Fantastic band and atmosphere. Friendly staff and people. I like it!

If you like to feel unsafe and worried for your well being the “ Urine” luck. The room was disgusting, everything smelled of urine and cigarette smoke and the lovely partrents to this establishment have most likely stabbed a few people. Will not return, will not recommend, sad I wasted hard earned money on this horor house equivalent of a hotel. Plus side, lots of parking!

I wouldn't even give it one star the staff are rude as can be my mom found bed bugs in her room and they tried saying we brought them in they refused to give us our money back when we found the bugs so we had to up and leave in the middle of the night with our babies. The lady who works there found my moms video on Facebook and is being ignorant all over it. Worst hotel in the city oh and the railing by the slide is literally about to fall off.

My auntie ended up paying 257 for two rooms plus a 200 dollar deposit and paid 15 bucks for extra kids to swim and we ended up with a room full OF BED BUGS! DISGUSTING. Never go back.

The Pool was nice. Alot of people party in the rooms so had to move twice due to loud noise. The cook was grumpy and didn't cook food very well. She always gave attitude. So felt unwelcomed right away. I would not be back again.

The wait for the waterslides was so long the pool shut down before it was my cousins turn and she cried all weekend ruining the trip to the city for the rest of our cousins. Get in line 3 hours before closing if you want to experience rhr best water slide on Notre Dame Avenue.

Comfortable stay… waterpark is great for kids… bar and lounge services for adults and restaurant to eat. It is an awsome deal.

Guy was nice asked for my drink said they don't have any and that he could double check in the back came out with a couple of them was excited.

It's a two star place. Not much else to say there. Terrible service, but they do have a drive through vendor open most days, which does have good hours.

Nice pool, not bad hotel rooms. No bed bug problems yet hopefully stays that way. The front desk people are a total pain in the ass over the pool entry.

Police and ambulances are here all the time and I honestly think people just live in the rooms. Would not recommend.

If I can rate NO STARS I would. The manager is a complete dick! I rate the WORST HOTEL EVER. I came here lastweek and we went swimming in shorts & shirt but was trying to charge 15$ a person now I try going and im supppsed to be wearing a bikini? Said my 1 year olds are allowed to swim but who would swim with them? Awful awful service DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Just a bunch of money hungry assholes using their pool to get customers but have the most strictest rules not to mention all the drunks! Our room stunk like piss and feet.

Instantly from the moment we checked in the head housekeeper had it in for me. The room was OK nothing special, and not even a coffee pot lol for the price you pay to stay there you'd expect a coffee pot at least we told them we were going to stay there for at least a month. The head housekeeper was mouthy racist and very rude! The floor we stayed on there was people banging on the doors all hrs of the night we even had someone trying to come into our room. It's definitely not a safe place to stay if your with children or family and if your aborigibal the head house keeper will be a mean Cow to you! I'm not the first person to say this either. She sais our people cant afford to stay there because we have no money! Just an evil old women she is! The front desk worker is a flirt she was flirting with my husband. But the housekeeping staff were amazing friendly and they were the best part of my stay along with the restaurant. Save money do not stay here you'll leave in tears.

Very disgusting. Woke up to bed bugs biting my little sisters and I. Never going there again. Upon checking out, there were two other ladies checking out for the same reason. I reported the bugs as I was checking out, only to say I was lying and would only believe if Id bring them bagged. Bleh. Never… Again…

Very sketchy area. Would never stay here again. Beds were comfy but AC in two different rooms didn't work. Didn't feel comfortable here.

Terrible place. Dirty, smelly and I got scabies when I stayed here because the sheets or towels weren't clean. When I complained the front desk blamed me and said I was at fault (I'm OCD and a neat freak this isn't possible) I would avoid this place like the plague. Disgusting.

Drunks everywhere. Dirty rooms with unpleasant odor. Attracts the most undesirable of Winnipeg to it's location. Always a fight there. Beggers and solicitors everywhere. Very seedy.

The room was quite ok, huge, clean and quiet. The air condition didn't work though. And the surrounding is aweful. Sb puked in front of the entrance door, there is social housing in the lower floor, I suppose and sb slept in the corridor in front of one of these doors. First time I didn't feel safe in Canada.

Actually no stars : (never rent a room here bedbug central burn your luggage after leaving here. Never again.

The Waterpark is fantastic (worthy of a 5 star hotel) but the hotel is dated, and noisy… The price is very reasonable.

It's a really great place. I especially love the pool.

Place and staff is fine, just bothered by the rude guests. One lady was fighting with her boyfriend over the phone for 5 min straight, and she was yelling some inappropriate things. My church rents this place for worship and a children's Sunday school, and luckily the Lady wasn't there during the service.

Held an event there. The room was large, inexpensive and exactly what was needed. We only needed a big space for a few hours this worked well.

More like a honeless shelter, peopme begving for chsnge in the hallways peoole passed out and urinating in stairwells and the staff are useless except.

The floors needed cleaning, the shower leaked all over the ceiling. People doing drugs out the back door, I didn't feel safe. Didn't use the pool area cause you needed staff to let you and I didn't want to interrupt his smoking breaks outside. I wanted to give it no star but in order to put a remark I had to give it a star.

Pool was nice slides are fun management was a little course and hard to deal with but otherwise it's fine.

Rooms were nice enough, just an unpleasant environment. Didn't stay to use the indoor water park.

This Hotel is ok. Away from the downtown bullshit. I'd stay here again.

The Only reason I give 1Star is the water park for the kids who stay here with their family gives them something fun to do. If there was any thing such as — * (minus star) I would've rated so. I am a truck driver and I've used truck stop washrooms (bath) that are constantly used 24/7 and have NEVER seen a washroom this Bad in a hotel or in truck stop. Towels are paper thin and they had stains on them one had RED stain. I have read comments on hotels were ppl complain about burnt carpet now that is the laziness and carelesness of the guest BUT stains on Bath towels? There are times when U must stay in a dump like this if that happens to U get shower from a truck stop before getting here. They say no smoking in rooms yet the rooms smell bad. PLS NOTE — This comment is not out of prejudice. This is the first time and the last time stay here.

Our experience was terrible while there on Medical. They take $50.00 deposits for TV remotes? Many Medicals cannot afford that. When we checked out the night man checked the room and came back said there were holes in the wall so they didn't want to give us our deposit back. We told them we didn't smoke or drink but they kept insisting we did it. The night manager backed off when we mentioned a lawyer and they gave us our deposit back. "I wonder", how many other First Nation (unable to talk for themselves) and Elders do they pull this scam on? And this is what this is a scam. They take the $50 deposit and make false accusations or lose the remotes just to keep the money. I will be following up on this, this will not stop here. The treatment and rudeness in the restaurant was terrible also. They also mentioned their security was good. No way. When there are people yelling and doors banging loud at 5 am, security is not good. Never stay at this dump again.
