I’ve stayed here a few times before and it’s always a pleasant experience.

Great hotel and would highly recommend with their great prices.

We stayed here for 3 weeks after our house fire Feb 8th… amazing staff and so welcoming our boys loved the hot breakfast every morning … even when they went back to school. The hot tub was enjoyed by all.

My stay on a recent business trip exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the staff! You are all very welcoming, hardworking and professional. My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent. It made me look forward to hopping out of bed on early mornings. I left for work each day feeling very rested and happy. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Very clean. We had a kitchenette & sitting room. Standard hotel got breakfast. However I am Celiac & I'm unable to eat these foods. I would love to see a pre-packaged gluten free muffin or danish. Above all I enjoyed my experience.

Dog friendly and extremely professional staff at guest services. Big, clean rooms with all the amenities a weary traveler requires. Would come back if in area again!

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Great pillows and nice and dark for sleeping. Quiet area at night. Just needs a better shower with adjustable speeds. Great place! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful rooms. Full kitchenette. Spacious and quite quiet. Close to the airport and reasonably close to a mall and grocery stores. I will definitely be staying here next time I need a hotel to stay at. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

Excellent location. The staff is accommodating. The continental breakfast is very nice. Hotel is clean and you feel safe there. The room was nice and there is a lot of room.

I have stayed several times with Mainstay! It's my go to home while in Winnipeg. Check in is always fast and efficient, staff are fantastic! The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable. I can only say my personal preference is firmer pillows, so I bring my own! Thank you Mainstay keep up the great work.

Room was very nice and clean however the ice machine and soda machine on the 3rd floor both did not work and the upstairs neighbors were very loud all night! Other then that it was very nice staying there, definitely will be back.

Very disappointed. Not my first time with MainStay suits in Winnipeg. No problems for the first two times. But just recently booked a night with them and had to cancel do to an early flight. Called approximately 2h after the reservation to cancel and realized few days later that they had charged me. Called again to fix the situation and said that the fault was on me and that I hadn’t call. So it gives them a good reason to keep the payment. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

We stayed here and had a great rest. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly, respectful and welcoming. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and everything was neat and clean. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a place in Winnipeg.

Best place to stay in the city! Very friendly and polite staff, rooms very clean and nice, and overall great experience! Very satisfied! Would recommend to anyone!

The cleaner has stolen my several frozen packages food. Those are I bought from Chinese store and Three containers with I cooked food and a caned fish. She checked all of my bags. She forgot close the zippers. Packages foods Total value almost $50. I prepare to celebrate my wife’s birthday next weekend. I fund the cleaner she said wii return the foods and containers and let me comeback at 8 pm, when I get there the cleaner was not there. And she didn’t put things in Front Desk. The staff refused contact manager and the cleaner. So don’t let the cleaners cleaning your rooms during you stay in the hotel.

First, the hotel staff are first class. Professional, helpful, friendly. Rooms were spotless, facility well maintained. Manager is very responsive and able to accommodate our requests as a group. We had a great stay.

This a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. I like the fact that the sauna and hot tub are closed once a week for a thorough cleaning. There are only a very limited number of hotel hot tubs I would go in. This hotel is one that I would use. Some of the furniture is a little rough, and what I thought was dirty was actually just stained. Stained and worn are acceptable in hotels and motels. Let's face it, guests are hard on rooms. Dirty is not acceptable! Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast offered is very good with a wide variety of food available. Something for everyone. The sauna is a very small 2-3 person enclosure. It heats quickly and has a radio built in. The hot tub is much nicer.

We visit Winnipeg frequently and stay at different hotels, this was the first time we stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel staff is amazing and very accommodating, breakfast is good, hotel was very quiet, absolutely no noise. One of the best and most clean hotels in Winnipeg. The reason why you’re loosing two starts is due to the beds and bed frames. Maybe is just an issue with the suite beds but the bed frame sticks out 8 to 10” at the bottom which makes everyone that gets out of the bed hit the corners every time, as the matter of fact one of our daughters has a major bruise due to hitting her knee every time at the same spot. This in our opinion is a major safety concern and should be addressed, before someone gets hurt bad. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again as long as issues are addressed as mentioned above.

Clean and close to airport but I found it loud at night. Had some guests partying and no one at front desk to cope with the noise.

Quiet, clean, amazing room for the price. I wasn't expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised. I'll be booking with them for all my future trips to Winnipeg.

Place was okay for a quick stay. The room did not get serviced by the time I got back around 4pm. The service person asked if I needed the room serviced, I said no as I had work to complete and did not want to be distributed at the time.

Clean and decent. Good breakfast, standard availability of items such as bread, sausage, eggs. Spent 1 night. Courteous staff. Fridge in the room may be a bit noisy.

A great place to stay all rooms are suites that come with a king or queen size bed a foldable couch bed a kitchen and bathroom it also serves alcohol, has a gym, sauna, a jacuzzi and many more things except a pool, I know I'll be staying here again. Good for singles, couples or on business trips.

This is a really clean hotel. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk Jamaal treated my wife and I very kindly when checking in.

Excellent service and staff! The Manager, Jason, and Front desk staff, truly extended themselves to complete my unusual request. They went well beyond required job responsibility to do so. This caring diligent attitude is shown throughout the hotel.

Decent, the breakfast was a bit disappointing mainly carbs and dairy, and didn't refill items that ran out. Hot tub was half full… so the top jets sprayed into the air. The room was very nice though with a kitchenette… but not much to cook with. Air conditioner was on the fritz.

The rooms a spacious and clean. The continental breakfast is fresh and hot. This is a great alternative to a normal hotel if you want to save some money and cook for your self.

Room 215. Comfortable, clean, but this room was a little scuffed up. Broken lampshade, wood chipped off bed frames. Decent breakfast.

Near the airport, pretty cheap; but the room was nothing special, and neither was the breakfast. The lounge/bar is not really a bar, reminds me more of a canteen. I'd stay there again, but I'd just as happily stay somewhere else.

The Room size is very suitable with small kitchen. For a start, I think the kitchen was a shortage of drinking water Cup, but then we found out that they put it in the Dishwasher. Dishes and utensils. At home, they will clean it, but it's not good (Warren de laughter here). And Friendly service, clean room has all you need. Great hotel to stay, price reasonable, and can discount for CAA and AAA members.

Breakfast was great and front desk was fantastic.

Wonderful rooms. Great staff. Arrived after 3:30am and they allowed us to check out a bit later so we could be well rested for the day. I will definitely stay here again. I was really happy with the kitchenette with stove top, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, et al. Everything we needed to be as comfortable as we would be at home.

This is a very nice hotel. Large rooms, internet is fast. Quiet. Great reception and staff.

Awesome. Nice and clean suites (we had a little kitchen including a stove, a fridge, a dishwasher and a walk-in in our room). Plates, pots and utensils were also provided. Pets are allowed and the staff put you near a side door for convenience when the dog needs to go so you don't have to go through the whole hotel. The staff is very friendly and the place is quiet. They also offer a transport to and from the airport. We had a king size bed without having asked for it (and we did not pay any supplement). It is also very affordable! This place has become our official go-to whenever we need to stay in Winnipeg.

Better than your mother's house.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and caring. Clean and unbelievable kitchen in our room (sink, stove top, cooking utensils, pots, plates etc) and a large fridge. No need to eat out! Just bring your groceries. Great park and fly packages. Have already recommended this hotel to our friends.

Great hotel! We got the king bed suite with a kitchen and it made us feel like a home away from home. Staff is helpful although the quality of the breakfast is take-it-or-leave-it.

The two times my husband and I have stayed here we have been very pleased. The place is very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and we have recommended it to many of our family and friends as a great place to stay. We love it that they have a 1 week Park n' Fly Rate plus it only costs $5 extra per night if you need to park your vehicle for extra days. It's cheaper than parking at the airport in long-term parking. If you stay you won't be disappointed.

Staying in this hotel at the time of writting this review. Staffs very kind. Got a room beside of the electrical room and asked if possible to change. Staff moved me to another bigger room no extra charge. Very clean hotel. Good for business, couples for weekend escape. Log stay: bigger room with queen size bed, full kitchen, fridge, dish washer microwave, coffe maker (full houskipping/weekly; ligh touch upon request) price very resonable! only cons: very small bathroon sink (design to give/maximize room space).
