This place was super nice! New building, no smokey smell like the other casinos. For years we stayed at the popular chain hotel next door. We will never go back. Parking was easy, check in was fast, staff were amazing, and room was lovely.

Great location! Good break last and self laundry services. 10 min walk to the casino and some good restaurants.

Great staff, very friendly. Rooms are small but they manage to pack quite a bit into them. Included breakfast is good, but the coffee is mediocre at best if they have any at all. Overall great experience.

The hotel is the best option along the hotel strip in Sarnia. It is like new and offers a great breakfast and excellent customer service. I would stay here again.

Great stay! Always the hotel I stay at when I'm visiting people in Sarnia. Rooms are large and the beds are so cozy! Plus the breakfast is pretty decent! Favourite place in Sarnia!

Awesome friendly service. Rooms are way newer than hotels in the area and it's extremely quiet. Happily surprised that lighting in the room was actually bright enough as there usually aren't enough lights or they're not bright enough. Free breakfast was also pretty good!

Clean rooms with modern furniture and decorating. Property is new to the area and room rate includes continental breakfast from 6a to 10a seven days a week. I've also stayed at the Holiday Inn Point Edward next door several times and I prefer the Hampton Inn. As an update to a previous poster's comment, there are two waffle machines in the breakfast area now.

Convenient location, nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds. I liked that they have a microwave as well as the minifridge. The breakfast is included and they even have hot cocoa.

There's only ONE waffle machine at thr breakfast area where there were tons of people waiting for it and it's taking forever to make waffle. Some people made a couple of waffles a time while there's a long line up. By the time it was my turn the breakfast was closing. The lady who works at the breakfast area was very rude that she put the waffle tank away when as it stroke 10 o'clock (breakfast closing time) and I was the next one in line and I didn't get to make a waffle! How rude is that! Coffee area run out of cream and staff said that the cream should have put away beyond breakfast time!

Great hotel, great location and great staff. What more can you ask for? I will definitely stay there next time I am in Sarnia.

Comfortable rooms with modern furnishings. The location is right off the motorway, and close to downtown. Free breakfast is offered in the morning, and plenty of hot coffee!

If you forget things at checkout, it might get stolen! I was originally pleasantly surprised when I checked into my room. The staff was friendly, the room was awesome. My issue came after I checked out. I was running late for a meeting and didn't check the room like I usually do. I had left my suit pants hanging in the closet of my room. My bad for forgetting. When I realized, this was a few hours later, I called the hotel to have them put aside for me. They informed me that it had not made it to housekeeping lost and found. I had suggested that maybe it was missed and is still in the room. They told me that the housekeepers always check the rooms and nothing would be left. I decided to show up at the hotel in person, and I have to say, that even though I felt put off on the phone, when I got to the hotel, the staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. She told me that they still had not turned up. So I gave it a couple days before writing this review to see if they would follow up, they haven't. This was an expensive suit and a brand name. Based on the information that was given to me about how thorough the housekeeping staff is, there is nothing else to believe that they found my suit pants and decided to take them, not turn them in. Especially since I called back just a few hours after checkout to get them back. I would make sure that anyone who stays here triple check before checkout, because it is obvious that at least one of the staff has "sticky fingers".

The location of the hotel is great, Rooms are clean and brand new. The service is great, fresh breakfast each morning and fresh room each night.

The hotel, as always, is impeccable and the staff is more than friendly and seem to genuinely care about your stay. The breakfast is also more than abundant. Recommend this hotel 100%.

Ice machine on our floor was broken, not a big deal as there is one on every floor. My only issue was the low water pressure which caused the shower to take a good 2-3 minutes to warm up past lukewarm. On a positive note, free hot breakfast and comfortable beds made up for the water pressure.

This property is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is plenty of places within walking distance or a very short drive if your hungry. This hotel also offers a complementary buffet breakfast from 6am-10am daily. We would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay close to the highway in Sarnia with resonable rates.

This is a modern and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. There is an indoor pool and reasonably equipped exercise facility. Standard internet is included free. The hotel is just over one year old so all in-room facilities, such as a/c, microwave, refridgerator, tv, Wi-Fi, lighting, etc. Actually worked. There is a nice well-stocked snack shop wall adjacent to the front desk and purchases can simply be charged to your room.

Service is amazing, friends staff I've met yet. Parking is excellent. Breakfast was good and rooms are very comfortable.

Very clean and well kept rooms. Comfortable beds. Very close to all special events taking place over Canada Day weekend. Service was wonderful and the free hot breakfast buffet was a bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is new and very well put together. Staff very friendly, and wasn't busy which is really nice. Breakfast was small but plenty of variety so a simple continental breakfast.

I booked this place very last minute as I needed a room in Sarnia to work and shower before a meeting. They quickly accommodated me and checked with housekeeping to see if there were any available rooms, and they found one in 20 minutes. Location is convenient, right off the freeway to the US bridge. The rooms themselves were great, and I loved the bathroom and shower. My only complaint is the bed faces the WI do and the blinds don't fully close (only the transparent white one did).

You're definitely in good hands here. We've stayed at many hotels in the Sarnia region as we're often in the area to visit family. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and newly built. On top of that, the staff is excellent, and go to great lengths to satisfy their customers. I mistakenly left an item in the room upon checkout. The hotel concierge Kaylin and her manager Amy went above and beyond in ensuring that the item was shipped back to me in a timely manner. This place had already more than proven itself as our hotel of choice, and we will only be staying here going forward.

First time staying here and absolutely loved it. Have stayed at surrounding hotels to the Hampton Inn, and obviously they can't compare to how new and modern this hotel is. The rooms were great, very new and the beds were unbelievably comfy! Had a wonderful sleep. The breakfast was also great with lots of hot food, to go around. Overall my stay was amazing and will stay here again in the future.
