Friendly and relaxed. Room had everything you could want, I thought the cleaning could of had better detail in corners etc. Excellent location, Bercy village is handy and nice, great food choice. Breakfast at the hotel is a bit limited and confusing.

The location is fantastic as it is a very short walk to the station — within minutes! It's also very close to Bercy village where there are lots of great restaurants and a small grocery store. The hotel itself is well-maintained, cosy, simple and elegant.

Very cozy, good restaurants within walking distance. The bakery breakfasts are not expensive. The room has a kitchen. The reception works very well. The subway is near.

Good and clean. Receptionist are kind. Prices are fare. Breakfast : is ok. Could have more options, but what they have is fresh.

The only hotel where they will photocopy your identity document even if the full payment has been made in advance.

This place is horrible. The elevators had no light and when we finally got out the hallway was pitch black. The motion lights came on late. When we got to our room it was as dark as the elevator. You have to keep the key in a slot in order to keep the lights on. The shower isn't raised from the floor so when you get out the whole bathroom floor is wet. The door automatically locks behind you which was scary when the lights were off. I wouldn't recommend getting into the elevator with a stranger. In Paris especially considering recent, dangerous events, this should be modified.

Very nice. Family spirit with a decor a logistics and especially an extra staff to make you feel like at home. The public kitchen is open 24 hours a day the apartments have balconies offering enough light inside and a small gym is available. On the other hand the cleaning costs are a little high 25 euros per apartment.

Extra well located super quiet very well equipped bathroom at top and supermarket open 9 am — 10 pm and Sunday.

Mini apartments in Bercy, area far from the center but well connected by Metro. Young and friendly environment. In the lobby there is also the football. Good breakfast.

Friendly staff, great location close to the metro and near a good selection of restaurants. Hotel was clean and well kept. Has luggage storage for after you have checked out. As a note the bed is a pull down bed.

I recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend a few days on Paris as well as professional or tourist. Good location home cleanliness friendly service. Rates to see!

Very good, comfortable nice hotel. Location is convenient, next to a shopping complex with several restaurants and near a metro station that goes into the tourist areas. Friendly staff.

Disappointed reservation make of then more than 3 months with breakfast offered and at the finish nothing. Very disappointed next to Adagio Eiffel Tower Hou all is well respected.

Very nice apartment, great location at two stations from Gare de Lyon. Nice reception But it lacks the press you proposed a few years Ago. We had a great time.

A beautiful residence, beautiful services, a staff to listen to. 3 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes from the Centre of Paris.

Very Nice Rooms, but Dishonest Checkout Experience First the good. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. The rooms were very modern, spacious, and clean. The bathrooms were large and included wall heaters for drying your towels/clothes. The locations was right next to the Bercy Village Mall which felt very safe and had many reasonably priced restaurants. The front desk staff spoke very good English (when they wanted to). Now, the dishonest part. We book our room through AccorHotels 800#. They sold us on a Bed and Breakfast rate if we prepaid with a credit card over the phone. We agreed and were immediately charged. We promptly received an email confirmation. Upon checkout, we were hit with a €143 bill. They said that our 'Bed and Breakfast Rate' only included breakfast for 2 people, despite the email confirmation clearly identifying 5 people in the room and containing no such language limiting the breakfast to 2 people. When the front desk staff couldn't find any such limitation in my 5 page email confirmation, they no longer could speak English. This basically ruined the rest of my morning considering how sparse their breakfast offering was and for €11 per kid, I could have taken them across the street and paid less for freshly made crepes.

Nice hotel, convenient location, well priced.

Great Aparthotel located next to the court Saint Emilion and therefore Bercy. Well equipped modern and quiet. Good breakfast on the floor. Only the price is a little high but it's Paris.

Mid Scale city apartment 4stars, equipped with kitchenette, sofa bed, decent size bathroom and adequate storage. Toiletries are very nice, especially the scent, ironing facilities and friendly staff… Very good location for Djoon club and getting around central Paris for a good price.

I regret that the staff in the room do not speak English. I am not concerned being French but when I saw the difficulties with the foreign people I did not find it normal for this type of establishment.

Very nice place beside a very fantastic Bercy village I staid 15 days it was close to every thing I need and excellent staff Only problem they don't have parking space.

As an apartment I personally expected something Different. It was very small.
On the mattress were hair as well as on the Pillows. The bed was totally uncomfortable at Night. : (and One of the staff was also just a little nice. The breakfast room was fine but with the juice and milk bottles the edges were chipped as well as on some plates. Outside the hotel it was also only conditionally clean which did not have a very inviting effect on Me. Pity the rest of the staff were nice as well as the cook too.
