Very attentive employees, know several languages and excellent condition.

Hôtel calme et propre. Services complet. Seul bémol pas de chambre avec lit double à notre arrivée alors que vous l'avions demandé avant le séjour par mail et par téléphone.

Very clean. Spacious and modern rooms. We were in 2 rooms with independent landing, ideal for families or friends, you can leave the doors open and share spaces and have intimacy to sleep.

This hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The reception provides 24 h service, which is really useful, and the staff is very cordial. Metro and bus station are near the hotel, so reaching the centre of Paris is very easy. Overall a really good experience, I definitely recommend it.

Good size and we'll equipped. The reception is always ready for whatever you need. Breakfast is nice but overall it's a good hotel. Simple and effective, no special and elegant stuff, just a good night sleep…

Unfortunately this was probably the only hotel in our tour that we stayed at that was decent in terms of the hotel room itself and it’s amenities. But, in saying this, the hotel has employed under qualified staff that supposedly don’t know how to use their in house security system (video cameras) and in our tour that we had partaken in, One family had their two $2000 DSLRs stolen. Poor management and employees that aren’t trained well is what resulted in someone getting into the hotel and stealing two DSLR cameras from the family’s ROOM! The night of the incident the hotel staff were notified and everyone including the manager of the hotel was made aware of the incident. Our tour director was nice enough to let her management know as well but there can only be so much done from another country. Unfortunately, after the incident and due to the mismanagement by the managing staff (ignoring calls, not returning calls fast enough and rude behaviours (denying the even thought of someone getting into their hotel and into the family’s room) ). It just made it clear that we were simply a number. As much as the hotel was a good hotel room. As the name says, (ApartHotel) it’s a micro apartment, their staff and overall customer service was terrible. Even the next morning when my parents and I had had breakfast with the rest of our tour group. We were taken aback by the lack of respect they had for my parents and I.

Pros, place is nice and clean, modern, not to small, about 9 min from metro walking you can also take bus to metro station. Staff is nice speak English, Ivan was really kind and helpful. Free Wi-Fi pretty fast. Comfortable beds. Look just like pics. Cons, no clean room everyday only once in 7 nights. Not close to centre of Paris though only a 20 to 30 min by metro.

The staff were great. They speak English. We loved the clothes drying rack, sink (equipped with dish soap and sponge), plates, pans, stove… Close to the subway line.

If you get the right room, you can see the Eiffel tower. It's pretty magical.

The staff here are dishonest and unhelpful. We had two Canon DSLR cameras stolen from our room while we were out at dinner. The manager is apparently the only person who can view CCTV footage but would not meet with us to discuss it or view it. As we were on a tour bus we had to leave Paris with the understanding he would call us, it never happened and even after many attempts to contact him he was always unavailable! We have filed Police report but to avoid the same predicament for yourself do not stay here is my recommendation.

Friendly staff. Very good room with good view on junction. Free fitness center. Good breakfast.

Everything was perfect only downside is that there was no house keeping! We had to clean the place ourselves… but other than that, no fault really. 4 stars!

Pretty nice clean hotel. Free breakfast. No maidservice everyday unless you pay. Fitness room is hilarious, better than nothing, I guess. Cheap rates, would stay here again. Microwave and mini kitchenette.

Nice room, quiet, I had the privilege room with free drinks in the mini fridge, breakfast without surprised, but included in the price, clean overall, but I saw spider web on the hand dryer in the men's bathroom in the dining area. I haven't really talked to the staff after check-in, but nice so far. The hotel was just refurbished and the new design is nice.

Value average however.

My suite was really good, but my colleague was like a suite for disabled but with a threshold of 2cm thick bar and a spider that is carried in the room. The front desk wouldn't do or hear. A shame.

So far terrible. The waterpipe running through the bedroom I am in is from the toilets above (all 5 floors) its like a waterfall every 15/30minutes. If you don't want to sleep book a room.
