Hotel very quickly located in the heart of downtown Cuenca. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are friendly. The place is alive with musicians every night. Very good stay.

It is a quite nice bar and hostel, designed for a backpacker-type clientele or informal travellers, clean, pleasant comfortable, in the bar area, you can enjoy a beer or a drink to your liking. As for the food, it is tasty and well prepared. Their burgers are delicious cost 5 USD each. On Mondays they provide live music in a very pleasant atmosphere.

I had a very good pasta with ratatouille. The environment was young, good music and live performances.

Terrible Place. Lousy attention from the site administrators. We were not treated with respect or kindness. We're leaving with the worst quality of service in all of Cuenca. We have been denied several services that they offer and their deal and face reflect how much they hate their work. I'll never go back to this place.

It is a very nice place; The rooms and the common spaces are very neat. Attention 24 hours. In the restaurant is eaten very rich and go local and international music artists. Those who attend are very polite and willing to orient you in everything you need. Excellent price-quality ratio.

We were recommended this hostel by not one, but two friends. So we are very sad to say we were disappointed. Bed was full of hairs, the room smelt bad and the staff were unfriendly. It felt like it was more of a bar than a hostel. We hope perhaps we caught it at a bad time and maybe it’s normally awesome… better for a drink than to stay.

Fair price. The hostel is idealy located and the bed comfortable. An effort could be made on the bathroom however.

Very nice place. Very good food and clean rooms. But the water for showers was quite annoying, you had to ask every morning for them to start the hot water. The staff that was from France were quite cold, not the most welcoming people in comparison with the warm ecuadorians people.

You cannot beat the quality. This is a beautiful place to stay central to everything, it's safe, the staff is very helpful, the food is amazing, and the price is right.
