Should be a zero star hotel. I'm surprised the place is still allowed to operate.

The Owners here are spot on and very accommodating. If your needing a place to feel safe n welcome n to rest your head for the night… This is the perfect place… Helped me out at one of my trying life moments… Thanks Always xo.

Beds are a little uncomfortable but overall pretty good for the price.

Motel wouldn't give refund, it is full of junkies. Don't stay here.

This place is full of drug addicts and trash that like to rob the neighbourhood. Not a place you want to go.

Decent place to stay. No frills. Reception was friendly. No critters.

Nice large rooms with everything you need. Great price. A faint unpleasant odour in the room. Other than that great.

Filthy. Canceled the remainder of my stay after one night. Heat would not work and only hot water worked in shower. Every towel was blackened and stained. Carpet had many stains all over. Not even worth the $45 I paid.

If I could have given them a zero I would have… Two words BED BUGS!

Our experience at this motel was great. Staff is very friendly and it was easy to make a reservation online. When we got there, there was lots of parking and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were extraordinarily clean and spacious. I was impressed with all the complimentary amenities like free Wi-Fi and local calls. We even had some special requests that the motel was able to make happen. We were very close to all the attractions at this place and were able to drive to our destinations in minutes. I would definitely recommend this inn to others who are in the area. The rates are amazing, the rooms are clean, and the staff is nice and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back.

Had a great time in Ontario. This is a perfect launch spot for enjoying the city and showing your family your old stomping grounds. Great value and a good motel. I would definitely recommend this decent motel to anyone looking to crash for couple of nights.

Most terrible place in the world you know the song hotel california the line where it says you can check out but you can never leave? well it's like that but I am not leaving I am thinking about running as far away from there as possible it is the filthiest motel… scratch that filthiest place I have ever been in my entire life absolutely disgusting the place is very slowly falling apart I am very surprised if they have had a health inspection in the past couple years if anyone who reads this please if you know a person on the lambton health board let them know that place should be condemned.

Must have changed a lot in the last 2 years. Room was FILTHY; cobwebs on the walls, people's hair on the bed, large red stain on one bed in middle (gross). Overall, very dusty. Requested non-smoking room, and room smells like an ashtray. Giving me asthma problems. Remote had sticky fingerprint on it, tub/shower has nasty film and what looks like bits of dead skin on it. Magazines in drawer are also filthy and sticky. Air conditioner is duck-taped to the window. Mirror is poorly cleaned (has streaks all over it). Painting in room has 'X-Large' sticker from someone's pants/shirt stuck on it (so room obviously does not even get moderate cleaning attention). Quite honestly the filthiest motel I've ever stayed in, and I've probably stayed in about 20 or more motels in various cities. When I first showed, up, manager made some comment like "You were supposed to be here at 6:30". I had told him I would be between 5:30 and 6:30, and showed up at 5:30. Otherwise, he seemed polite and helpful, but I'm not going to even bother complaining because I doubt there's a cleaning staff around, and since I have no vehicle and it's raining, It's not easy to change motels. Luckily I'm only staying one night. If you want cheap ($50), and don't care about the cleanliness or quality of your room, or the location, this is the place. But if you want a room that's cleaned at least half-decently, and/or want to be closer to downtown, pay the extra $25 and stay at the Super 8.
