An example of a very cozy hotel and very good staff attention.

You get your money's worth for sure. Decent breakfast, rooms and pretty clean. But the Wi-Fi in the evening goes dead… clearly they're turn it off or it gets very over whelmed with all the customers connecting late in the evening (doubt it, especially after 12am)! It's annoying af… and it's each and every day! Sigh…

Excellent attention, with Argentina that I am, I like to take mates and do not give you the hot water. They would have Q have a dispenser available.

Ample comfortable rooms, excellent attention and also that one could mobilize to different places because this in the part of the center.

Although the hotel is very well located it has a quiet front that gives to a favela… so terrible view… breakfast very Bad.

Good Hotel! Very nice facilities, cleaning service and abundant breakfast (coffee, tea of the variety you want; breads, invoices, chipasitos, egg, cold cuts, fruits, juices, sausages, and more) with proximity to the most famous beaches of Rio (Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon) Shopping, avenues with many locals to buy gifts (some Havaianas q start with values from 100 pesos and shirts from 200), the food is abundant in the nearby restaurants with affordable prices and the waiters are very cordial! … (Cons not related to the hotel not to rely on the beaches of the vendors not accepting anything that they offer them to taste, and when they walk having the money well kept! )

The service is good, the staff of the hotel very friendly and the view from the terrace is spectacular. It has a swimming pool and buffet breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is excellent, 1 block from the beach Copacabana and attached to the police section so the area is safer as it has police presence 24 hours patrolling the place.

We were 8 days in the hotel in January of this year. We liked it as it is just a block from the beach, it has a very nice terrace with an amazing view and the staff is very attentive. The rooms are very nice and spacious and comfortable. With regard to TV, all channels in Portuguese except for Spanish TV, so I nailed 8 days watching and listening to Galician Gourmet programs. It is also 4 blocks from the metro and along the Avenue pass all bus lines. I can't complain about anything, I had a great fun. Would.

Very nice view from the terrace, it's the best! The pieces are comfortable and cute. The food is also good and cheap.

3 star Hotel with very good location.

Bad, just to stay and that. Best we switched to Ipanema, little comfort and lousy breakfast quality, attention cavalier, looks like hostel, I do not think I get to 3 stars even and advertises 4, not even did the maid service and do not call taxi if you need, lousy.

Lobby smells like a urinal. The Wi-Fi is terrible. The hotel will try to nickel and dime you if they can. Orbitz says an additional person is an extra r$10. Hotel charged r$150.

Good location, very close to Copacabana, efficient and fast service, bedding and top room, very good and varied breakfast, very clean. Only downside our connection to the Wi-Fi of our floor did not work and the reception did not believe us while we complained several times.

Very nice hotel good location.

Terrible service and very unfriendly. For example, l had to leave one day early. They made me pay the full week. I think, this would have been still fine. However, that they refused to give me a bill after I had to pay the full week is unacceptable. As was the bahavior of the hotel's staff.

My family and I visited Rio for the first time in January. We stayed at the hotel which was pretty good for the price. Location was excellent! Close to Ipanema was a plus! Hotel staff at Copacabana Rio were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. We met good people and friends! You're well protected by the police in this area. Of course my mom, sis and I are planning another girls trip back to Rio and at the same hotel! :).
