All around good place. Friendly staff, nice lounge and pool table.

Poor service Very expensive, no microwave, no breakfast, the Very small fridge they have in the room not working properly.

The room is beautiful… the colors are great and the set up of the room is perfect. The bed is comfortable. Overall very relaxing. The staff is very helpful and came quickly when we needed some help with the TV — both times. We will definitely come back.

Very nice rooms, well set up, clean, comfortable, quiet, and good service at the desk. Didn't use them, but it has a pools and a gym. Restaurant as well, plus two others within walking distance.

Efficient check-in, modern room, nice business center and great amenities (incl swimming pool). The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. About 12 minutes from the airport, and there is also a free shuttle. Plenty of parking in the lot, if you have a rental car.

This is a very nice place! However beware that it's pretty far from the airport despite the word airport in it's name… They do have free shuttles that go from the airport to the hotel for free but it stops past 12 AM. The rooms were very clean and people are helpful! Also has a nice view too!

Nice new hotel with walk in showers and Netflix apps on the TVs. Expensive food and drinks. The catered breakfast was not good but the lunches and dinner were great. There's also a pool with a patio view on the third floor.

Nice hotel. Great front end staff. Waited 10 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted to order for breakfast. Gave up and left. All the time watching the waiter wrap cutlery. Priorities people priorities.

Clean, quiet, modern rooms, with nice decor. Awesome gym. Restaurant looked good, but didn't eat there so I can't comment on quality of the food. Hotel staff were friendly. Elevators were quick. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortbale. Easy to use climate control for the room. Spacious shower with good water pressure. Close to lots of good restaurants and the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I was only in the conference centre but the service was excellent! The food was good. Always had fresh coffee and tea available and ice water. Great experience!

Clean hotel — well kept and updated nicely. Rooms were large. Nice fitness area. Large bar to watch the games at night with great beer on tap to choose from. Restaurant was also turning out good food. Starbucks coffee served during the day at the bistro side.

Conveniently located close to the airport. We stayed here for a night on stop over to Cuba. Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean room. They have a convenient shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. The lobby restaurant was had a reasonable menu with several choices light options and the main course. We could not stay for breakfast. But the front desk was happy to arrange for muffins and fruits. We really appreciated this gesture.

The room I stayed in was great. Very spacious, clean, and nice view. When we needed assistance on the TV and the fridge, someone came immediately. They could have made it 4 stars if the staff communicated or documented well that I personally wanted to use my debit card rather than my Visa which was used to hold the room a week before the date of stay. I did mention that to a manager and staff but the communication never seemed to be passed on. They ended up charging my Visa without my consent, had me believed that I pre paid the room already and saw that it was pending on my banking info. I had to call them to reverse the process. Refunded my Visa and use a debit instead. Although the assistance on reversing was great, we could have prevented that situation from happening.

Room had no microwave but had a mini fridge and a safe. The thermostat was temperamental; it was either ridiculously hot or frozen — refuses to maintain the temperature I set. Clean and warm lobby, pretty nice gym facilities but it is shared with Mariott's Residence Inn.

Went there to attend a wedding of a friend. Exceptional service and great attention to detail.

Accommodations were excellent though it didn't have a lot of the usual amenities like a included breakfast or hotub. Rooms and staff were very nice.

Out stay was 3 nights. Bright, clean and warm hotel. Service at Bar/Breakfast was great. Very friendly. Doesn't get much better in this price range.

Great airport location. Comfortable and quiet rooms, but they did miss our 3am wakeup call for our very early flight.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious… The bathroom is luxurious… The shower even had a bench! It was quiet and restful… Happy to have a Starbucks in the lobby and coffee available for very early morning starts… The only thing I would change is the placement of the TV was not comfortable to watch from the bed without straining your neck.

After having the worst night possible with hotels in Red Deer, the team at Marriott has been nothing short of exceptional. We were able to use our Visa debit card and the front desk agent said it'd be a $250 deposit, but was nice enough to give us the promised price of $100 deposit that was given over the phone. Thanks for making our night a little bit better, plus the room is amazing.

The conference rooms are delightful. They are high ceilings spacious for the presenters and well heated. The service for coffee and tea for attendees were regularly changed and taken care of when used mugs were done with usage. Super clean and presentable. Would love to have a business presentation here again.

The lobby was nice clean and spacious. The front desk had superb friendly service. The food at the lobby was delicious. There was free shuttle from and to the airport but I wish it was more frequent. The hallways were very clean and the security was tight with key access. One thing I liked about the room was that it was very spacious and the shower can fit at least two or three people! Very comfortable and very nice rooms and very modern. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, certainly practical to be right at the airport. Only negative point is the pool right in the lobby… it's a little weird seeing people swim as you're making your check-in…

I like my stay so far in this location. I have been to many of their hotels but my experience here is not very pleasing. And I say that because of my initial meet and greet at the reception desk. I was greeted by one of the reception, who was extremely nice eventhough he was new. But the other person saw me, but ignored to acknowledge my presence. While being helped she was rude and kept telling me that my card won't work, which eventually it did work. So I assume she was messing the transaction. Anyway, other than that, everyone else was very helpful. The room service lady was amazing! But as I said, the first impression obviously leads you to have an impactful opinion.

I have a mixed review about my stay. I love the stay so far because of the people who have helped me. The receptionist Jan was amazing. The manager and other evening receptionist were great. The only reason I gave it a 3 star is because of one person who had no knowledge about public service. Her mannerisms were rude and pushy. But other than that, the entire team was great.

The staff at very friendly and made sure we had everything we ask for I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

For a reasonabe price you can stay in this hotel. It is clean. Faculty was nice. It's very close to the Calgary airport. The rooms were spacious with great big clean showers and bathrooms. Overall a good stay in the courtyard.

Overall very clean hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is fairly new with modern amenities. Well equipped fitness room shared with Residence Inn which is adjoined. Very close to airport with free shuttle service.

Came for a conference with breakfast and lunch provided, good facility with attentive staff. Decent meal, nothing amazing but certainly not bad.

Attended an all day presentation. Rooms were well set up and they provided excellent food services throughout.

We were upgraded to a suite for free. Only problem is that one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty upon arrival.

The staff at this hotel are second to none, we came here as part of a trip for my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond to make me feel special, it felt like everyone in the hotel knew it was my birthday, everyone made a point of saying Happy Birthday to me from the front desk to housekeeping thank you so much for making my day even more special, and for the gifts. :-)
