Good welcome and good value. Very clean, immaculate housekeeping and very polite receptionists. I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel from 17/6/18 to 24/6/18 during our beautiful stay in Paris. The Hotel is in a beautiful location to visit the city, as it is very close to La Gare de Lyon, where there is probably the main line of the Paris Metro. (Line 1) from where you can practically move around the city by intertsaling with all the other lines. The Hotel is very simple but very functional even if there is no elevator, as it is very clean, with the reception staff very nice, and always attentive to every need 24 hours on
24. The wi fi is very efficient. Me, my wife and my daughter Victoria found each other beautifully. We only slept, (wishing you can also make breakfast) at a price that given the location of the property is super-advantageous. Spend only one night. The room was very small, the bathroom just had a shower and that's it, no toilet. Had to leave the room and go to a common bathroom, which was shared with the rest of the rooms.
There is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. I had to be on the third floor and to upload my suitcase I spent regular.

Staff are super friendly, location is perfect. Plenty of choice when it comes to restaurants and bars which are just around the corner. There is a fresh produce market on a saturday morning and its around a 10 minute walk to Gare de Lyon. The only down side is some rooms don't have toilets in them, however there is a shower and sink in them which work well so its not too much of an inconvenience to share a toilet.

Superb, the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the North station, and value for money you will not find any better. The staff is just wonderful and small care. The room is very clean with 2 large towels and shower gels, hot water with Paumo (Nikel when you do not want to get wet the hair).

Average budget hotel. Not suitable if you are carrying heavy baggage, as there are no elevators and the staircase is very narrow to carry heavy baggage.

It is just OK for the price. The bed was comfortable, it was a good place to rest. The personnel was nice and kind, and they spoke English. The only thing that I disliked was that the last day they asked for 5 € just for keeping my luggage a few hours.

Upon my arrival (11PM, middle of the week) I was informed that they had to cancel my reservation as there was a technical error with the website I used (I was charged the whole amount and it was non-refundable booking). The room was nice but they didn't have an elevator. My room was at the 5th floor and the stairs were very small. The room was clean even if the toilet was in the corridor to share with other 3 rooms. They didn't have Wi-Fi. Its a decent place to stay for one night.

The owner did well lady who stays at the front desk is super nice and makes the awesome trip. Our american school trip went there with school last year, and although the bathrooms could use scrub or two, the service and atmosphere was amazing. Great location near lyon gar, and bastille, as well many shop and stores surrounding. Awesome service!

Five months ago, my family and I stayed in this moderate hotel and for the reasonable price we paid it was fine. The staff was very nice specially the girl in the front desk. She help us a lot with the orientation for going places. My son was sick and she made many calls to the doctor and the hospital in order they attend my son. Very accessible, the Hospital very close, the, Gary the Lyon close, restaurants close and and many bus stops and metro stations accessible. We felt comfortable in this place despite it is not a luxurious building.

Notice to Mariners. They are 2 reasons why I went to stop at this hotel: its location near Gare de Lyon, and the fact that had rooms in a week that Paris was at the top. If you had similar motivated thought going to this hotel, think it better:
2 other colleagues and I reserve 3 rooms with bathroom (price € 89, according to the website). At the end assigned us rooms without bathroom (price €79). We went to claim they Sidious US €10 per night. We were told that they could do nothing except give us a discount on your next visit or breakfast free (for the next visit, of course). But was given a room with 1 single bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 bunk bed (top one without bedsheet, because the queen bed is for 2 persons! ). We requested that at least put up the bunk bed on the top so that we each has a bed, but they wanna charge additional 25 euro per night for that! I have to argue with them, and show them their own replied of giving us 4 beds (Note: the booking slip from hostelworld doesn't work! Lucky I wrote to them, I called too to ask, but the lady at the desk said she was not informed). The lady also said that there is no 4 bedded room in the hotel (why put it on hostelworld? ) She finally let us use the bunk bed on top after a long talk but for the second night because she said it is too late to give us bed sheet? There is no breakfast room even though it is written on the door, it is locked or the lady will shout at you if you enter. Some luggage were inside, it cost 2.5 euro per person (so for 4 persons is 10 euro) to leave your luggage in the hotel after 1200 noon.
