➜ Never book at this hotel!
We booked Friday, April 13, 2018 for 1.30 pm a double room. So we arrive at the scheduled time. The receptionist was not especially nice to us. She simply made us pay the price of the room either 90, €18 and give us our key. No explanation on the bill, on the breakfast schedule etc.
Then we arrive in our room and we find that the housekeeping was not done (bed defeated, floor towels, toilet bowl. C raised, bottle of alcohol in the bin, task on the furniture, crumbs on the floor…).
We will see the housekeeper to ask her if she can do what is necessary in this room. During that time, we were on the terrace and after 10 minutes the latter had already completed the household chores. The latter did not vacuum and it was even questioned whether the pillowcases had been changed as well as the glass found in the S. D. B. It was a job neither done nor to do!
In addition, close to the bed we noticed the presence of tasks on the wall (it is probably not from yesterday). I then wet the paper and I rubbed a small part and it's gone. But that's not all, there was also dust on that same wall. Of course, it is necessary to rub and not simply to pass only the rag! I would also add that when I wanted to put our things in the bathroom cabinet, I thought the drawers were going to stay in my hands… I add that I still asked for clean doreillers pillowcases.
➜ There are enough better hotels than this. Once and never again.
