The real rating is no stars but that is not an option. When you are forced to stay in a room is flooded with water because of the bathroom sink. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you really don't care about standards at all. Bathroom sink broke and flooded room. Hotel staff did nothing about it and then stopped answering calls. They refused to get a manager and had a I don't care attitude. I have a video of the flooded room but ca't post to the review. Would not pay to have my dogs stay here.

I read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel and I trusted it would work just fine. The location is best but this is basically the only good experience I had there. First, it took almost one hour to complete the check-in. When the receptionist finally said the room was ready, I took the lift and for my surprise the cleaners were still inside my room concluding the jog. They said please don´t fight to us, we are just doing our job. Of course I would not argue with the service people, the responsibility is not theirs to make things work accordingly. I have never seeing that before, they showed to be disorganized once I was paying for one of the best room available with sea view. The internet quality was terrible everywhere. I had lots of trouble trying to use Skype video to talk to my family. The breakfast was good, with especial mention to the fresh omelet.
