A very nice hotel. The only problem I have is the stairs: they are steep from front and our room was on the 3rd floor I had to carry our belongings up 2 flights of stairs. The room is small and feels like the hotels in Paris. Now, I have never been to Paris but my wife has … Many times and without me. Even so, I still tend to believe her.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We arrived in the early morning so we left our baggage in the reception. The room was a little smaller than excepted but it was all tidy and clean. Great for a night. We will absolutely recommend this place to our friends!

Wow very nice room! Victorian era Style. Curtains in suede. Big Chair. Very small bath room. Excellent location in old Quebec. Small hotel of a dozen very quiet room even from the room near the front door. Romantic for a couple.

Old hotel in its original juice and the charm of the era without lift and impossible to access for handicapped bedding very comfortable.

Impeccable care, a decoration sought, if I do not put the 5 stars it is only for the lack of breakfast. That said it is possible to have lunch in a nearby establishment where you benefit from 20% discount thanks to your reservation. In any case, a lovely place, and the bedding in Room 3 is very comfortable! Thanks to the hotel Marie-Rollet!

Very nice rooms in an old charming building in the heart of old Quebec!

Amazing staff, great location, and adorable rooms. Bed-and-Breakfast feel that fits with the aesthetic of Old Quebec. Would stay here again in an instant.

As many people said it this is a little gem in downtown Québec. Rue ste anne is pretty quiet and you get to experience a more busy surrounding a few 100 meters in all directions.

What a jewel of a hotel in a perfect location in Vieux Quebec. We just adore the friendly & marvelous Sarah who greeted us at the front desk. Our room is charming & immaculate & large. The rooftop terrace is a bonus. This hotel is a great little place!

We arrived to this charming Hotel in the heart of Old Quebec City and were pleasantly surprised! The staff is very attentive and very kind. Our room was beautiful! Clean, glass tables, charming and elegant. It's so close to all the attractions and restaurants! We would definitely recommend this quaint Hotel!

This hotel is an hidden gem in the heart of old Quebec. Steps away from everything for a lot less than most of the hotels around. This place is also very clean. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. My only reservation is the absence of an elevator. It could be problematic if you're traveling with an elderly person.

Wonderful stay and friendly helpful staff, although the room was bit smaller than excepted which they told us before booking and the private toilet across the hall was very small for a healthy person but the location was right in the heart of the city and great view of the fountain … Perfect place for the price.

Great location to old Quebec, beautiful room, teriffic price.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Both times we booked a suite and we were not disappointed. Large room with antique furniture and modern amenities and a large modern bathroom was really nice. The small roof top terrace needs some work, mood lighting for the evening would be nice. The hotel is definitely not sound proof. Be prepared to hear peoples conversations. Walking distance to everything in old quebec. No parking but there is an underground garage half a blo…ck away. $18 per day. Would be nice to have the hotel credit it. The Wi-Fi signal is weak at best. Not the end of the world but if it is to be offered it should work properly. the last night we stayed when returning at 12:30am from dinner with friends a couple on the 3rd floor was having a terrible fight very loud screaming and yelling and someone was being hit. I rang the "emergency" bell at the front desk several times with no answer. I called 911 from my cell phone and thankfully the police arrived very quickly and diffused the situation.
when checking out I mentioned the problem to the man at the counter. He said he was aware and he was sorry fro the trouble. I voice my concern that I was not able to reach the hotel staff in an emergency. He said he did not know why the girl who was working did not answer. He said she was probably sleeping. How she did not hear the fighting and the phone ringing I don't know but I suspect no one was there.

This hotel was so perfect — absolutely lovely, very quiet, clean, friendly helpful staff, relatively affordable, excellent location, private rooftop deck. Caution — no elevator and no amenities — but if you are looking for a European feel or romantic get away or just a quiet convenient and lovely place, stay here!

Great location and friendly staff. Only problem we had is we reserved the King room thinking it'll have a great view of the city however our view was the air conditioners of the building nothing else. No windows in the room except the Sky light. Service was great though. Room was clean and it was huge. We had our own fridge and microwave. We were asked nicely to take our shoes off before entering the room which was okay since they provided shoe mats and our shoes were full of slush and were wet. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the price was fair compared to other hotels. The hotel does not offer breakfast but they do offer coffee and discount for a breakfast restaurant near by.

I absolutely do not recommend. My husband said it was like "staying in a museum" and he was right. The rooms are filled with old furniture that we felt we would accidentally break if we used them (including just sitting down on the bed — a lot of creaking). There were also a lot of ridiculous rules — leave your shoes on the first floor (which is fairly open to the public and not at all convenient when you're on the top floor and must stop on your way out already bundled in your winter clothing to put on your boots), no food in the rooms (you have to be kidding me! ), and no noise between 10pm and 10am (a ridiculously large window, especially since the rooms are fairly sound proof — this just sounds like a way to kick out guests they don't like). I also felt like the people at the front desk were constantly watching everything I was doing — in fact, one morning we went out for breakfast at around 8am and were gone only 30 minutes, but when we came back someone had already "cleaned" our room (by which I mean made the bed and moved any furniture we had relocated to better serve our needs to the "correct" position, not any actual cleaning) — — it made me really uncomfortable, especially since there is no sign to hang on the door when you leave saying "please do not service this room".
