Great hotel, great location, very unfortunate the day we stayed the air conditioning was not working the weather was 36 °c very hard to sleep in such heat, we asked for a fan and but they were not able to proportion it either.

No porters upon arrival, no air conditioning and they did not send water to the rooms, no one working the bar, outdated Wi-Fi technology, no light switches by the beds, the list goes on… This is a high 2 star, low 3 star hotel at best. I do not see how they have a 4+ star rating as this place is a dive.

Good hotel to stay. But the AC was not working for the 2days we stayed.

Really quiet, very good breakfast. If it's full, they have some difficulty to re-stock the food, but take your time, Vienna doesn't go anywhere.

Centrally and conveniently located, with tram in 15 min right in the center of the ring, clean, relatively quiet, unfortunately no soundproof windows, quick check in, sober and uncomfortable lobby, closes already at 22:00 pm, so a sober business hotel for Short stay, close to the akh with reasonable prices.

Clean rooms, good buffet breakfast and lunch and excellent conference facilities.

Hotel is super quiet, very clean with a wonderful staff! Be sure to walk up to the 8th floor to see the rooftop View!

The value for money is ok (€115 per night). The rooms are clean, although not very modern. Housekeeping could be a little more attentive: the mini bar was not adequately filled and the beds were rather poorly prepared than you would expect for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is good and the lunch buffet was always impeccable.

An excellent historic large hotel in Vienna with close access to all types of transportation with large clean rooms and very kind staff. The breakfast is super and the bathrooms are large and clean.

The Hotel & Parlais Strudelhofstiege is a nice "medium sized" hotel.
There is the normal hotel building which is not very spectacular and the Parlais as well as the Strudelhofstiege rose which are both very nice.
The furnishings of the rooms are European standard.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
I would particularly like to highlight the receptionist of the hotel, friendly, afloat and polite. T o p!

Nice hotel, great reception and very helpful from the staff. What is even better is the breakfast, "international" type, cleaning in the daily room, also excellent location with the tram stop two minutes from the hotel.

I really liked it. Traffic calmed in the area of a cul-de-sac, almost immediately next to the Strudlhofstiege. Spacious rooms, elegant breakfast room. Not far away from the city centre and Akh. Would love to come back.

Convenient to the Akh and the tram line D located hotel, quick and friendly check in and out, spacious rooms, slightly tarnished interior, but tolerable, otherwise more soulless and sober, bar is closed long before midnight wherein the area Rather uncomfortable, so right to feel good here is not much, but the price is almost unbeatable, that weighs a lot on…

Clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is not bad either. Parking and underground parking available for a fee. The staff was very friendly.

Quiet but centrally located in the Uni-area new hotel. Extensive breakfast buffet. Direct located next to the Lizeum and the Strudelhofstiege staircase. Unfortunately, even after three days the phone did not work. This should not happen with the otherwise high standard of service of the house. Still: Gladly again.

The hotel is great, a lot of warmth in the room but nothing noticeable I wait for the note… I recommend!

The hotel was nice and clean most of the staff were nice. Hadn't enough English and sometimes hard to communicate. No kettle in room but we asked and got a loan of one. Alcohol drinks dear too but it isv an expensive city. Although it is beautiful. Lovely breakfst every day.

A clean hotel. The fitness room is disappointing. No pool. Restaurant is open for breakfast. Reservations needed for lunch. No dinner. Clean room. Super easy to get to Vienna city centre. The staff is nice, some have limited English which made it difficult for my husband to communicate with them.

Pros: large double rooms, great air conditioning, staff very helpful when we left our phone there; not bad public transport as the D tram is very near and can take you to the train station, museums, etc.

The hotel is just fine. It is very quiet as it is in a cul de sac but still it is very central. The tram can be reached in 3 minutes, as well as the bus. There are plenty of local and supermarkets around. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is super but with 16 euros a bit too expensive, therefore a star deduction. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel gaz bir gefallen. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Im Zimmer gab es nichts auszusetzen. Sie verfügen über eine eigene Garage.

Contrary to the name, it is not a palace made out of strudel. It was quite nice regardless.

Scrambled eggs sucks. On the parking lot you can walk dogs, you can get himself something. Garden next wonderful!

The staffs are polite and helpful. The location is good enough to go around (THE RING) — within walking distance. The price is reasonable. There are supermarket and restaurant nearby. I surely will come again.

Worst waiters in world. Food quality seems illegal. And the managers walk around the restaurant like kings. Never again.
