

Nice place. A little worn, but comfortable and an easy walk to the metro.

Dirty carpets. Bathroom not very clean. Dark rooms not enough lights. Slow Wi-Fi and its free only for one week I dont know how much it costs after a week. Not going back to this place.

I wouldn't recommend. The concept is great, but the rooms are simply not clean and not well maintained. We had to change the first room we got due to a broken sofa, dirty carpet and walls and even smell in the bathroom. The second room was better, but still not what's expected from a 4 star hotel. There are stains on the carpet… Staff is friendly and helpful though and the subway fairly close by (7 min walk). Oh, and the Wi-Fi is unusable at the 7th floor.

Nice accomodations but very far from the city center, I don't recommend this place if you go with tourism plans.

Quite satisfied, but could be better. Good cleanliness and size of rooms. Breakfast is also pretty taken care of. Friendly staff and very helpful (left our luggage into custody before checkin and after checkout). Wi-Fi was in fits and starts. Near the bus stop that takes you to the nearby Montrouge.

This place was an absolute disgrace — I would not recommend to anyone. We checked into our room, friendly enough staff, and were met with stained dirty carpets, a dusty / musky room, a fold out bed (which we are sure was not part of the deal), dirty bench tops and bugs flying around. We immediately demanded a refund (which we are still fighting for) and swiftly moved hotels. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures are nothing like what this ugly place looks like. Avoid like the plague!

The most pleasant surprise in Paris. Personnel wery ammable et +++. Costs like al home but Paris est Paris. Once in a life must visit this amasing Capital. Many people, many.

Somebody was came to our hotelroom byt keycard and we lost our handbag and money. I not recommend this hotel and hotel stuff is not trustful : — (

Carpets were really dirty in the room. Didn't want to walk around bare foot. Toilet paper felt like it came from the dollar store (maybe this is a Europe thing? ). Exhaust fan didn't seem to work. Room was tiny. Bathroom was tiny. Hotel doesn't really have anything good going for it other than the insuite kitchen (which was a nice perk). Bed was a pull out bed with one sheet. Not what you would expect at any decent hotel. Pillows were tiny. This hotel was pretty mediocre at best. Also ran into extreme frustrations with the Wi-Fi. It was out almost our ENTIRE stay (8days), even with our daily requests to fix it. It finally came back the last night and even then it was finicky. I had to go back to the front desk a few times until it finally connected and even then we were only allowed one device to connect. We were pretty frustrated with the internet being down all week and how they handled it. Apparently it was down for a month. We went for new years and we we were unable to call our family and wish them and I was unable to do some important office work I had to do. Some of the front desk staff were polite and apologetic about the Wi-Fi, while the manager didn't seem to care much at all. We voiced our concerns with her and asked if there was anything they can do to compensate us since we paid for a hotel with "Wi-Fi" and this was extremely important to us. Oh well, at least Paris was good. I won't be returning to this hotel though.

The room has a good size and was clean, the internet was fast enough. Very friendly staff and not to far from the metro and the city center. We would choose this again.

A visit to long or short as tourist is fine. It is three blocks from the subway. You can use escalators if they bring luggage to exit the metro. You can choose to prepare their food in the Cook's room or breakfast buffet. The upper floor has a beautiful but distant view of the eiffel tower. It seems a safe area.

Fair sized rooms for Paris, but they lose a star for the internet which is the worse I've used in years. Can't use Skype, iplayer, etc, and always dropping connection. Working away from home makes a good connection more important.

Nice rooms and great price.

The room is nice and clean. Service is good and location isn't too bad. I am here on a business trip for 37 days so I cannot cooment on the price. I would give it 5 stars but they lose a star for having really slow internet. Being away from home and family, and the internet isn't fast enlightened for me to use Skype to communicate with family back in the states.
