Very nice hotel with exceptional service. The location is quite convenient, although it takes an extra tram ride to the city center. The rooms are not too big, but perfectly fine. There is a big breakfast buffet with lots of choices that's definitely worth the 10$ extra.

A comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced hotel with all the bare necessities. Furniture could do with replacement and the corridor is a bit dated. Wifi is ok but slow sometimes. We also found floor unhoovered upon arrival. Nonetheless — nothing that bothered us too much. Only thing that was bothering was the very early and persistent housekeeping/mini bar man knocking before 8 am. On a day that we had a lie in, staff had knocked on our door 5 times before noon! Mini bar man knocked once (very quietly) before he came in and thus woke us. We would still recommend this hotel but my god — don't forget the "do not disturb" sign unless you want repeated staff visits in the early hours.

Comfortable room though a little small. Perfect location, the city centre is within walking distance. Very nice staff and great breakfast!

This hotel is very quiet and yet centrally located. Many sights of the city of Vienna are also within walking distance. The service and the service staff were exemplary. There was also nothing to complain about at the breakfast buffet. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only criticism is that our room had already gotten a little old. For a city trip to Vienna absolutely recommended. Greetings!

The location is perfect you are in about 15min in the city. The rooms are big enough for two persons and everything is in it including bathtube, minibar. The only thing missing are loading spots for your devices. Service is perfect overall the breakfast service brings you everything and helps to full fill all your wishes.

Very good hotel. The team is very friendly and cares for their guests. We were very happy to be there and will certainly come back. Room was also top and even with balcony. All in all, we had a very fine time. Thank you Markus and to the Boltzmann team.

The hotel is located on a quiet side street not far from the centre. The rooms are clean but a bit old. The staff is very friendly and too accommodating. Public transport is within walking distance.

The Hotel is very pleasant. Very competent and friendly staff. In our room a little unstable air conditioner, asked to fix the problem. T. K. It Happened on Friday, frankly, did not expect that the repair will be done right on this day. Thought we would have to wait for Monday, however when came to the room after lunch, the air conditioner had already been repaired. In the best Austrian traditions! The Room is small, but very cozy. I Liked that the bathroom has a roomy locker for toiletries accessories. The Cleaning is very high quality. On the ground floor there is a great bar with a terrace. Although There is no service menu in the room, the bar is always available to order something simple in the room, such as pizza. Near the Liechtenstein Palace with a magnificent park.

The reception is very helpful. Breakfast is good it's very quiet in the night so the sleep is peaceful. Comfortable beds. Only drawback are the pillows. They really need to change them. The nearest metro is a bit far from the hotel it's a good 15 min walk to it.

Good hotel, small but with good room very comfortable and the large bathroom with all the essentials with small lift and the staff super friendly and speak Spanish with perfect indications of the attractions of the city and museums. The waitress from Ecuador comes from Barcelona and at breakfast also another that speaks Spanish perfectly and that help you in whatever you need. Maybe this hotel in Spain would be a three star. It is also not very close to the historic center of the city, but for people who have to go to college it is perfect location.

Good value for money and nice staff, without forgetting the small Apple host.

Room was a bit too warm but other than that it was fine. Could fix this by turning down the radiators.

Gold place if you are staying to visit the physics department. Good size rooms and breakfast.

Nice, clean, friendly hotel. Ideal if you go to the Volksoper for a musical! A ggod place near the U6 line. So the whole city is in reach.

The breakfast is good: The tram is fast in the centre. Comfortable room with fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom was a bit dated.

Great location close to the university, and a lot of public transport is nearby. The rooms are simple but clean, and the side road is very quiet. Breakfast is good, so it’s a good mid-range place to stay. I found the showers to be comically small, but that’s really a minor thing.

This is a great small hotel that is located in a quiet location close to the city easily accessed by the local services. Clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, helpful and take that extra step.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. After 200 meters walk 3 stations train, then you are in the center. Room service in terms of cleanliness improvement. However, after demand meticulously cleaned and a very nice compensation for the barely felt impairment. Recommended!

Good hotel in a good position, almost in centre Wien. Bathrooms need to be renewed.

Good Hotel in almost central area of Vienna, but not up to a 4 *. To review the state of maintenance/renovation of the rooms and especially the bathrooms. Very few (3) internal parking spaces with difficulty to go down and climb if you have a car type S. W.

The hotel was small walk away from the city centre, but therefore in a quiet location. The room was nice, but lacked tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel bar was also a nice place to relax after a busy day. I would recommend.

Positive: — very good location — friendly staff with leisure recommendations (Christmas market) — buffet was also very nice
Negative: bathtub and shower in a (matter of taste) — minibar / room was only for a place as given made up two persons — bartender in the hotel bar was very difficult to contact (often been away)

Very clean, pleasant atmosphere and excellent breakfast. We come gladly back :) during the next visit to Vienna.
