Very helpful guys on reception, took time to explain the various options in regard to site seeing and getting around the city and were always on hand to answer any questions, but with a real genuine warmness and willingness to reach a resolution — whether it was something for the room or booking the right restaurant.

Great location, connected to the center (1.8 km so also walking) with the 1 the D and the 40A. Very comfortable bed, hearty breakfast, friendly staff and helpful. C is also a concierge who speaks very good Italian and has been very helpful to us.

The manager on duty on Sunday 19 August, was completely unaccommo dating at the conclusion of a back roads tour, when a polite request to leave bags until a pre booked taxis was collecting us. This abrupt female manager was not even willing to listen to our monetary offer for this service. Luckily a fellow traveller offered up her room to store our luggage for 4 hours. We will not be staying at this hotel next year and our family, friends and professional colleagues will be informed of the degrading treatment by this female manager. Customer relations is clearly not a focus of this very rude and abrupt female manager.

Best place to stay in Vienna! Very well situated, in a nice, calm area, far from crowded streets, where you can feel the real atmosphere of the town, fabulous breakfast, with fresh local products, beautiful and clean rooms, very nice staff. I' ll definitely come back!

Вrilliant location, excellent Wi-Fi, terrible check-in (we havn't correct address, keybox code). Broken washing machine, dirty fridge, shower didn't work appropriate. But very useful heater at rainy day.

The Harmonie Hotel in Vienna is a real treat. We were celebrating a 60th Birthday and visited this hotel. Its staff are amazing and will help with any issues you may have and will go over and above to help you in any way they can. Our party had wanted to be booked in to stay here buy the site that we used to book our weekend city break had booked us into the apartments next door, without explaining that it was a different business and had nothing to do with this hotel. Our accommodation turned out to be substandard in the extreme in comparison, and it was too late to do anything about it. The staff at The Harmonie Hotel helped sort out the issue and although we were not resident with them, provided a cake for the birthday boy, together with a bottle of Prosecco for our party and all the help we could possibly need to make the most of a dreadful situation. During our weekend they telephoned for taxis and helped book our day out to Bratislava, giving advice about train times and printed out tickets for us when they really didn't need to do anything. The Harmonie Hotel is beautiful, is everything it seems to be from the photos and more. It is spotlessly clean and you can eat outside under the shade of canvas I can recommend it as 5 star plus.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room (superior), good air conditioning which is a rarity, excellent breakfast buffet. As Arnie would say "I'll be back"…

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. A varied breakfast buffet. Central location in the 9th district near the farmer's Square. 20 minutes walk to the city. Or by tram d to the ring road.

The Hotel is located in a comfortable position. We had a free upgrade of the room. Room and bathroom spacious and with all necessary amenities (iron and ironing board). The breakfast was good with several choices. I will be back.

Very good hotel. Very good report quality price. Well located. BUT don't go to his restaurant! Very bad kitchen. By contrast, his breakfast is at the top.

Fully renovated hotel. Very comfortable room with everything necessary. Very good bedding. Line D of the tram 200m away that takes you directly into the historic centre along the famous ring. Very good BREAKFAST with local products and Bio.

Charming hotel located in the 9th District, reminiscent of Paris. Our room. Was well appointed albeit a bit small. Clean and inviting, this hotel offered a quiet place to sleep. Our breakfast with organic food selections was delightful as we're our interactions with all staff members. If you're looking for a place not directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle, check this place out.

Nice hotel in the center of Vienna offering beautiful services. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast Tea, coffee and cakes offered at the salon from 3pm to 6pm. Tram at 200m.

Very nice and clean hotel. You reach the city centre with a short walk of 10 — 15 minutes. Very nice breakfast The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff there was very helpful. All In all it was a beautiful stay.

Very convenient for its proximity to the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood, well connected by tram line D or bus 40a, you arrive at Lev. Clean and comfortable with attentive to your needs, too bad the Italian language is little spoken.
