Should be no star rating! Horrible experiences! Found spider and beetle in the room. Tried to change room but could not. Was planning to stay 4 nights, but left next morning. Manager gave $ 50. Credit from the bill because of spider and beetle. Breakfast area was dirty and congested, also overflows to the reception area. They charge lot of money but is not worth the quality and service! Even 1 star is not too much.

Stayed here last spring and was impressed. Clean large room. Pool was great. Breakfast options were delicious. Will stay here again.

Only issue I had was the walls are on the thinner side. Other than that, it's a decent place to stay. Staff are friendly and it has the standard continental breakfast offerings. It's located just off Highway 16 and there's a Safeway and a mall across the street.

Fine enough hotel. They don’t wash their duvets and don’t use covers on them. The woman at the front desk said this is standard across all hotels and that they won’t do anything about it. Gross. Will not stay again. Update: the girl from the front desk came to our room and told us she can’t confirm that they wash the sheets between their guests. Do not stay here.

Did not like! The room had a weird smell and even after having the fan on it still stunk. We asked for a quiet room when we were reserving and they noted it but still stuck us beside a room with a barking dog! The fact that it's pet friendly was frustrating because when booking we didn't know so that was a surprise and a lesson to read more carefully. The location is in a good area, close to a lot of stores and there's ample parking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, I'm sure there are better ones elsewhere that are much cheaper!

This was a really nice place with good breakfast and very good rooms. The best part of the room was that there were plenty of outlets. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a mall and Safeway just next to the hotel which is convenient. The only complaint was that the parking lot was very icy and no attempts had been made to keep it clean.

Great quite place to stay on your way to the Rockies. Service was friendly and pool was adiquite.

Located on the edge of town makes for a quick trip to Jasper for a day of skiing, plenty of empty lots surround the hotel so we could run our dogs a little bit. Clean quiet hotel, clean hot tub and pool and good breakfast.

I've been coming here a few times a month for 3.5 years (for work). Not a fan of their breakfast but to each their own. Always great rooms and polite, quick and helpful staff. The price is decent for this town as it is the closest hotel with mountains view in Hinton.

The room was very nice and we were upgraded because it was our honeymoon, which I appreciate very much. We arrived at night so we didn't notice the beautiful views until later. The employees were all very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Clean, nice staff and great breakfast. We stayed here when visiting Jasper National Park.

Nice rooms with comfy beds. The breakfast is really good with a lot of choices, but it's always crowded, so be on time. The hotel is pretty noisy though, you can hear everything trough the thin walls. Wi-Fi is good.

Room was a decent price, parking lot is big, convenient location near a mall and hot Continental breakfast. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner were also quite good.

We were looking for a wheelchair accessible room and shower. The room itself was fine but no one seems to actually consult people in wheelchairs when designing bathrooms.

They allow pets! I was able to stay with my cat here with no problem. The staff were very friendly and had me in a room on the long weekend with no reservation. I think most or all of the rooms have a fridge and microwave which is very convenient since Safeway is right next door. There's also lots of parking which is free. They also have a gym, laundromat, and free breakfast.

For an overnight stay, it was great. I felt bad for our neigh ours since our two year old refused to sleep at first, but it was quiet when I went into the hallway for a break. Breakfast was tasty, though there could have been more space for seating and cooking stuff.

Decent Hotel. Biggest issue is that it seemed there was hardly any soundproofing between the rooms, including above and below. Could hear conversations happening on either side and people walking above. Thankfully they were quiet at a decent hour though. Breakfast was good, room was clean. Staff friendly.

I liked my stay. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and nicely equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. There is also a breakfast buffet which makes heading out of town easier. The two hiccups during my stay were that the keys stopped working the second day (though this has happened to us at other hotels), and the coffee. I appreciate having free coffee available, but the brew strength isn't where it needs to be. It's on par with coffee from other Hinton hotels, but it could still be better.

Just outside the national park, but still recommended. Price/performance is okay.

Nice staff, clean room, good washroom, comfortable bed, breakfast was also good, but you can not avoid noise from upper stair.

Very bad service. The staff said no to everything for the all the requests during the night.

No kidding. Very friendly staff. Overslept my alarm CUZ bed was so comfortable. Rate was reasonable and better than some of the lesser locations in the Hinton area. They are pet friendly and I had a decent breakfast of toast and cereal which is included. Lots of plug in places and microwave and fridge and dishes. A real easy place to get your stuff done and relax. Had an overall homey feel about the place. Would recommend to friends and family as "the only place I'd stay in Hinton".

If ur lookin for friendly staff, and awesome hot tub and pool. Well this is ur purch. Brkfast a-ok.
