Great, great staff. Rooms were a good size, even in the basement. We were the last to arrive for the day. Breakfast couldn't have been better!

Great hotel. Stayed here while doing a zoo visit for the weekend. The swimming pool looked fantastic after a hot summer day. I had the room with a king sized bed and a jacuzzi. It was fantastic. Jacuzzi is set up in living room so you can relax while watching a movie if you'd like. Breakfast was top notch. Waffles, scambled eggs, sausage, boiled eggs, donuts, it was great.

Great room, with a big jacuzzi tub. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Even though they had a large group of kids staying there were no noise problems.

This hotel is always great to stay at. Friendly service, clean, comfortable rooms and affordable rates. The complementary breakfast always offers a variety of choices. The kids love the pool and waterslide. Always our first choice when staying in Calgary.

For the price paid, quite possibly the best room for the value I've had to date. Front desk folks were courteous & helpful, the beds were super comfortable, clean room and the shower was pretty sweet.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pool area has a water slide, however could use to be updated. My kids had a lot of fun though, we will return!

Room was wonderful. Nice size and very comfortable. The shower was a bit small but really that was my only "issue" and I can't even complain about that. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and welcoming. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and happy to be a part of making things go smoothly for their visitors.

The hotel is very nice. It's warm and quiet. The adjoining rooms are perfect and just what my family needed.

Quick over night stay, but I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in that part of the city. Knowledgeable staff and clean rooms.

We had a wonderful stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Close to shopping, restaurants and hospital.

Check in last night was great. Desk clerk was amazing. Room was clean and quiet. Wi-Fi worked well. Soaps towels and shower were pleasant. Breakfast was done well. Checkout and shuttle to airport uncomplicated.

Nice rooms. Average breakfast. Nothing fancy but great value for an average room. Beds are comfortable.

I stayed here a while back and had a great experience so I decided to book here again. I will NEVER stay here again! First when I went to check in they tried to charge my credit card $350 pre-authorization instead of the 250 they charged last time or the $200 it says they charge on the front desk. I ordered food when I got in my room then and then later around 7:20pm my brother came to visit. Within minutes of him being in my room. There was a sudden bang on the door and the security guard yelling that he seen people come to my room and if my guest doesn’t check in he will call the cops! I find this absolutely ridiculous! I ordered food and had a guest at 7! It wasn’t even close to the 11pm quiet time. NO where does it say or was I told your not allowed visitors without checking in or to order food to your room without security harassing and threatening to call the cops! Last time I stayed here with no issues and was told visitors were fine as long as there were no disturbances or excessive noise. Of course I checked out, the guy at the front desk had no clue what happened until I told him. He even seemed shocked when I told him I was threatened with the cops over a guest & food coming to my room. I also had to spend $ on a cab to go to another hotel so they cost me extra money. Even the cab driver told me he has dropped people off for parties there at 2/3am A few times! This hotel is garbage!

Clean rooms, courteous service, convenient location close to most amenities and easy access to highways, overall a comfortable place to stay!

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked for the wrong night and they changed it for me last minute free of charge. Only complaint is that the room was like a sauna, too hot to sleep comfortably, and the window was so small it wasn't much help when I opened it. Felt wrong to turn on the AC when it was 0 degrees outside.

The worst hotel ever. The rooms were really small and the whole place smelled like chlorine. The room's window was facing the swimming pool. The service was good because I was able to cancel my reservation without any charge. Wouldn't recommend staying there.

DO NOT stay here. I paid more to book a room with free cancellation, only to be told that they could not refund my money. Manager and staff gave me the run around. Extremely dissatisified with the level of customer service.

It made me mad how we made reservations for a room but due to are card not working we were unable to pay. They would not accept any other type of payment. Finely once we found a family member who tried to pay for the room they got mad because they were unable to print a letter and sign it for the room. The worker at the front desk then did not like the tone are family member had so he refused to give is are room and cancelled the reservation. And this was hard for us because we were over 5 hours away from home and it was around 9pm that this all happened. So if you are planning on stay here make sure to have the correct card they well except I can not remember the card it was unfortunately. Good luck.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that due to some (very) greedy guests in the morning, they ran out of the hot breakfast items. Scrambled eggs went first. It's too bad there wasn't someone to monitor the portion sizes and the amounts that people actually wasted. I was waiting for 3 others from my room and we had to wait a very long time to actually get a seat and then they were running out of food. Was pretty disappointed about that. Had a great time in the pool later and my son really enjoyed the water slide. I would definitely come back but would recommend a much better planing on the breakfast menu especially following a long weekend.

Room and amenities were fine. Kids really enjoyed the waterside. However, the hotel was very understaffed — especially in the evening during check-in.

Nice hotel for a fair price. Bathroom and kitchen area in our suite looked updated, the rest of the room could have need some touch ups too, but was fine. Breakfast was ok (filling up took them long).

Stayed here before in November, got hot country breakfast and free parking. Stay last night got charged for parking And toast for breakfast. The shuttle was also ten minutes late. Much nicer hotels in nisku. Won't be staying again.

Spent one night at hotel and it was what we needed for a fair price. Wi-Fi worked well, pool area was clean though smelt strongly of chemical. Our room had microwave and mini fridge. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and nice bedding. Only thing noted was bathroom floor tiles needed to be redone as this makes floor look dirty. Breakfast was the usual… Wakes, eggs, sausage patties, yogurt and muffins. Would stay again if needed.

We love staying at this hotel every time we stay in Calgary. Staff are always friendly. The rooms are always clean and the King suite is quite spacious. The beds are always comfortable. This hotel is affordable and just a quick drive away from downtown.

I read some poor reviews about the place so I wasn't expecting much from the hotel. However, I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and upgraded our room at no charge. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and just all around went above and beyond for us. The room was clean and quiet — yes a tad outdated but the beds were clean and the Wi-Fi worked. We also were able to park our vehicle while we travelled so that was a perk, and the free airport shuttle was on time in the morning. Overall I was more than satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Calgary, it is a great deal!

Stayed for on night. Good price but room was outdated and dirty. Breakfast was good aside from the eggs. They tasted weird.

For a really nice looking hotel with a nice look to it, its very unkempt and dirty. Floors were disgusting. My room was in the basement with a view of a parked car. Parking is a disaster. My room smelled like dirty socks! WTF? A/C is controlled by hotel not room. Not the worst place I have stayed but definitely needs to have their staff fired for not doing their job which is to clean!

Pathetic service is the best I can conjure up for this establishment. The room was good for the price however their shuttle service to the airport is substandard. We were told it would take 10 minutes to get to the airport but getting there actually took 40 minutes as the driver made a side trip to drop someone else off. We were 35 minutes late getting to the airport. On our return from California, we could not contact the Inn as no one answered the phone. We had to go out to post 17 in — 18 degree weather to use a phone attached to the post. We were told the shuttle was on its way and would pick us up in 10 minutes. The shuttle finally arrived after 45 minutes and then took a roundabout route which took another 20 minutes to get us to the Inn. I will never recommend this facility in the future. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again. They tried to OVERcharge us $96.77 for our 3 night stay. $6.30 they charged us saying we had used the in room safe. $90.47 they charged us saying we had made long distance phone calls. If you stay here, PLEASE be sure the charges are correct.

This has got to be the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in! The phone in our room never got incoming calls. There was no refrig or microwave oven in our room! They said you have to request those things when you book the room. What's with that? In every Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in, those things have been basic to the room. How are you to know that when you book the room? Also had to kill a spider in the room. Whenever I come back to Calgary, I will never stay here again.

The pictures on their website are a little deceiving. I even had to pull up the site and take a second look at the images that are on there. I am usually not picky just looking for clean spot to lay my head, but when I stepped into that room and saw the GOLD bedding the flash back to the 70s (or my grandmas house) almost knocked me off my feet. Now, as I explained, I am typically not very picky and I can forgive bad color choices especially given the fact that this was one of the cheapest hotels in the area, however under closer inspection the comforter and bed skirt looked like it had physically been there since the 1970s with stains and tears in them. It was pretty gross. Actually really gross! With thoughts of what my comforter had witnessed for the last 40 years and freezing my butt off because I was too afraid to use it, I can't say that I had a very pleasant nights sleep. The lobby was nice and true to the photos. It just would have been nice if they would have cut back on the travertine, granite and flat screens so they could get some new bedding.

The very nice desk clerk upgraded all three of our rooms. The rooms are clean and everything works including the Wi-Fi and the beds and pillows are comfortable. It's a budget hotel so don't expect luxurious fittings. Definitely a good value.

Stayed there last week with my husband and our 2 kids. It was the worst hotel ever that I stayed into. Staff super rude and unprofessionaly trained. Basically, don't know what he was doing. Shuttle bus driver was in a rush for an unknown reason. Rooms too old and needs to be more up to date. Elevator takes forever. Pool ok but overall service was very bad. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
