Extremely tight parking garage. Very few spots available in there. Otherwise parking for the hotel is about 1 — 2 blocks away. They give you a parking pass. No security in that public lot. No way to see your vehicle from the hotel. Very stressful situation.

Clean, fancy rooms and amenities. I feel like I'm home!

It was so nice to have a kitchen and to be downtown. The fact that they were pet friendly was fantstic. The staff was very accommodating.

Very friendly service. Oversized hotel rooms are like apartments. A real home away from home.

Bedding smelled so goood. Pillows fresh room was so comfortable. Had an amazing sleep I definatly will visit again.

building decided the best plan of action was to go without heat for over 60 days and the last few night colder than — 15, athe only solution was to provide 1 mini ceramic and a empty promise of heat in 2 weeks! … Thanks You to Sharon at front desk over there you are pretty awesome you treated my problem as your own thank you.

Nice rooms with full kitchens, great for long term stays. Limited parking option, parking in near-by plaza for overflow and large vehicles. Cleaning only twice a week.

This was the best experience ever. Quite, friendly staff, beautiful decor, perfect kitchen, grocery store, large selection of restaurants within a 2 min walk. It's perfect!

We were looking forward to staying at the Canterra Suites because of the online description. Full kitchen, Wi-Fi, good location, etc. We were absolutely amazed when we walked in the door! Two large bedrooms, one with a beautiful en suite bathroom (the other was set up as an office), a large living room with a nice downtown view, and the biggest and most welcome surprise after many nights away from home was a washer and dryer in the room. Also, the hospitality was wonderful as well. I discovered at our next vacation stop that I had left my hat. I left a message to that effect and there it was, via FedEx, when I returned home! That was above and beyond! If the management is reading this, thanks so much!

I hosted my best friend's bachelorette this past Saturday and we all had an amazing time in the 3 bedroom suite we booked. The room was beautiful, spacious, incredibly clean, and everything that we may have needed was supplied in the room. Both front desk girls that checked us in and out were so friendly and helpful. Parking was very reasonable as well. The only downside of the night was the security guard on duty later that night. On 2 occasions that night he was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable, like he was expecting us to do something wrong, when we hadn't done anything to warrant that kind of treatment. No big deal really, other than that we had an awesome stay, but would appreciate as a paying guest to not be treated in such a disrespectful way next time I stay there, and I definitely will be back! :)

Very clean and professional. I did not stay the evening I met some business associates there and we planned the week. The suite was a good size, very modern and clean. Secure entrance and close at all the amenities you could need.

Definitely an amazing place to stay! Very roomy and clean. Only downside I had was that we had 3 couples going and only 2 out of 3 rooms had queen beds. We could have did with all 3 rooms having a queen bed. However we will definitely stay here again! Will be back on August for Lady Gaga and this place is 1st on our list!

Close to home, pet friendly. Quiet place. Great apartment like Suites. Great views. Full kitchen. In-suite washer and dryer. And great staff.

Awesome place! I gave them 5 stars because of the friendly staff, roomy suite with a small office (best feature), laundry, spacious living room, a small walking closet and close to everything.

I love the quiet area; the huge park next door; stores and restaurants just next door! The staff are very friendly and you feel like you're home❣

Great suites. Clean, espacious, good kitchen, two bathrooms. Very secure facility, in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Only downfall, parking is not next to building.

Super Value Suite. There's washing machine, dryer, cool kitchen with all utensils.
