Upon arrival we discovered the pool and hot tub were not working including the exercise room. The advertised view was close to non existent even in the rooms that were facing the mountains. I have read earlier reviews stating that those facilities have already been closed for over half the year. Many of the things in the rooms were dirty including rust on various parts of the shower. The beds were at least comfortable and breakfast was adequate. This room was over 200$ for the night.

Location is good, room is clean, and service are good. Breakfast is fine, bacon, sausages, egg etc…

Pool was not usable. Asked staff how long it's been out, they said they 6 months, removed all information about the pool and hot tub. Yet it was their advertisement of the pool and hot tube is why me and my family wanted to stay there. Rooms were ok. But I don't like dishonest businesses.

Rooms are far from clean. Disgusting, actually. There is no ice machine and no fitness room — false advertising The management obviously doesn’t pride themselves on cleanliness, nor are they motivated to upkeep the caretaking and maintenance of the building and property. The parking lot is scattered in garbage. If you’re looking for a dirty, dingy, motel, this is it.

Unfortunately this place has taken a dive in recent years. The rooms are clean at least which makes it tolerable. Gym equipment is not working and the hot tub has been down for service for over a year. It does have a great mountain view though and its walking distance to Mr. Mike's but that would be the only reason for the 2 stars.

Clean and quiet place, breakfast always the same, but at least it's there for a couple hours. Staff seem informed about where amenities are located in town. Right off main highway and thus convenient for weekend getaway. Hiking trail and attractions right out door. Walmart, McDonald's, and mall within easy walking distance.

I really like this spot and you can see the mountains good. The price is great deal. No deposits or credit cards either. Very clean. I'm very fuss as well. Have not stayed in many hotel rooms but I love this one.

We reserved a room for 3 nights. We were not given the bed accommodations that we requested. We were also informed upon check in, that we would have to switch rooms during our stay. The room was not cleaned appropriately after the first night. The bed wasn't remade — the bedspread was just pulled to the top of the bed while the sheet remained crumpled at the foot of the bed (dragging on the floor). The towels were changed, but the bath mat was left on the floor still wet. I would not recommend staying here. We left after 2 days.

We stayed here overnight on a weekend Rockies trip — everything within Jasper park was fully booked. It's a little cheaper than what you pay to stay within the park, but you lose time and money on gas (although the motel is situated close to the edge of Hinton for a quick drive into the park). The motel itself is pretty typical in every aspect, but at least it seemed like everything was cleaned well. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, with eggs, sausage, and bacon for the hot portion. The staff were friendlier than I would expect for dealing with a constant stream of annoying tourists — tourists who also happened to be the worst part of the stay. However, I can't fault the motel for the customer whose car alarm went off at 5AM, or the family whose 3 kids were running and screaming outside from 7AM. So, this place is fine and gets the job done.

Currently staying there. So far it's been comfortable and clean. Parking is easy and the free breakfast has been helpful.

Clean comfortable room with a fridge and microwave. Ample parking. BUT, there are a couple of problems. First, overpriced, presumably due to the proximity of Jasper NP, but it isn't *that* close. Second, there is a sign on the fitness room stating that it (the fitness room) is closed by order of the health department. One of the windows to the fitness room was broken out (July 2017) so I stuck my head in to see what is in there — an overpowering smell of mold. No wonder the health department closed it down. The hotel room itself was clean as was the breakfast area, but I like access to a clean fitness room. I think this place used to be a large chain franchise (Comfort Inn maybe? ) but is now not associated with a chain.

It's an older building with a very small breakfast area, about 15 people is all it takes and the breakfast area is packed but they have good scrambled eggs, waffles and sausages. The room was nice as well but a little dated. All in all its a nice stay but don't expect too much either.

Overpriced stay ($270) for an under-delivered experience. Room felt dingey and unmaintained. Lots of unclean situations, including leftover used towels from previous guests, many questionable stains on fabrics, and dust covering many surfaces. Hotel was formerly a Best Western.

We had a few issues on this visit. We have stayed before and loved it, so we booked again. I heard under new owners. But they were willing to fix things quickly and seemed very good people. I'm sure I'll make it back.

The staff at this Inn we're incredible and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking for our large vehicles with trailers. Breakfast was a pretty typical hotel breakfast. The price was fantastic and the area behind the hotel with the walking path was perfect!

Breakfast was good and it was cheaper than a less quality in for a better experience.

Good breakfast, good view. Friendly staff and the location is next to a trail. Would recommend.

Just off the highway, clean room and building. The front desk manager was impressive. Went way beyond his way to find us room on but weekend.

Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Odd high lip going into room (easy to trip over). Room seemed clean but decore a bit dated outside looked dated. Price seemed about right.

I'm impressed with the rooms, service and location. The king sized bed is a must have. Room are spacious, quiet and clean. The staff are professional and courteous. In fact one of the staff washed the bugs off my vehicle. Hey I'm not special but I list what is and is not. White Wolf is a class act.
