Stay here every time I'm in Calgary. Great staff clean rooms.

Do not stay here! They do not follow Covid procedures. They have confirmed positive guests going through elevators, lobby's and hallways with everyone else. I went to stay here April 22nd 2021 and they had a guest confirmed positive shuttled to the hotel and hanging in the lobby with everyone else. Receptionist didn't care. They are refusing to return funds for the one night I was trying to stay due to the Pineridge shooting lockdown.

They were really accommodating with our son going to the pool at 10pm even when kids are not allowed after 9pm. The rules were consistent with covid 19 protocols. Very helpful staff and clean and professional. We like this place a hidden gem. Swimming was the biggest feature that satisfied our stay. Definitely recommend if people want to swim.

Absolutely amazing staff! Rooms were clean and comfortable; it felt like home. Pool was clean and relaxing as well. Next time I'm here, this is where I'll be staying.

Always stay here when in Calgary. Feels like home! Staff are friendly bed is comfortable. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is great. Really enjoyed the hot breakfast. Hot tub was great after a long day of touring the city! Highly recommend!

Bad check in asked for a deposit that wasn’t even indicated when I paid for the room on Expedia nor on the country inn and suites website so now I paid for a room that I can’t cancel and I’m sitting on a phone in the lobby trying to get ahold of Expedia who agree with me that there’s nothing about an extra deposit so I paid for a safe place to sleep for two nights and now have no where because of this hidden policy good job country inn and Expedia.

Hotel charged us twice for the same night and is withholding security deposit 7 days after our check out. I’ve contacted guest services who replied it normal and all the banks fault. Average room, average price is available at many competitors — the customer service and guest experience here is not what I would expect.

Comfortable, friendly. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended by us.

My boyfriend and I are staying here for our 5 year Anniversary and the beds are super comfortable, soft sheets and blankets pillows are nice and soft and comfy for your own comfort, mini fridge was convenient considering I brought my own food instead of eating out, staff and front office is excellent. Pool is open until 12am and is usually empty so you have a lot of peace and quiet the gym is nice and small but has a TV while you workout and is also not full of people so you can workout alone and in quiet. The breakfast is delicious and has a verity of things to choose from. ~ Thank you for making our stay amazing.

I absolutely love this place. The beds are second to none, The staff are amazing, The breakfast is hot and ready, and the location has plenty of restaurants available.
