Twice stayed, always great location.

Excellent customer service and support.

Great family room (double bed plus sofa bed) for two adults and two children. Spaces a little tight in 4. I do not understand the need to put the toilet in a "loculus" separated from the rest of the bathroom, by the way it is difficult to close in.
Nice and spacious bathroom with a large shower, but even there the door is directly on the double bed and the space is a bit sacrificed.
Definitely to improve the service to use the elevators, they work with the room card but both us and other guests after a while the card did not work and you had to go to the reception to recharge it.
The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from line 4 of the subway which takes in about twenty minutes to the central area of Paris. Private underground parking for a fee of 19 euros per day.

We stayed over at Novotel in Paris for only one night on our way back to the UK from the south of France and were really impressed with the whole overall stsndard. The room was clean and well set out and the beds comfortable and a lovely roomy bathroom too. From our experience we would certainly stay there again on our next visit to Paris.

Great value for money. Peripheral location but really a short walk from metro 4 that leads in a few minutes to the Latino Quarter, Notre Dame, Les Halles and, always direct, up to Pigalle/Montmartre. Very good cleaning. Breakfast really complete and good, convenient if you have children (for them it is free) otherwise a little expensive (18 euros apiece). Alternatively near the metro station excellent bolulangerie for croissants and hood. Elegant Novotel style but welcoming children. At the personal reception who also speaks Italian.

Service is very nice, the rooms are awesome with the view of the eifeltower, close to the subway and many restaurants nearby, getting a taxi isn't a problem since they go by all the time. The restaurant is good, quality food is very good. They have a wide variety of wines and other beverages. There is no lock to the toilet or the shower, which is confusing for swedish people;) As I said the subway is approximately 500 meters from the hotel. It's the yellow line which can take you to almost the whole Paris, with some changes. In the room you get a water bottle as a "compliment" from the hotel witch is nice, and you can drink free coffee and tea on the room. The breakfast is about 18 euros, but offers a wide variety of dishes. For example scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants and waffles. They speak a little English but not to well, that goes for the whole city. But all in all, would definitely go back to!

This stay was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in my life. It’s started to be bad from the start when I went to the room to find bedbugs crawling on the bed. Called the receptionist, he came to the room and seen the bug himself, he kindly changed the room and offered 2 free drinks. However, it did not finish here. When I went to sleep at night in the 2nd room it was twin beded instead of superior queen bed. I almost fell in the gap between the beds and had a back pain due this. When I went down to the reception in the Morning the receptionist was very rude and had a smell of alcohol, he instead of apologising he started to blame me as I should have noted this from the beginning. I asked him to let me speak to the manager he was rude again saying no manager today and that he is the most senior one at that day. At the end he changed the room again & gave me an email of a manager upon my request. Overall, this was the worst hotel stay ever I had in my life, during 2 nights I had to change 3 rooms. I think something should be done due to the hygiene issues (bedbugs) and the staff shall go through hospitality courses After emailing the manager he offered a free weekend stay, but I don’t think I would like to repeat a mistake I have done before.

Hotel very nice. Management and staff s amazing. Minus one star for a very small toilets that are separate from h the shower.

Requested twin beds, got confirmation but when arrived we got a double bed and a pull out bed. For two singles we don't need the tension of who sleeps where. I strongly do not recommend hotel for single travellers. Hotel used by Trafalgar, not good as hotel claims no twin beds in any of their properties.

Everything is great. Very convenient for motorists. Underground Garage. 5 minutes to the Metro. Good breakfast. Modern rooms.

I only know the living room on the ground floor, it is a quiet place with comfortable seats.
There are power outlets everywhere available. Very nice.

It was 5 years ago since I was with my family here but the memories of this Hotel were still remain as one of the wonderful experience in our life, The staff from the reception, restaurant and room service we're very accommodating, helpful and kind, the foods are delicious from different kinds of France specialty, I would proudly recommend this hotel whenever you go to Paris with friends, families or alone as it is near to the Eifel tower just a few station and you will reach the world famous Paris Tower, they were also some fancy restaurants on your way from hotel to the city and after a tiring day You will welcome by a friendly staff at the reception and 5 star room service.

Nice hotel good location but thing is you won't get option of dining here. And most importantly they keep their restaurant closed on Saturdays and Sunday for lunch. I have never seen this anywhere.

Room service was terrible Breakfast was very poor Who speaks loudly… You're answering a disturbing tone. Which are not available to customers. On the other hand you know that they use Narta deodorant… They talk too much… Disappointed… Do not return.

Location is a little further from city center than I'd like. It's a out 2 blocks from the subway. Overall the room and amenities were fine.

Very comfortable Hotel. Quiet and cared for. The room was very small The breakfast (international) is buffet style and is very good. Services in the Novotel style, then medium-high level. 5 minutes from Metro station (line 4). Recommended.

We got the suite. Very nice, comfortable bed, beautiful view, convenient to services. Good breakfast Unfortunately the staff does not speak Italian, but you can communicate the same.

Superb quiet room with views of the Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse (family suite at the top). Perfect to recover from our big steps in Paris.

A 4 star hotel located close to the Metro station line 4. It is a bit far from the Eiffel as you will need to change metro twice. There no major shopping centre or eatery within walking distance from the hotel. I would give it a three star.

But liked again… was a relaxed weekend… the room was top.

Room service deplorable on arrival… Breakfast staff with deplorable behaviour… Who speaks loudly… Responds to you in a disturbing tone. Which are not available to customers. On the other hand you know that they use Deodorant Narta … They talk too much… Disappointed… Won't come back.

Very nice hotel. Smiling welcome small continental dej hearty. Nice room, modern and good bedding. The 5min walk to the metro makes Paris very easy to reach. The lounge décor is nice for a couple stay.

Although none dominates the Spanish all try… Except the mulatto girl (she only speaks French and English, and she doesn't have the. Minimum interest in trying to understand you)

Elegant hotel on the doorstep of Orleans, good treatment, 100metres from the Parisian metro.

For a 4 star hotel it comes short of expectations. The lobby had a modern twist, with good seating areas. The staff were friendly with decent english. The room is lovely with a contemporary vibe and plenty of USB ports, the Wi-Fi has amazing connection as well. However they did not really provide enough condiments when making coffee/tea and were inconsistent in providing other items such as shoe polish and the air conditioning did not really help. I've been to hotels lower than 4 stars that are still able to provide lotion, shower caps and other things that are useful. The hotel restaurant is overpriced, the breakfast buffet was for a decent price with under 18s eating for free and adults for €18. However the actual buffet itself had very limited options and was not very nice. It had the option of making our own eggs, with no area where we could wash our hands so we could possibly contract salmonella! The lunch and dinner is also overpriced with limited options. A gym was also complementary, but is quite small with only one of around 4 different piece's of equipment to use. On the first morning at around 7 the fire alarm went off, confused on where to go, we along other guests tried to figure out where the fire exit to outside was. When we got back into the lobby, the staff were just as confused telling us everything was alright and that we can go back to our rooms without and explanation nor apology. Would overall give a low recommendation.

Good rooms, very clean. Great breakfast choice and good location.

We arrived early in the morning, the children started to go crazy. A good aunt put us in the rooms. No co-payment, for which she is a special thank you. Clean, warm (end of December), the interior is wonderful, on your floor in the elevator — only on the card. It's a long way from "life, " but Uber arrives in a couple of minutes. The center is about 12 euros. To airport-55. Breakfasts are not bad, but around the corner "Carefour" there is everything in general for nothing (children snacks, juices-water).

The location was nice and the room was open and spacious. The staff seemed a bit arrogant and judged us.

4 star structure very nice, cured, clean and fragrant rooms, underground parking at 20 euro per day (private ones are more expensive), x means under the Metro, 90. Breakfast fee, but the rooms are equipped with kettle, tea and coffee bags. Nice staff.

Nice Hotel in quiet surroundings of Paris. Close to the Metro 5 minutes walk. Simple rooms but with all comforts, TV 50 inches in all rooms, cleanliness great view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff availability Price a little high but all in all great value for money.

Stayed two day, as a four star hotel, they didn't put bottle water at my second day.

Room is clean when we arrive. The next day they didn't even get the trash… we got at the hotel late we never had dinner so we ate at the restaurant for a late dinner the waiter doesn't seem were existing the food is suck steak is bad and chicken is hard like your chewing a gum tell the chef to marinate chicken on the milk I can cook steak better than the chef if it's not the lady on the receptionist I'm not gonna give any star but she is nice and helpful and hotel itself is not bad except no exhaust on the bathroom.

Convenient hotel, right next to the access to the A6 motorway and the Beltway, while being at the gates of Paris (Porte d'orléans among others). This hotel allows you to quickly reach the Metro Porte d'orléans (line 4) and to be able to take full advantage of Paris;-)

Very good hotel, nice treatment from the employees and a very nice room. Everything is in order and maybe the only thing it lacks is a door for the shower cabin.

This was a nice hotel that I stayed at when I visited Paris back in 2013. Nice rooms and convenient as it is close to a metro station. Would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Paris.

This hotel is not far from a Metro (line 4), next to the periphery highway, but quiet inside the hotel. The room is clean, keep clean along my different stay (among 3 or 4 year I come there). The admittance is well done always with smile and a very good concierge. The restaurant provide a good view of different French…

Awful experience, I forgot in the room a pair of pants, a jacket and a belt and it's all gone, despite being warned for the evening as soon as I realized, after returning.
After two days of reminders, nobody found them and the hotel does not take the responsibility for what happened.
A shame.

This hotel is very well located to visit Paris. We were driving, but public transport are very close. There is a private parking in the basement, something rare in Paris!
The staff is perfect (hotel and restaurant). Lots of choice at breakfast.
The "Exécutive" suites are very adapted for a family of 4 (6) persons. We were on the 7th floor, on the side of Paris, the panorama was magnificent. Insulation is perfect (inner and outer: gives on the device). Cleanliness is impeccable, the minibar offered and topped up each day, the Nespresso coffeemaker and kettle are well appreciable. The bedding is very comfortable… well nothing wrong!

No room with two single beds, to sleep in a very comfortable sofa bed if you need to sleep separate. Too bad.

Great hotel south of the city centre. 500m to the metro, line 4 running the whole day long. OK room but the toilette did smell urea as many streets in Paris. Small but great breakfast.
