Do not stay on a weekend under any circumstances! An otherwise nice place, they let people from outside come in and party in the hallways, loud music and screaming until 4am. There’s nothing wrong with being a party venue, but you can’t charge customers who pay to get a night’s sleep when clearly that’s not on the agenda.

Beautiful hotel recommended the staff is very gentle the rooms are comfortable and beautiful.

This is a really nice hotel — very well priced. Situated in an old building with lots of wood finishes and interesting layout. Very nice & helpful staff. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

WORST EXPERIENCE: Selina Cuenca has taken more than a month to deliver the invoice for the payment of my accommodation on its premises. Neither receptionists nor the counter give an answer: they avoid calls, they lie about a 'medical license' that has the meter outside the hotel, when when talking on the phone he tells me that he is on his way to Selina Cuenca to "solve" my problem and does not. He lied to me, telling me that he has already sent the invoice and he has not, then acknowledges it and promises that 'now he will'. Do not stay, nor ever come back here. Never.

We went to the bar last night. Amazing Gin and Tonics is a great place. The Bartender was very professional. We will go back!

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! When we arrived, we were greeted by the kind and helpful staff and led to our awesome room. The room was spotless and everything worked perfectly (even the hot water which can be hit or miss in some places). They have an amazing breakfast every morning as well. The hotel is situated near one of the best restaurants in Cuenca (El Mercado) and in walking distance to all of the museums and churches. The Wi-Fi is reliable and fast. When I return to Cuenca this will be the only hotel I stay at.

Unfortunately we had a room without window and a bed in 120. For the rest, the reception, cleanliness, and breakfast was OK.

A comfortable and very classic hotel in the city of Cuenca.

Very noisy hotel, bar area, poorly insulated rooms. Regular lunch except for fruit. No elevator to access our room on the third floor.

If you are traveling to Cuenca the hotel Crespo is the best place to stay as it is located in the whole center specifically on the long street where you will find restaurants, bars and others; On the other hand the breakfast, the attention, the rooms and everything that contains the hotel makes you feel at home.

Excellent location Attractive place, comfortable, rather small rooms for the price however very comfortable. It is important to consult details in reception as in room missing information such as service numbers, they offer, etc.

Very historic, but this comes with unreliable plumbing! Poor clearance of the toilet was our main concern. No fridge, no tea or coffee in the room. But lovely view of the river, very comfortable beds, heater in room. Staff friendly but limited English, after normal hours. Great features in the decor.

Very good priced hotel with a nice location in Downtown Cuenca. Really cool location off of calle larga, right next to the river. The Museums and churches nerby are wonderful and only about a 5 minutes walk. The staff was great. The room was a bit small that I stayed in and looked a bit old but other than that everything was great.

A welcoming place. Good service and good atmosphere.

I give this place a no star because I never had a bad reviews but this takes the whole pie, I spoke to a manager because they didn't have no hot water in a cold climate and the rooms was to hot. The manager was rude and I paid for a $100 room per night. I will never come back to this place and I don't think anybody show go there.
