Nothing to complain about comfort or cleanliness
On the other hand, when it comes to food, hospitality and modernity, its sometimes leaves something to be desired
Modernity is presented but just on the surface and can be too present which may not please everyone with furniture that are can be very design but very impractical
As for the staff it is very friendly but can be too
Very oppressive and straddling the rules, the boss constantly assaulted you to learn more about you and your life, to know what you want to eat in the morning and very picky about the rules of "knowing how to live" Quebec
Lean, very lean food
That is to say a breakfast consisting of a slice of ham and a coffee with of course the head of the oppressive boss almost lay on your shoulder throughout the meal

This hotel was highly recommended to us by family members who stay here often. We had reservations for a Thursday and Friday night stay when we were unexpectedly and sudden unable to travel as planned. Despite the absence of due notice, the hotel graciously cancelled our reservation for us with no charges. Wonderful people at this hotel!

Very nice room: the room was very well decorated and very cozy. Cleanliness is beyond reproach. The reception is very professional, we got all the information we needed.

Right from the start we loved the curb appeal of this place! When we got to our room we felt we had arrived somewhere special… the teens loved the contemporary vibe and we loved the attention to little details! We did not partake in the $10. Breakfast but the little room looked very inviting… or the little courtyard, but it also looked very nice! We enjoyed walking to Cartier St nearby. Lots of shops (including Metro grocery), and great restaurants and cafes. We especially enjoyed "Les Cousins" an awesome cafe with the most amazing baked goods! Walking to the downtown area was definitely doable… less than 20 mins at a good clip… but my feet were done in by the time we wandered old Quebec for hours and then home! Definitely recommend a stay here… my husband and I will be returning (sans kids.

We had a great time at the two lions hostel, very well located and the staff are great.

Really cute perfectly decorated boutique hotel not far from old Quebec. Parking is limited. Clean, quiet rooms with modern conveniences. Neat shared spaces such as a Terrace, a quiet shaded garden area, and a Kitchen. Wonderful helpful staff. And most importantly my wife loved it and its charm. We would gladly stay again.

A beautiful hotel! And the owners were incredibly gracious and eager to provide us a comfortable stay! Their English was difficult at times, but if you speak even a small amount of French, it's easy to communicate when them. The room was clean, up-to — date, and quiet. I loved the lighting, wall art, and lava lamp! And breakfast was simple and delicious! I look forward to stating here again in the future!

The location of the hotel is close to a big parc and is 30 min away from downtown Quebec. The room is small and cosy and there is a terrace nearby. The hotel looked like it was a mansion in the past and has an interesting architecture. The service was good and the staff was nice and helpful.

We stayed here for three nights during the Christmas season. The reception was quick and friendly and helped us park in their reserved parking space (15 per night). 5 dollars + tax). It is about 15 minutes ' walk from the edge of town, but it may take 30 minutes to reach Lower town. The rooms are in the basement, the layout is very good, clean, the equipment is also very complete, has the communal kitchen. We were very pleased with the hotel and the room.

This quaint inn is just a 20 minute walk from old city Quebec. Our room is a beautiful stone room that has its own bathroom/restroom. It has a queen sized bed and it is easy to fit a travel sized bassinet for our little guy. It is wonderfully decorated and one of our window shutters is two paintings that slide to block the sun in the morning. Outside our room, there is a shared kitchenette that has a small fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee pot, some cutlery and some dishes. The service has been great. The inn attendants helped us with bringing our bags to our room. They have been very informative in regards to city attractions. When we come back to visit this amazing city again, we will not hesitate to reserve a room at 'Auberge aux deux lions'.

We had an overnight stay at Deux Lion's and the hospitality was amazing. You get a better Discount if you book directly through the hotel itself. The rooms were very clean and very carefully organized to address the smallest conveniences. The hotel breakfast next morning for a price of 11 bucks was totally worth it. Nothing extraordinary but very fresh. Best part was the itinerary for reference provided to us by the receptionist who took her time to explain and plan our day out. Much better than the touristy part of the quebec city everyone visits. If you are looking to get away from crowds definitely try it.

Very familiar atmosphere, very tasty continental breakfast. Small but very nice rooms. Good Wifi coverage. 10 minutes walk to the center of Québec, 5 minutes walk to a street with restaurants and pubs. Parking lots available or for free on weekends right in front of the building.

The configuration of the building allows the separation of guests to 4 access points thus alleviating noise of people walking around. The water pressure is lower than usual and also makes less noise for other patrons. Clean rooms and indications are on the walls (Wi-Fi codes, qr codes) strategically positioned to reduce questions for the front desk. 3 Wi-Fi hotspots with very good signal quality. Overall an excellent experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Quebec and Auberge Aux Deux Lions was great. Clean as could be, very friendly staff. Jean-Francois, Laurent, and the housekeepers were all friendly and helpful. Jean-Francois even provided me my own parking space for what he called "The Titantic" (I had a huge rental car that I drove to Canada in from the States). Anyhow, the experience was very positive. Merci, Jean-Francois et Laurent.

When you want it rest or as tourist — I'm from Montreal — it is the ideal place to stay at Quebec. Here are some reasons: reasonable for the price, warm welcome. Service point close to everything that is interesting in Quebec City, Palace of Congress, old Quebec, even Cartier Street has two with restaurants… I recommend it to all.
