Nice little hotel. The welcome is warm and efficient.

Room too small, the no'4 for 103! on the ground floor of the hotel's trash cans, no way to get air there night, no air conditioning. Ridiculous bathroom in space. Sitting on the toilet, a sink in your right ear, and holding out your arm you are in the shower! Hotel toilet glued to the room. However, very friendly staff.

A very well located hotel close to Lyon station, under the green flow and close to good places of food like Trousseau Square. Reasonable prices, well-kept rooms and friendly staff. Price trading is possible by filling.

Relatively sized hotel room enough to open lugguage and move around, though hotel slightly far away from train station.

I was very disappointed by the lack of attention of the reception staff. My entry card did not work during the 3 days of my stay and was told that it was my problem and not theirs, despite the observation of the non-functioning! … I do not recommend this hotel.

So by or start… Insulation = 0 (Noise of people coming in and out of the hotel all night, the self-service toilet next to my room that walk all night, people talking all night, the sound of cars, the sound of suitcases that constantly roll all the Night. ) Place in the bathroom = 0 (Nothing to posses his affairs. ) Friendliness of the person who is at the reception = 0 (a person at the reception who never smiles, C is limit if it does not annoy him to take care of your bill, a departure like the arrival without a smile and without a small sentence to say goodbye and Wish you a good day, which is still the minimum when you are at the reception. Disproportionate price compared to the quality of the services. (One night at 79 euros for the worst night I spent in a hotel C is just shameful. I slept better in a Formula 1 to 29 euros. I didn't have breakfast because the price was high enough. I therefore strongly advise against this "hotel", which gave me the impression of sleeping in my tent next to the Gare de Lyon. Instead, prefer a Formula 1 to 29 euros that will offer you a quality service compared to the one proposed by the Hotel de Reims. What a shame…

Close to Gare de Lyon train stop. Quiet, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Smaller room, but it suited me. Would stay here again, even with a partner.

Spacious room, a bit of noise if ground floor or on street, if not quiet. Well located, near Gare de Lyon.

Never stayed there but liked the friendliness. Even though I had asked politely two neighboring venues would not let me use the toilet. In this hotel they welcomed me even though I wasn´t a guest. Thank you.

Great location near Lyon train station and affordable in price.

Very good reception, the person at the front desk was very friendly. A simple, comfortable and quiet room. The shower is of the correct size. The hotel is located in a quiet street near the Gare de Lyon.

Camera scomoda e rumorosa
Siamo stati in questo hotel all'inizio di luglio.
La camera non aveva armadio e cassettiera. Nessun posto dove mettere I nostri vestiti. La doccia era separata solo da una tenda e l'acqua entrava nella stanza.
Non c'erano finestre, solo una porta che si apriva su un cortile polveroso e disordinato.
La camera era anche a pochi metri dalla reception e quindi piuttosto rumorosa.

Room uncomfortable and noisy
We stayed in this hotel in early July.
The room had no closet and chest of drawers. No where to put our clothes. The shower was only separated by a curtain and the water came into the room.
There were no windows, only a door that opened onto a dusty and messy courtyard.
The room It was also just a few meters from the reception and therefore rather noisy.
Not recommended.

Wonderful hotel in Paris. My wife and I stayed here in 2010. We loved this hotel. It's small, but really nice. The staff spoke some English and were really friendly. It's very affordable. Great location. Really clean and comfortable. There was a really nice continental breakfast in the basement. Cool architecture. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for anyone on a budget looking for a very good location — did a lot of walking around from the hotel Lots of trendy bars and wine shops around including easy access to a market with great cheese and cured meats selection. We managed to strike it lucky with every restaurant we found around the place — so probably quite a bit larger than before the trip to Paris! Friendly staff, clean place. Small but I would describe it as cosy. Only thing to note was no english channels on TV. But we didn't go to Paris to speak English so no big deal.

“A good base to tour Paris” Although we did feel that the place was a little over-priced (the feeling dawned when we were checking-out), in retrospect I do believe that the place was alright! The earlier feeling was only due to the fact that we hardly spent any time in the room — even 3 days in Paris (in a whirlwind tour) does not provide you the luxury of doing so. Anyway, the room itself was comfy enough, equipped with a bath-tub which came handy to relax in after the day's exertions. Located proximal to the Gare de Lyon (5 min walk), it provided a good base to explore Paris from. Although you might be better off in the Latin Quarter as it is closer to the heart of Paris. Lots of good eateries and convenience stores nearby as well. The receptionists spoke good English and were helpful in providing directions and tips in touring the city. All in all.
