Thin walls and door. Need ear plugs to sleep cause I could hear vacuuming at 8 am and everyone in the hall. Beds are hard and pillows aren't much better. "Hot Continental Breakfast" was toast, eggos, tiny muffins and cereal. Didn't eat it cause no tables had been cleared from previous guests. On the good side, front desk was friendly, room was clean.

Decent hotel for the price. Nothing special, room was clean. Lobby could be cleaner. Decent Continental breakfast. Would stay again.

Customer service wasn't the greatest, our sheets weren't clean had to get clean sheets from the front desk & mad up the beds myself. (Which was my choice or to wait until front desk clerk finished her night audit) Next morning no apologies were given for what we had to go through. We were given $30 off our bill but figured it should have been at least $50

Nice rooms but the late night staff were not very friendly. It was not the welcome we were hoping for after a full day of driving.

I was pretty impressed with this place. For an older hotel, it's pretty nice, clean, comfortable rooms.

It was our 2nd time here. A good place to stay.

Good rooms and good value.

The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable and the continental breakfast is well prepared. It's a fine place to spend the night.

We were only there for about six hours — quick in and outer on the way to Jasper — so my review may not be worth everyone else's, but if that's your thing then this is a great place. The staff was great, the check in was quick and easy, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus.

Too expensive for the quality of the rooms and services.

Better interior than exterior. Service was okay. Overall satisfactory if you can get it cheap, wouldn't pay regular for it.

Seems renovations are being attempted as the mid 70's materials are finally giving up. Like a trip in time. Be prepared to show id for your prepaid room! As someone that's spent years in hotels that prepared me for the quality of the' hotel'. A/C reset/stopped twice at night leaving you in a sauna until you wake up enough to get it going again. The humidity is especially bad as there is also no operating venting in the bathroom. Odors and steam collect in the stale air. Lots of hair on the shower walls. Luckily not the short kind. Not sure how this gets the 'hotel' name rather than motel. Dead restaurant. Breakfast is minimal dry goods. Two alarms set on the clock to wake you up during the night til you're smart enough to unplug it. I've seen worse… but usually at a lower cost! Pictures are deceiving. Plus side is hot water is HHHHOOOOTTTT! I think you could make tea with it straight from the tap!

Modern decor and furnishings in room. Bathrooms and the rest of the hotel is older and outdated. There is no elevator. 1 of 2 vending machines was out of order… The 2nd was almost empty. The complimentary breakfast is your standard cereal yogurt toast fruit. I'm assuming the price is due to its location to the mountains as the hotel certainly wouldn't be more than $100 in the city. The hotel doesn't offer much other than a good sleep and laundry facility. Not a holiday destinatiom but sufficient if you need a break on your way through.

This is a 3 stars hotel and deserve a 3 stars rating. Hotel is kind of old. Staffs are ok; most of them are friendly except one lady. There are constantly group tour checking in and out. Breakfast area is big so no need to wait for table. Very close to walmart… dollarama… saveway… Canadian Tire and gas station. Much better than other inns close by because it is away from the truck service shop so there is no truck noise in the morning. just a bit far from Jasper… approx 50mins from Jasper. Laundry dryer is not efficient due to the exhaust not going anywhere except back to the laundry room so the humidity could not go away.

The hotel looks very dated with it's outside and inside decor but the rooms were passable and comfortable. I did run into a problem with the shower though as it seems to have run out of hot water during the night. Overall this place is nothing special but a fine place to just spend the night.

Booked a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds. Usually the room with 2 beds doesn't have much space. The room where we checked in was more spacious in spite of 2 beds. The request for an extra cot was already placed in the room. The person who attended us when we checked in was so polite and friendly. Didn't asked his name at the time of check-in but later came to know that he was the Manager of the hotel. So Stan that was a good example for your team to follow upon. You are a great leader to lead your team. The room with 2 beds should have extra towels comparing to the other standard rooms. The things that should be added to the list is HOT BREAKFAST & a MICROWAVE in the room. Over all it was a good stay. Cheers Stan.

There isn't an indoor pool as listed on the hotel website. There was stained pillow cases, smelling carpet. Nothing to have me back again.

Wifi is terrible. Front desk helps nothing but blaming your devices.

A very valuable hotel. Bathrooms are huge, beds are good. Friendly staff. The two minuses would have to be the continental breakfast (just cereal, yogurt) and running out of hot water. (which may have been a high demand for hot water)

Staff was super friendly and personable rates were great bed was comfy and clean room our room was recently renoed and they were doing work on the other rooms as we were there free brekfast was nothing to rave over.

The guy who checked us in was awesome, and that's where the enjoyment ended. Five stars for him, 1 for everything else. He recommended an awesome sushi place and the local hot springs; we did both and they were great. We booked a queen bed and got doubles. Peeling wall paper, dank humid air, sub-par continental breakfast (toast, muffins, cereal), vending machines are empty, ATM is broken, restaurant and lounge are shut down, bed and pillows sucked (you're a hotel, you have ONE JOB), mosquitoes in our room, the toilet seat made my legs go numb in less than a minute, and I got burnt in the shower when the neighbours flushed their toilet (how long have pressure balance faucets been building code? ). We can also hear the one neighbour's conversation (which they were having at a reasonable volume), and the other neighbour sing her child to sleep (which was actually pretty cute). We talked to a couple locals, they asked where we're staying, and they recommended a few other places without having to ask how our stay has been. Go figure, this was the only place this close to Jasper with last minute vacancy under $300/night.

Pleasant staff, quiet room, very clean and comfortable beds. We'll be back.

It was a worst experience ever. Room was stinky and they didn’t even change the sheets, when I asked a receptionist to change it she gave me an attitude and told me why you reserve a room here. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Poor service and arrogant staff.
