Even with the whole Covid crisis happening all over, the staff did their very best to make our stay enjoyable.

Carpet and chair have seen better days — soap was already opened in my room, toilet dripped all night and screaming and barking next door.

Great place and only complaint was some of the couches and carpets were in rough shape. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast were great!

Mould all over the window. Wasn’t aware of issue until morning when we opened the curtains.
Were told all of the rooms are like that. It’s common knowledge to all the staff. No apology and no refund because, and I quote, “because everyone will want one”… well yeah, you can’t charge people to stay in a room that has an uncontrolled mould issue.

Clean & quiet with cheap rates plus free breakfast.

First and last time staying in this hotel. Why? Because… We couldn’t get threw to the hotel via phone from the airport even though we continuously called for more than 30 minutes. There’s no airport shuttle service, the hotel is very drab and old and it’s shows, the staff were unfriendly and the concierge spoke such broken English to the point she wasn’t able to help with any of the questions we had.

Great staff, clean and quiet. Simply perfect. Never had issues staying here, other guests never rowdy. No pool or hot tub, but the staff, service, free Wi-Fi, and breakfast are all good. Only reason not 5 stars is because my first impression was that it was a bit old, hadn't been painted or replaced anything like the carpets since I last stayed here in 2012. Nonetheless I still prefer here for a good night sleep than other places in the city.

Don't let the outside fool you. This hotel was great for a stopover during a long road trip. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Service was fantastic every step of the way. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and even had some healthy options. I appreciated the small gym, since on my road trip there had not been many opportunities for physical activity. I also appreciated the late check out, later breakfast service (until 10:30 am) and free Wi-Fi. Thanks, Country Inn!

Awesome place to stay. But sadly a re loadable Scotia bank VISA card is not accepted. Damn. They should bring that back.

Excellent rooms. Always very clean and an excellent breakfast included with the room. This is my go-to place in Winnipeg.

The room booked was perfect. Service at front desk was timely and friendly.

Couldnt really sleep well. To much noise from upstairs other room. Top room floor cracking. Breakfast is a mess… Nothing really good to eat other than a single waffle machine that you need to wait since theres a lot of people waiting since its the only good thing to eat.

Was greeted by friendly staff and a nice entry room. The free breakfast was a little small but very good quality and a great selection of what was available. Our rooms were clean when we arrived and toiletries were well stocked. Beds were a little hard but the nice pillows made up for that. Internet seemed to work well and there were plenty of outlets for charging. A great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Was a nice room. The staff was very nice and even phoned us to remind us of check out time is soon. Had a decent amount of food to choose from.

I have stayed here on a couple of occasions. I have enjoyed it both times. There are ample plugs for electronics and the Wi-Fi works well. The room is clean and comfortable. The rate per night is on the low end.

Close to the trans Canada highway makes it easy if your passing through for a quit night stay. Hotel has an extremely warm hearted staff who cater to your every needs. Very large selection of TV channels including movies channels at no extra charge. If your driving across Canada like I was this is definitely a place to plan your route for. A++++ service.

I've only just checked in and I can tell I'm going to love this place. Friendly helpful staff at the desk. Even let me drop off my stuff before completing my deposit. Switched us to a lower floor to help us with the baby! I didn't even have to ask. I'm blown away. I've had a brutal trip and was expecting nothing but a bed from my hotel stop. Instead, I'm happier and content resting in my very clean room. I've ordered some food and now I'll have a bath. (The bathroom is so clean I can't wait to have a bath! ) I wish I could give them 25 stars. I'm so truly thankfully for this place right now.

Staff are very friendly. Great location. Breakfast is good. Rooms on the other hand need a little work. Mine wasn't properly cleaned on arrival or after the first night. Beds are very firm, and I usually like firm beds. Bathrooms need a reno — carpet definitely needs replacement.

I stay here when I'm doing business in Winnipeg. It's a quick drive from the airport andand there's a few restaurants that are easy to get to by walking. The room (king) is quite nice, but a little dated. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast in the morning is very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Country Inn. It was very reasonably priced and the suite was very well appointed. Our room was very clean and and well taken care of. The lobby and breakfast area were kept very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was amazing top notch the room was way to hot though. Had to turn the ac on and open the window even though it was — 30 outside.

Meets expectations. Smaller hotel chain which gives a more relaxed feel. Clean throughout. Counter service was lovey and always seem to remember and greet me.

Very warm and helpful front desk. Clean bed and bathroom… Love the breakfast buffet! Tea and coffee always available for all in the lobby. Cookies too for the kids! (And adults! Lol. ) Pretty obvious that I will be staying here again when I need a place to stay in Winnipeg.

We had an excellent experience. Check-in was smooth, parking very nice and near. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The quality of the beds and pillows was very good and comfortable. Features such as a good breakfast and free movie rentals are appreciated. One star was lost because the halls and stairwell smelled a bit uriney. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was a great size for two adults and two teenagers. The free dvd rentals were a great bonus. Breakfast was great. I was impressed with how quiet our stay was. We were facing route 90 and didn't hear a thing all night. The price was very economical.
