Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable rooms for a good price. Must try the rainfall shower! Would have liked digital thermostat. Would definitely stay there again.

Showers are awesome and so is the In room coffee. Cheap and nice place. Must try the restaurant.

Great value for money. Looks dodgy on the outside but the rooms are very good (amazing showers) and the price is great. A good option if you don't fancy paying Jasper prices, plus the breakfasts are great.

Pub is ok … the rest can use a serious upgrade and alot of training in service industry do and dont's.

Lounge has a great atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks. Highly recommend stopping in!

Pricy for what you get. No bathtubs (showers only) and the wood cutter long has mediocre food at expensive prices.

It was a very nice place! Well decorated, nice and clean, wonderful bath tub and rain fall shower head. Friendly staff, and very good in room coffee. Bedding was very warm. Only complaints would be the beds need to be replaced, too bouncy very uncomfortable to sleep in for a length of time. The pillows were too soft as well. My entire party was awake at 4am because of sore backs from the beds. If it had been a better sleep would have been a full 5 for sure!

Rooms are nicely renovated! Customer service is good! In house restaurant is convenient and the food was above average. Overall nice place to stay!

Woodcutters Lounge. Mellow vibe when we were there. Comfy sofas in a sunken area. Visited after a trip to Jasper. Excellent Manager who arranged the delivery of an item I had inadvertently left behind in the Lounge back to Edmonton.

The price was plenty affordable compared to other Hinton hotels. It isn't the newest motel but the furnishings were updates and the bath tub shower combo was new and worked awesome. Parking lot was good and the attached Woodcutters Lodge was good food albeit not included with room for breakfast.

Undergoing renovations, so the lobby looks like it's going to be quite nice! Elevators are very old, but the room was actually very decent. Nice touch with the rain shower!

Not the most modern place but clean, inexpensive and has a lovely staff. They're presently renovating room to room so it will only get better. Updated showers are really nice. Really good Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking places.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the first time I booked a hotel, so they helped explain some things. Attached lounge has a very comfortable atmosphere, servers/bartenders were on point, we didn't have to wait long for anything, and the food was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms and bed was small but clean, updated bathroom with rainshower; flat screen tv; microwave; fridge. The hallways and reception was dingy and old but rooms were good. Great value for money. June 2016.

As compare to price this place is definitely worth more. A great place to stop over in a very reasonable price. I have stayed in quite a few places in past few years in Hinton but found them even better than Holiday Inn.

The location is right on the highway, clean and comfortable restaurant. Great service. I am a regular there. Tasty food and a good price. Best Poutine in Hinton.

Was put in a smoking room even though a non smoking room was reserved. Wi-Fi was slow. Thin walls. Bathroom was nice, could be cleaner. Decent price.

The rooms were spotless, bed was VERY comfy, tempature in room, hallways and dinner very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The prices were amazingly affordable. Very quiet even staying on a Friday night when they have a pub attached we were not disturbed at all. We got to the hotel @ 11pm after a long drive and while checking in I noticed the pub and could hear it at the front desk but did not hear anything in the room or from the parking lot at closing time. We will DEFINATENLY stay here again.

Don't let the sketchy exterior or the creepy hallways deter you from staying at this hotel! The rooms have been recently renovated. I was worried the entire walk to my room but I was so pleasantly surprised I felt the need to write a review. The king bed was super comfy and the shower was huge, room was extremely clean and guest service was beyond helpful and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!

It was a clean and very reasonably priced room/suite. The staff were super nice and the beds were so soft and comfortable. I had a nice mini-vacation without breaking the bank, so I'm very happy.

Clean basic accommodation at a reasonable price. Coffee shop serves a good breakfast.
