Really good place, good price and very good breakfast.

I will visit again and again anytime I am in paris. I actually got to stay here because I missed my train to italy but I found a better cheap hotel. Its a friendly place and the owner is truely french, shes got an eye for quality. Good place 5stars!

Wonderful place. A bit of paint would help but they staff is great. VERY cheery and helpful. GREAT location. Very close to Gare de Lyon. Easy walk to the Bastille. The rooms are small but above average for a budget hotel in Europe. Comfortable bed which I think is unusual for Europe. Breakfast was better than expected.

Good hotel for one night as part of a pro stay. The reception was charming and attentive, on the other hand the rooms are really not large and there was a small smell of musty. I have not tested the breakfast because at 12 even for the pro is really too expensive in my opinion.

At 2 steps from Gare de Lyon, easy to reach by car, you can easily park in the nearby streets. The Hotel is very nice and the room is very small expensive but Paris is Paris! Nice staff and breakfast.

I booked a room at the beginning of March and I wish I could stay at this hotel and enjoy the weekend in Paris. But because of an accident on the motorway, I missed the connection coach and I could not get to Paris. I informed the hotel about this issue and the booking was cancelled, however I was charged the full price of the room. I hoped they would be flexible and would understand the situation, but the answer I received from the hotel was "there is nothing we can do about this" I will go to Paris soon, but I will definitely choose a different hotel.

Good placement, close to train RER and subway, close to Opera Bastille. Service on a best level, all concierge was polite and assist in any requests. Room is small but include all needed things (not include refrigerator) :heat, air conditioner, locker etc. Very clean room, each day was arranged bed. Will back once more.

Hotel 5 minutes walk (show in hand) from the train station of Lyon, close to the Bastille also, very welcome (receptionists, kitchen staff at breakfast we met, graceful and caring) cleanroom and sanitary facilities impeccable, good bedding, good temperature in the rooms, small touches in the room (tea, coffee, water bottle, sponge to clean the shoes, ) in short during another stay in Paris, this is where I would come back —

Clean crisp rooms. Very comfortable bed. Friendly 24 hour staff. Speaks English. Very convenient location close to train, food, attractions and shopping. Best rate around as well. All good for an easy quick visit to Paris.

Good: Very well located: 5 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon, also very close to Place de la Bastille. Room and bedding clean, renovated bathrooms. Safe, kettle, cups and selection of tea and instant coffee. Very friendly staff. The hotel overlooks a quiet little street. Not good: The room was poorly soundproof, you hear if there is noise in the hallway or the other rooms. I'd give four. 5/5 for the price paid.

Uncomfortable bedding and bed which squeaked enormously. Noisy Molds on the bathroom windows.

Very good breakfast. Eye, there are two types and they are not clear in explaining them. In the rooms have electric kettle and every day renew the coffee and tea bags.

Affordable price, a few blocks from the train station and 20 minutes walk to the bus station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolute value for money. We paid for a double bed. Was initially put in twin one but was moved to a double as soon as I told them. Good toilet with ample hot water and working shower. Very Small room, decent Wi-Fi. Very short walk to gare du Lyon and quai de la rapee. Very safe area, rare for affordable rooms in Paris. Lot of cheap eateries around with late night ones. Tried the Japanese​ restaurant on the street as well, good food. A very nice bakery at the entrance of the street towards gare du Lyon. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, looked expensive. They can work on a proper luggage storage for guests, rather than putting up a "we are not responsible for luggage". Our bags were fine. One could say the walls were thin, but that didn't bother me.

Functional, clean, near Lyon station, in a quiet alley without noises related to urban traffic. Smiling and welcoming staff. Only downside: a "slow" elevator.

Good place to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet is very very good, better than in many places, well stocked and quality.

Very good hotel located near the Gare de Lyon and the Bastille, with quick access to the centre of Paris and airports. Clean and comfortable room and toilet, though not very large. It has a coffee maker to heat water and even cook noodles, plus Wi-Fi and safe. Very close there is a Carrefour express. They have to improve the lighting of the stairs with LED. The breakfast is worth €12, although there are more economic alternatives nearby. To return.

Passage for a weekend in Paris in April.
Room deserving a good refresh both at the level of the walls (damaged and dirty to wear paper). Big problem of soundproofing not with outside as no noise between rooms but outside, we could hear our neighbours discussed as if they were in our room, not to mention the noises at night from other neighbouring rooms.
Bathroom redone recently, quite correct size.
Tray very friendly with the kettle, coffee, tea and herbal tea and water.
Breakfast was nothing to complain about.
Very easy situation near Gare de Lyon, same quiet neighborhood on the way home at night.

Very nice employees. Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night but started working again after a few hours. The weather was nice and cool so we could open the windows, but you had to close them if you wanted sleep. Paris is a very noisy city.

The service was okay, our (standard) room was clean and had enough space. The location of hotel Alexandrie was convenient, but you'll have to take the metro to get somewhere interesting (or you would have to have great walking ambitions…) Overall, hotel Alexandrie is an okay place to stay in Paris.

Small but comfortable. Convenient location near Gare de Lyon. Keep in mind a queen size is just two pushed together with separate linens for each.

Got promoted to better room at arrival yo encourage us to book with them again. Great service, lovely receptionists. Very clean and cute rooms. Relatively inexpensive for such a location and quality. Totally recomment.

I made a last-minute reservation at the midnight and I found the staff is very kind and helpful. Elevator is small but the room is tidy and comfort with a standard equipment (bath tub, hair dryer, etc). Quite close to the Gare du Lyon station and some restaurant.

I had to go here for work and was all very well, is located next to Gare de Lyon, near the Bastille, the bed two beds of 90 form it together even if it is a single room, has television cable channel +, etc, heating and air conditioning, have a water heater with sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and others included in the room price Wi-Fi is free, but is very slow, forget about using Skype and the like. They have buffet breakfast for € 12, it is worth because pastries brought freshly made from the boulangerie across the street, and you know as rich French pastries.

Moldy ceiling. No toilet paper. Otherwise ok.

Staff lovely, staff efficient but a lousy service at breakfast. Waitress who keeps the same T shirt 3 days, serves us in slippers and no fresh not the buffet! Too bad.
