Very nice room. Big bathroom. The bed, however, did not suit my taste. The staff were wonderful.

Very nice European style hotel. It does not have an elevator all by steep stairs. Very nice room, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Artisan breakfast.

It's a very nice place has a nice ladder to get to the abite the dayone is good.

Old hotel but very neat. Small defect, soundproofing. Hotel great location to visit Quebec City as close to the park and its "nature" link to the castle. Very good breakfast I recommend.

Good location close to bars, restaurants and the old city. Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent bathroom. The included continental breakfast was of high quality and was elegantly presented and served. The coffee was delicious. Parking on-site is available for $12/day. Be prepared to climb, however, there is no elevator and it's a long way to the third floor!

My husband outdid himself when he found this lovely hotel for our visit to old Quebec City. The hot-out-of-the-oven croissants were the icing on the cake!

Good location… about 25 min walk from Old city centre… clean rooms… good service… complimentary breakfast is okay but it should include eggs… IMO.

Good location and our room was spacious. I've been traveling a lot during the last 10 year for job reasons and sadly this was the worst breakfast I've ever had. Not just because they don't offer a breakfast buffet which is the standard these days but because the food was scarce and we had to buy more food the 3 days we stayed. Also, the food was not that great, the croissant were not homemade as they claim, you can see they don't actually have a kitchen behind the reception desk. Since we decided to skip the fruit they serve for starters, we asked if having 2 croissants was possible but they told us that was not possible. Also, among the selection of yogurts they have, they didn't have canned plain yogurts without sugar but we were served a small bowl to share, not getting two was ridiculous. They didn't ask if we wanted anything else to eat, the only thing you can get is a coffee refill. At least we were lucky and we could choose the 9:00 am time slot we wanted for breakfast. Won't return.

We stayed 3 nights last summer. We enjoyed it very much. The rooms are great, location is great, people are very helpfull and friendly.

I've been twice for training nearby and nice hotel, breakfast and very clean room.

This lodging is a veritable gem! Boutique or Bed & Breakfast if you will; 23 rooms. In the Haute-Ville area about 15 minutes walk from the Saint Louis Gate into the Old City. A neighborhood from Quebec's Gilded Age, now called its Champs Elysees. Many superb restaurants. Near the Houses of Parliament, the Museum of Fine Art, the National Battlefield Parks on the Saint Lawrence River. From the estimable manager, Richard, to the young adults who are the desk staff, these folk are genuinely helpful in every way. We look forward to returning to their care and place. Very highly recommended!

We stumbled across this charming hotel after driving into Quebec City. We could park our car for a fee. The room was lovely with a window over looking the snowy street. Richard and staff were delightful to deal with. Breakfast was included and very nice. It was very close to the Plains of Abraham Park and a short walk to the old city. Very good value hotel.

I've stayed at this inn on three different visits to QC (1997, 2001, 2006) and would not hesitate to do so again. It is charming and beautifullly appointed, and very conveniently located (easy walking distance) to the "Old City" and the historic and very lovely Battlefield Park" (aka "The Plains of Abraham"). The 'Continental Breakfast" provided is actually quite substantial and it's served in one of the most unusual places — — a small art gallery! Perfect!
