Although the continental breakfast was cold and the coffee offered in the front desk area was not that great and they only offered 1/2 and 1/2 creamer (that was not cold) staying for a couple nights wasn't bad. Comfortable beds + the couches in the rooms are pull out beds (which was great for me and my person sharing a room). Friendly staff and fabulous "conference room/party room". Only major complaint is there's no elevators which is not disability friendly! Especially if 1rst floor booked up!

Seen the waitress drop the food on the floor and put it back on the buffet like it never happened. This was a wedding dinner! Wow couldn’t believe my eyes!

I wasn’t staying there I was taking a course, but the facility was very clean and the people working there were very friendly and helpful.

Our room looked adequate but we had no heat and only 15 TV stations. They gave us a space heater which keep tripping the breakers. Our room was on the 2nd floor. You had to carry all your luggage with no help from staff. They were booked up and unable to move us to another room. We put up with this for 2 days. There were no maintenance men or management ever available. We were moved on our last night. We off course felt we should be compensated. When we recieved our bill they only wanted to comp us $35. What a slap in the face! Staff was nice and the hotel was clean. But isn't worth the nightly price. Also no parking. The front of the hotel has parking for approximately 15 cars. After that you have to drive to additional parking across the street. They were having events every night and people who were staying there had to drive around to try and find so. Ewhere to park. Unacceptable! I would never stay there again.

My wife and I stayed overnight in the king bed room. The bed was great and the room was pretty clean. The carpet was a little warn and the TV was flat screen but the picture was pretty bad and the channel selection was quite basic. The breakfast was great and included some hot items like eggs hashbrowns, sausages and pancakes. The parking is a bit anoying as the close lot is usually full when we stayed so had to park across the road. I would stay here again and recommend it as it is a great value.

Great staff. Room looked clean and bed was comfy. Could tell staff haven't vacuumed under the bed in a long time and the nail strip was exposed between the hall and the bathroom, but minor inconveniences for overall a nice stay.

Clean rooms, sheets and towels. Free breakfast is included and is downstairs in the restaurant. Great selection for breakfast which includes sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, hashbrowns, assorted breads/muffins/bagels, cereal. Wifi was a bit slow in the evening. Make sure you double check your door is completely closed and locked when you leave. It sometimes didn't close as the way. There is only a set of stairs to get to second floor so may be a challenge for seniors.

Room was dingy and dated. Checked out immediately after checking in. They would not refund cancellation fee, even though we had not taken luggage out of car. Very disappointed.

Clean room. Breakfast is good. Not much parking and the AC in my room was very loud.

Conveniently close to the highway. Clean and quiet. We even had a small meal in the restaurant. Good deal!

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff at desk and in hotel. Patti, Michael and Mary made our stay very pleasant!

We travel for work a lot. This place has ok rooms, being here for over a week we had to request to clean our room. 5 days in no sheets changed no vacuuming at all. Breakfast not worth time. Will not be coming back to this location again. Unhappy Choice Platinum Member.

Clean room and one of the best continental breakfasts given by hotels to their guests.

Convenient location next to the highway, but was very quiet at night. Didn't notice any noise. Concierge was extremely helpful and tracked down a playpen for us to borrow during our stay. Very good free breakfast with eggs and sausage. Also, there's free coffee in the lobby. Only downside was that the beds were only mediocre and the room door lock could've felt more secure (would give 4.5 stars if possible)

Good value. Easy to get to from the highway. Plain rooms but comfortable beds with lots of pillows. Convenient breakfast room where you can get a very nice breakfast. Friendly staff. You will enjoy it.

Clean, quiet and always a great night sleep. Both times I've stayed here I've had a fantastic experience. If your looking for a clean inexpensive place to stay for the night don't hesitate.

First time ever staying here. Rooms are small, functional and very clean. Staff was very pleasant and accommodated us in the middle of the night check in. Breakfast was a surprise to have a hot section and not the typical cereal. We got up late not realizing it was after breakfast and the staff last the food out for us after they seen we were late. Sausage and bacon and eggs were fresh. Couldn't ask for any more at a stop in motel. There is a another motel on the same street decided on this one because reviews were better and clearly is was the right choice.

Nice rooms cleaned well, windows that open, continental breakfast is nothing fancy but includes home fries, scramble and sausage, also yogurt, toast, and waffle maker. Courteous staff.

Great service good breakfast very clean and comfortable only thing missing is a safe in the room.

Not overly impressed with this place. Had a room with 2 queen beds. Both mattresses were awful. Completely sacked out, with a huge divot in the middle. The TV stand looked like someone took a belt sander to it, or they bought it at a thrift store. We got here around dinner time and noticed they had a restaurant and bar on-site. Oh, bummer, it’s not open on Sundays. I wouldn’t stay here ever again. There’s a Comfort Inn across the road that I’ve stayed at before and will continue to stay there for business.

The bed was perfect and the room was a good size. We had good service from the front desk and restaurant. The only issue was guests partying loudly in their rooms and socializing in the halls at 3am.

It was a decent stay, but the toilets seem easily clogged. The breakfast is average. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and sheets were nice. Perfect overnight.

Staff were excellent, room was clean and bed comfortable. The food in the included continental breakfast was fine, but the member of staff was incredibly attentive and eager to provide us with an extra pair of hands to wrangle our toddler. Would happily stay again!

Rooms were typicsl of hotels. The service was very responsive in accommodating our needs. Room keys were kinda finicky but can easily be replaced if asked! Our room heater was broken but they were able to move us to a different room which was awesome! The restaurant below was nice. Affordable and a decent variety of meals available. There was some vegetarian items so there is some flexibility although I didn't see any vegetarian burgers in the menu. It could still be offered but I'm unsure. The hotel is very close to the 402 which is great and is surrounded by a restaurant a few minutes down the road. Overall 3.5 of 5 of a hotel. Nothing was shockingly amazing about the hotel but a great place to stay the night.

Perfect location right over the border, service was good and room was cozy and nice!

Stay was ok. Requested a late check out weeks before the stay. Confirmed it the night that we stayed, but we we're getting knocks on the door at the regular check out time wondering why we were still there. Had to talk with the staff again that we requested a late check out, which they allowed. It's a shame they couldn't note the account so that we wouldn't have been disturbed, as I requested a late check out for business reasons.

Excellent experience, this quality inn has a restaurant attached, the food was wonderful. I am pregnant and lots of foods don't agree with me, their were enough choices I found exactly what would suit me, stir fry, really good by the way! Also rooms are nice and tidy, comfy beds and ac to get just the right sleep, only thing I would recommend is different pillows, they are hard to get comfy on, brought my own, but hubby said he didn't sleep well. Overall great experience, well worth the price!

Horrible disgusting dirty rooms. How could anyone rate this place 4 stars? this hotel is a disgrace.

Very little parking even during the week, the beds were quite dated and saggy. The tub moved when you walked. Clean enough but dated.

We stayed for one night. Pretty good room. A little disappointed because we wanted to do a loaf of laundry but their washer and dryer were not working.

We were upgraded to a suite… a nice surprise! Very lovely! Air conditioning was working great, it was SO humid outside! Microwave and mini fridge, free Wi-Fi. Easy to log on and was fast! Flat screen TV, lots of channels… although it baffles me why hotels buy HD TVs but don't provide HD channels. Nothing that we couldn't live with! Great amenities! 2 bath robes were waiting in the closet. Nice touch. Ice machine and fully stocked beverage and snack machine right around the …corner. Our room was not far from the lobby but we heard no noise at all, very quiet and very restful. The bed was amazing. So much so, that I took a peek at the label on the mattress … as we are looking for a new mattress, & we want that one at home! Super comfy! Pillows and bed linens were comfy too. I have major back pain, and I was able to sleep in the bed! The hot breakfast buffet was delicious… I have read some complaints about it and I don't understand it all. The eggs were perfectly acceptable, the sausage was delicious as were the breakfast potatoes. They had a waffle maker but we didn't have enough room to try the waffles. But they did look delicious. English muffins were delicious, they had yogurt choices, muffins and pastries, Apple and orange juice to choose from. Of course coffee and tea and milk. Cold cereal choices and hot oatmeal. Lots of choices and something for everybody. It was clean and the buffet was as fully stocked 30 mins before it was over as it was when it first started.

The hotel was extremely clean, the staff were hospitable and the amenities were top notch for what I paid. I would highly recommend this place for a stay.

Horrible! Giving one star rating is way above what this place deserves. My best friends wedding was here on Saturday and the quality Inn made a name for themselves with their horrible facility. Saturday was VERY hot, when we arrived we were told the air was on high and that's all they could do, later on we came to learn that it was actually broken. After SEVERAL complaints they finally called someone to come fix the unit. The brides mother and father had to leave, half the wedding left early and most guests went to their cars to turn on the air because people were getting sick. No one danced because it was too hot and the bride and groom missed most of their wedding because everyone was outside trying to escape the sweltering room. I was advised by a waiter for the wedding that the quality Inn was under new management and they were cheap and trying to save on costs, even their staff were soaked in sweat. Because that's exactly what you want, sweaty waitresses and waiters working for $/@holes who want to save a buck and make them work in those conditions serving you food as they try not to drop sweat on you. The manager, Lee, never ONCE introduced herself. Did not have a taste test set up for the bride and assumed to be reasonable, except for every time she bailed out. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone face to face either if I was that bad at my job, it's no wonder she has been fired from other places, she is running this place into the ground.

Pretty ok. Everything you need in a hotel without all the annoying nickle and dime strategy many hotels use.

Nice place to stay for a night or two and the connected restaurant/bar is a nice added bonus. Complimentary breakfast was what I'd expect for this class of hotel; had all the breakfast basics including eggs, sausage, bacon and French toast sticks. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Do note that there is NOT an elevator.

Hotel was nice, a little strange perhaps. No elevator to the second floor which made dragging luggage up the stairs and back down a bit of an annoyance. Staff was pleasant and helpful. On site bar and restaurant was fine. Parking is definitely a bit scattered around the property.

I did not stay the night, I was just visiting, but I definitely would stay here. I did not know the room number, but the woman working behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The building was clean, and the area seemed safe. The parking lot was very small, but there were still spaces. The back of the building is adjacent to residential homes and you cannot walk all the way around the building. It was difficult finding food in the area late at night. Ended up eating back in America.
