Small, affordable hotel, with very kind and polite front desk staff. Cleaning was great. I did not mind the hotel room being small, though the shower was difficult. Great area with easy access to subways, buses and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

A very good property I loved stayed in. The super friendly staff, the Niquel chrome room.
Small already a little expensive for the contents of the buffet, but remains correct.

Lovely hotel. On our first visit to Paris the choice of this hotel was a success. It is very familiar, cozy and very clean with very comfortable beds. You can enjoy a full breakfast at a good price and in a very quiet place of the hotel. Great metro communication, has a station within walking distance that connects to any direction of Paris. Totally recommended.

I would recommend you try this hotel. Friendly staff and beautiful rooms.

Room a bit noisy because next to the elevator but the staff was very friendly and I had the breakfast offered (a nice way to make forget the little worries of the noise…)

Agate Hotel was lovely and friendly. My room and the breakfast room looked out on the courtyard. It was winter and snowing so no one used it but it was charming. My room was tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I recommend this hotel and will stay there when I return to Paris. I needed to be in that area and the hotel was reasonable and a find.

Well but have heard neighbors from the adjoining rooms and the maids remake your bed really quickly made it really remains to be desired.

The staff is really very welcoming helpful and professional. The hotel is well located. The rooms are clean. The bedding is correct. My room faced the courtyard it was quiet. The breakfast was fine.

Hotel very friendly, comfortable and warm this is not the first time I go down for professional reason. Every time I was received in a very friendly way, I slept in a quiet environment and enjoyed an excellent breakfast to renew.

Although the African gentleman at the counter is was fantastic, the "manager" is the embodiment of everything bad you heard about the Parisians, unhelpful, arrogant and rude.

A star because we can not put less, we got robbed our computer in our room, having made no backup of our data all our work has fallen to the water, obvious lack of security to flee!
We were reimbursed for our computer but this kind of incident is not supposed to happen in a hotel!

I do not know if other reviews are written by the real guests but I can assure you that I will keep a very bad memory of this hotel and the feeling of being cheated. Do not pay in advance.

In our case the heating was not working. Hotel refused to change our room when it was not complete and to reimburse us the remaining days. Auucun respect for the hospitality duties. Aggression, contempt and arrogance of the staff.

Mid-level Hotel, cheap, clean rooms but a little small, at least the single, Teanquilla area and well served by Metro. Staff very helpful.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi. The rooms are nice and cleaned up everyday. They gave us a room with AC though we had only paid for a standard room. They also accepted to keep our luggage after checking out since our train only left in the evening. They serve a big breakfast with a lot of choice but we didn't try it because it costs €12, which we thought was a little bit pricey. Very good experience overall, I would recommend this hotel! Plus, we could see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony of our room.

We wanted to travel to Paris and stay at "Agate", but people there didn´t help us at all: We needed a price offer since we wanted to travel with a baby and a small kid, but they just said: "go to our internet site, where the prizes are calculated automatically". (Which isn´t true) We were very amazed how unhelpful people at Agate Hotel are.
