Great service! amazing rooms. Needed extra shampoo and creamers with coffee and the nice man filled a brown bag for us. You can see they cared about is. Everyday, they would ask what we visited and how we liked the town so far.

We have been bringing a group of about 40 people to stay at your hotel for 12 years now and I can’t say enough about the service and friendliness of the staff! They have accommodated all of our needs, even last minute requests, and always do it with a smile on their face! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and immaculate! We’ve enjoyed the pool over the years and look forward to seeing it after the reno’s are done in Jan! Thank you for always making us feel welcome and for putting up with us all these years! Angela.

I definitely recommend taking at the Garden Inn by Hilton the staff are nice, friendly, and helpful. Their shuttle service is nice and efficient. The room I stayed in was clean, comfy, spacious, and nice.

Had a quick supper. I miss the dried garlic ribs from The Garden bar & grill menu. Had the wings. I doubt if there was a pound but they were tasty.

Super friendly staff. Rooms are spacious. Elevators are slow and air conditioning does not work well. Also the location is not convenient to Calgary shops and restaurants.

I parked my car here and took a flight from yyc. They allow parking for a fee even for people who are not hotel guests. It includes free shuttle service to the airport, which is about a 15mins ride. The shuttle was ready to go right away. The staff was very friendly. Based on my experience here, I would definitely come back for parking and possibly stay as an overnight guest. The location is conveniently located close to the highway so it was easy to find.

This is my father's regular home away fro. Home when he travels and now I understand why… anytime I'm in Calgary this will be my first choice as well. Clean comfortable rooms with tasteful, current decor Service is excellent and food is delicious besides!

A fine hotel as expected by Hilton Garden Inn. We stayed two different nights and had a regular room on the first night and the suite with a jacuzzi on the second. The parking is free and easy. Park wherever you want. Wi-Fi is free for guests. Their pool and hot tub is big and spacious if that interests you. Their gym however, left much to be desired. Small and lacking even an exercise bike. It only had two treadmills and an elliptical, some dumbbells and a multi-gym machine.

If you are looking for a good hotel at Calgary airport, YYC, then have a look at Hilton Garden Inn at Pegasus road, it is a modern hotel only 10 minutes from the airport and it has a free shuttle and if you drive it is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking around the hotel. The lobby is nice and open with several seating areas and a restaurant and a pantry shop. On the back of the ground floor is a small gym, a pool and a hot tub. The rooms are big and well planned with modern furniture and amenities. Overall a good hotel at Calgary airport and still only about 20 minutes from downtown.

We were very impressed with our stay at the Hilton! Rooms were clean, comfy and breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold foods. Our server Michael at breakfast was also very friendly!

Very friendly and welcoming. Room standard and the view on one side is the highway the other is the airport. Convenient for travelers, close to airport.

A good comfortable room. However, the shower water temperature never heated up to more than a couple of degrees above body temperature. The water at the sink was very hot.

Always a good place to stay. However be aware the hotel is on the south end of the airport and it takes some time to get there (it takes hotel shuttle 15-20 mins to get to you). As for the hotel restaurant … There are better options elsewhere.

I like the location because it's near a lot of things that you can do. The rooms are quite nice they are very spacious. I also like the pool that's lots of fun.

Clean, comfortable, and pretty much everything you need out of a hotel. The hotel isn't walking distance from any restaurants or bars, but there's a restaurant and bar in the lobby that isn't too bad. You can't go wrong if you want to stay close to the airport.

Good stay. Comfortable quiet rooms. One gripe: My first morning I ordered a simple cheese and bacon omelette and toast. Almost 15 minutes went by and no omelette. I had to go to work so was forced to cancel it and asked the cook to just get me quick scrambled eggs. I was asked to please excuse them as they had a new cook! I don't see how ANY cook (new or experienced) would take more than 5 minutes to make a simple omelette. I was not charged for my breakfast… but as a long time Hilton customer and Honors member it is very dissapointing to see one of these hotels allow such a basic service to fail in this way.

Hot tub was out of service over Christmas, pool temperature was very cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay overall.

Wasn't very impressed with this hotel. We had a nice huge room with a jacuzzi, and the room was nice, albeit a little outdated, but the mattress was really really stained. Like disgustingly stained. The mattress has an adjustable firmness so when the sheet is lifted to look at the dial, you can see all the stains. The hot tub was under construction, so only a cold pool was left. No sauna or steam room to warm you up, and the whole pool area was filthy due to the construction.

Very new and nice hotel. Windows do a great job of blocking out the sound and the cold which is key since it is next to the airport! They have stay and park options if you are leaving from YYC early and the staff is great.

Stayed here twice, clean updated rooms. Good sound proofing. Great service. Great freshly made breakfast!

A really nice hotel to stay at in Calgary. Great front desk staff who are very helpful. I did drop one star because my room had a very lumpy mattress that should be replaced and some of the towels had stains; but these are small things that can happen in any hotel. I would stay here again for sure.

If I could give this facility a 10 Star rating a I would. In all my experiences of staying in a hotel, this is by far my favourite. We were originally booked in a nearby hotel that turned out to be a real dump. Both the wife & I agreed we couldn't stay in the other place and began our search for a new hotel. Our first call was to the Hilton Garden Inn and I am so happy we booked the rest of our stay with this fabulous hotel. When we arrived there was a crew power washing the outside and I said to the wife, why?, this place looks brand new. The entry is very welcoming and as we started unloading our luggage a staff member ran out to help and from then on, all we got were offers of help from ALL staff. It's not often that I remember names of hotel staff, but in this case because they make you feel so much at home, you become part of the family. From Stephen, Danny, Keisha and little Tiffany, the entire staff was exceptional. The hotel and our room was super clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding and great value. There is absolutely nothing that I can criticize because it was all beyond my expectations. I loved it and our stay was made so enjoyable by all staff. Management should be extremely proud. I can't wait to visit Calgary again and especially to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel in my humble opinion outshines any hotel I have ever stayed at. I look forward to returning and will ALWAYS recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at the Calgary Airport.

The hotel was clean and was equiped with beds that allowed you to control their density from soft to hard The restaurant was available at 4pm for dinner. My husband enjoyed his beef and I enjoyed my hot turkey sandwiches. The breakfast buffet offered custom omelets and other breakfast foods and was plentiful.

Tired from a long drive from Victoria BC straight to Calgary last night, we checked in late and front desk staff was helpful! Woke up in the morning today, ate breakfast in the restaurant with my family and kids. Tiffany our server, though she was fairly new, gave us her best service and I wanna thank her again. Great job! Very friendly, polite, professional, a great employee! Thanks again. Till next time.

Fairly good. Staff were polite and did a good job. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only a lack of good cold ac knocked off a point. I'd stay again!

Check in is always a pleasure as well as being handed a cold bottle of water each. Rooms are very clean. Bedding is delightful and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom ammenities are great. Tub, shower and curtains very clean. The free breakfast has good choices on the menu, as well as other choices at the buffet. Waiters are great and will make sure you leave with your hunger Satisfied. Lots of parking and easy to get in and out of the property.

Loved our stay, the employees here are the best. From the front desk to the house keeping staff. They treat you with respect and you can tell they enjoy where they work. The building is clean and up to date. All our meals were very good, frexh vegetables, fruit, nice salads and great burgers, as well as a nice steak. I would definitely recommend staying here. Best hotel I have stayed with in many many years.

When we visit Calgary, we always stay at Hilton Garden Inn Airport. We find the room spacious, clean, quiet & affordable. We always have their breakfast. There you get great, delicous food & wonderful friendly service. Oh yes, can't forget the relaxing hot tub. It was a good end to busy days shopping & exploring Calgary. Thank you for a great weekend. Beds were horrible! As well customer service should as if you want to pay $5 extra per person for breakfast added to your room charge. Instead of $15 a person on top of your room rate.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had some issues booking, and room cards didn't work properly. Both issues were resolved efficiently. Nice pool too!

The rooms need to have more chocolate gifts. The room also need actual glasses and mugs. They need a snack vending machine and get the other drink vending machines going again. And last of all the room tv. We like to watch TV from our laptop but the TV won't allows us to switch to and use the HDMI source and function.

The room was good the guy at the counter was not a helpful talked way too low was hard to understand and had to ask him to speak up hood thing we stayed their before so we didn't have too many questions the restaurant was great.

LOVED this hotel! Our stay was amazing! We stayed for the night with our two kids. The rooms were so nice and very spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone greeted the kids with smiles and hellos. The pool was perfect for a good afternoon swim. Breakfast was delicious! This was our best hotel stay by far.

Worst hotel ever! rudest staff I have encountered. They are not there to help the customer, only collect your money! do not waste your time on this hotel — not worth your time! complained to the managers about the service we encountered and they refused to help us! sent numerous emails to head office and got no replies! they just want to get rich.

I was pre-charged for the room I stayed in and asked to use another card for check out, but never was. Not happy. Gloria de Jesus-Heck.

Hotel is nice, they guarantee customer satisfaction or you dont pay. Is what they commit to on a letter in your room. I had an issue with the standard internet not working and they told me I needed to pay extra for internet that works. Made all kinds of excuses in the process. I talked to Rick, the day manager and I will quote him: "the customer is NOT always right" " I am the only customer ever to complain about slow internet" When I told him that I was not satisfied with the internet as well as his sarcastic attitude and that I would not be paying for the room he said "That aint going to happen". WOW, I guess I was asking waaaay to much. And I am glad I brought my aircard or I would not have been able to complete my work on time. Thumbs way down on this hotel.

Staff are very nice. However, the tub in my room was not cleaned thoroughly. A bit hair was flushed out from the lower with water. We flushed the tub a couple of times to make sure all dirty had coming out. Except that, the experience was excellent.

Came in on 7/5/2010 and had a number of pieces of luggage and the Hilton shuttle bus driver parked himself right at the door blocking the ramp access forcing patrons to have to jump the curb with their luggage. Made a suggestion to the desk clerk about it and he said that he would be sure that the driver wouldn't park there in the future. Next evening the bus was parked even in a worse place making entry into the front door of the hotel more difficult. Neither times was the driver loading or unloading. Seems like the driver is simply to lazy to move the bus out of the way to make room for patrons. Hotel otherwise like most Hilton Gardens, however the coffee bar is only open until 10:00 am unlike US Hilton hotels that provide free complimentary coffee 24-7. Rooms are overpriced for what you get.
