Always enjoy my stay here every time I visit Calgary. Staff is awesome, rooms are nice, and it’s in a good location.

Beautiful rooms. Perfect for a family.
Very nice people. Our check-in was suppose to be at 3pm. But we arrive early from the airport and they gave us room right away. We dont need to wait for 3pm check-in cause there was an available room right away.
I am so happy I got this Hotel and I dnt regret. Highly appreciate it!

I have spent almost two months here now. Great staff and hospitality! A special ‘Thank You’ to Daniel, Diego, Ally, Ewan, and Caroline! And housekeeping. They have gone above and beyond to make this feel like more than home for myself and coworkers. I appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and hospitality! Thank you all.

Amazing Amenities, spacious rooms.

I can't believe I didn't write a review. I checked in here in 2019 along with my colleagues I came earlier. I explained to the woman who was the desk at between 3-6pm with blonde hair how tired I was… there was no help with my suitcase to the room. Anyways I proceeded to my room and then came down to ask her for scissors to cut tags off my clothing she said sorry we don't loan scissors because guest do not return. The next day I told my colleagues about her and they said she treated them well and gave them water on arrival. Maybe it was the colour of my skin she did not like because the cost was being paid by our company so there should have not been no different treatment. I was terrified to even asked her for a plaster I went to another hotel to ask for a plaster. I was uncomfortable during my stay because I felt discriminated.

It’s a spacious room, clean room, employees are friendly, quiet room, luxury bath products.

The Hotel is in a such a great location. The concierge and desk staff were so pleasant and helpful. It’s an enjoyable stay:) )

My experience here was less than acceptable and I would not stay here again. Parking is by valet only, which you think would be a nice perk in downtown Calgary, but it was a nightmare. There is absolutely no signage telling you where to park for valet services, the valet was crazy busy, and it took forever to get our car parked. The rooms are a good size but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Our bathroom floor was visibly dirty upon arrival and the pull out sofa mattress was covered in chip crumbs. Great little pool area, but we had to ask the front desk staff to refill the pool towels on 5 different occasions over the weekend. The complimentary breakfast is okay, but the staff could not keep up to the demand and things were constantly empty. Great location for a hotel, but it leaves a lot to be desired!

Beautiful rooms. I stayed in a suite on the 12th floor and the views we're wonderful. The continental breakfast was also pretty good.

Homewood suites is conveniently located near the city hall station. Well laid out and clean building with large rooms and a small kitchen (in the homewood portion). Draw backs are no free parking from the hotel, there is a paid parking stall across the street, and, though they have a complimentary breakfast, there are very limited options for allergies. We always come prepared though so it's not a total deal breaker for us.

Very clean and all our rooms were large and well appointed. The breakfast is great, on site bar and room service were added bonuses. The only complaint is the cost for valet parking $28 — $38 per night depending on the day, with the only other option being metered parking requiring a top up at 6am!

It is located right in downtown and near the train station. We were travelling for our honeymoon and the team at Hilton have been so amazing and generous. We got a special room and a special meal in their restaurant that the chef recommended since it was our first time in Canada. It was probably the best pasta I have ever had! The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice rooms and very convenient to the c-train when it's — 20c outside! Free breakfasts about what you'd expect. Dinner service in the Garden Inn was poor and the food very middling and uninspired. But ignore that and it's a great new hotel!

Homewood suites are great for longer stays the kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are well devided. The only downside is the AC-heater unit is very noisy. Lives the stay nevertheless.

Stayed here for a week for a work trip. Was very pleased. Rooms were extremely clean and cozy. Full fridge, a stove, sink and microwave. My room did not have a tub, just a free standing shower, but that was just fine for me. Free breakfast was great, though as someone who is gluten intolerant I did not get to take much advantage of it. Would love to see them use brown rice crispies or chex as part of their cereal options. Otherwise was fantastic. (Bonus there is a Tim Hortons right next door! )

Nestled right beside the c-train line, you can enjoy the beautiful sounds of the crossing guard right up until the last train at night and starting again for the first train in the morning. Otherwise coffee was decent, room was clean. New hotel.

Great small kitchen with everything I needed in my room. Very clean. When I ordered room service though. The food portions were very small. Especially for the amount they charge. I didn't have a very good sleep. My room was cold and every time the heater kicked in it was quite loud and woke me up. If you are a light sleeper I suspect you'll have a worse go at it.

We stayed there for a flames game. Due to the location we were able to walk to the saddledome for the game. The hotel itself was very well maintained and our room was awesome. They offer underground valet parking which was great, but there is also public park and pay across the street. Our room came with a complimentary breakfast, and it also was very good. We will return.

Excellent service. Rooms are very nice and modern which includes a full kitchen. It was quiet and their beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast served sausage, hash browns, waffles, cereal etc. The fitness centre and the pool were clean and well stocked.

Good, clean hotel. The only thing was the price discrepancy. I heard of two different prices from two different people and I was charged different for valet parking.

Great place to stay in downtown, large beautiful rooms. Breakfast and eveming socials included. Big gym and a good size pool; the water temperature is just right for kids. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Not a fan and will not return. Too much traffic and lots of construction all weekend and we can hear the noise from our room. OK continental breakfast. The room itself was perfectly decorated. Didn't use the gym but it looks great for a hotel. The pool and hot tub are fine.

Large rooms with full kitchen and fridge. Convenient for families. New, clean and modern. They offer breakfast and light dinner.

Nice modern hotel. Suites are well appointed with a small but well equipped kitchen area, sofa, desk and sleeping area as well as a good sized shower and vanity. Hotel lounge is comfortable and the service was as expected for a Hilton property.

Hotel is new, clean, and beautifully finished. Staff is friendly and attentive. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would easily choose this hotel again on a return trip.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, well kept, helpful staff and the location was convenient as well. I stayed here for 2 nights, half the building is for Homewood suites where you have a full kitchen and the other half is Hilton Garden Inn — both were great value for the area.

Everything was amazing except for the parking… they fail to tell you it's limited and then you have to find downtown parking elsewhere. Get the valet as soon as you check in or you'll miss out.

Bloody fancy if you ask me, there may be expensive prices for a room but once you get inside your suite, you feel like you're living in a brand new home. Excellent modern design and tons of social interactions mostly every morning. A lounge and restaurant are connected to the hotel, which is lovely. The location is downtown which means you can walk around everywhere. Great service, understanding people.

Clean, modern decor. Suite was large and comfortable. Continental breakfast was well stocked and serving staff were more than accommodating.

Good service, updated clean rooms. The down side is that parking is a bit of a pain unless you take the $25 valet option (if its not full), room sound proofing is pretty bad as you will hear everything in the hallway and my north facing room had the C-train noise every few minutes. Lastly, breakfast was good for those who got to it before 0800. There was little food with lots of people waiting for food, tables and cutlery. I got to breakfast at 0820 and they were all out. I ended up just eating elsewhere.

The hotel is a walkable distance to the stampede area. The room is really clean, with breakfast provided. The check-in and check-out is a swift too. Definitely will stay here again.

Excellent location — perfect for Calgary Marathon. Quiet, clean & friendly.

Only stayed 1 night out of 5 so far and it has been excellent. Valet parking is nice but slightly expensive but it is downtown Calgary. The pool and hot tub not being finished is a disappointment but should be complete next year which will be exciting. The rooms are spectacular. Cold bathroom floors though. Ceiling fans are a nice touch and help keep the room comfortable. The kitchenette is well appointed and has everything you need for a good stay. The valet parking is nice and you have 24 hour access to it, the security of the parkade is much higher than a self parking option. The staff has been excellent condition and extremely helpful. Looking forward to the rest of the stay.

Second night here and I'm loving it. Super friendly staff, complementary breakfast and snacks, huge rooms with built in kitchen.

I love staying in Homewood Suites because the staff is always over the top kind & helpful, this location was no different. While getting out of my car, the bellhop was offering to help me carry my luggage & at breakfast a gentleman opened the elevator for me & hit my floor button because I was carrying a tray. Guests here are treated like loving family & I appreciate that.

The hotel was brand new and beautiful. The room was spacious. Staff provided excellent service. My only complaint is that there is no garage, so it's valet only at $38 a night. One other mention is that there is a lot of construction going on during the day starting at around 7AM that was pretty noisy, id didn't bother me as I was already up. I am sure the side of the hotel that faced away from the downtown would have been quieter.
