Great personal value very helpful.

Great position, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, had a lovely stay.

Good customer services, great breakfast, late cleaning of rooms.

I find that the hotel is very expensive for the amenities it offers. It has no pool, it is 2 blocks from Copacabana beach and about 6 blocks from the beginning of Ipanema. You have several pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Piedes ask sunshade and towels for the beach. The air conditioning of the pieces is old and a little noisy. Breakfast is regular but meets without much variety. They have very good attention all the hotel staff especially the bellboys.

Comfortable and well located Hotel. The big problem are the air conditioning equipment that are from the old system and make a lot of noise to sleep. Breakfast is not excellent but not bad either. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only observation is that they have towels and chairs for the beach but in our case they did not offer and we did not think to ask. The rest, everything recommended.

The beds are hard. The AA only works with the card of the room door, Osea return from the beach and is an oven. The AA engine drills your head. No Gym Service.

The room cleaning service is not complete. They do not change the toiletries every day. That should always be, not on request.

Very good price. Nice room Although the bathroom dimly lit and looks like hospital would need a little maintenance. It has a disastrous cable because they see stripes and only 20 channels. It has a spacious safe so you can enter notebooks.
The room service is not so good but for the price this is fine.
Pesimo Wi-Fi disconnects and runs very slow, breakfast is acceptable. Outside the hotel it is normal to find people sleeping on the sidewalk or asking for money so it can be unlike to get in or out.
To go to the beach you get umbrellas and towels which is very good.
The staff served well although they wanted to make me pay some of the refrigerator that does not consume so I get angry and did not charge me, so be careful, they want to swindle you.

Nice Hotel, very bright room. The bathroom is dimly lit and I didn't like its style, it looks like a hospital. It offers free towels and parasols for guests who want to go to the beach, something that does not happen in Argentina. Decent attention, nothing special. The TV is not digital, the cable (analogue) is bad. The Wi-Fi a disaster. The router is very bad for the number of guests they have, it doesn't support so many connections. It's constantly disconnected. In the bank next door there are people who ask and sometimes sleeping on the street.

The room and the breakfast. Very well. The concierge was a mess and the rooms are very noisy. Not staying on the first floors.

Very nice rooms. Very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is pretty full.
The only remark is that I am staying on two occasions. The first one consumes a water from the minibar and I paid what the letter said (3 reales). On the second chance every water I was charged 7 reais saying that the difference of 4 real was for the tax (only paid 3 real Brazilians), but never gave us the tax note. In either of the two opportunities.

We loved the hotel… the rooms are just perfect. They are small but is just what you need. The bathroom is great… the breakfast was ok! the people at the hotel was helpfull, friendly and kind! we really recommed this hotel!

Sehr zentral gelegen. Der Badestrand (Copacabana) ist ein Häuserblock entfernt. Frühstück gut mit grosser Auswahl. Zimmer sauber, Wi-Fi kostenlos bis ins Zimmer nutzbar. Leider kein Balkon. The Hotel is next to the very famous copacabana beach. The breakfast ist delicious and has a wide range of tasty food. The room is very clean, free Wi-Fi also in our room and not only in the lobby. I missed a free space in front of my room, like a balcony.

Not bad, except my floor was smelling smoke for 6 days because someone was smoking hardcore in one room.

Excellent service! The photos are real. The breakfast is as they show it as well as the rooms. We install in floor 8 num is not heard any noise or anything. One block from Copacabana beach and Ipanema 6. Very near, you can walk. Variety of places to eat in the beach, shops of supermarkets, pharmacies, banks for the area. Excellent care! Really nothing to complain about. Such as ;) recommended!
