This is a perfectly located hotel in downtown Vienna that is modern and nice with an incredibly helpful and friendly staff. If you don't want to pay for a Four Seasons or the likes of a 5 star hotel I HIGHLY recommend this AIR-CONDITIONED (very important to make sure of while traveling in Europe) 4+ star alternative! My only warning is make sure you check the size of the rooms as the singles are incredibly small. Otherwise I love this hotel and the city it is absolutely beautiful enjoy!

The hotel is amazing. The interior design is vwry nice and the rooms are very clean. The beds are comfy and very comfortable the rooms vary depending on what you order but they're very nice. The breakfast is fancy and tasty with much variaty. And the the brrakfast area has a very nice look to it. You can also eat outdoors with the gentle music playing there. The staff are very gentle and nice. The bathrooms are large and clean although someparts of the mirror has spots. They really should add a lock to the bathroom door. I really liked the experience with this hotel.

Excellent rooms and location. The staff didn't help much, they didn't know basic information about times, restaurants, etc. But they were friendly and willing to help. Excellent location.

The location of the hotel is central, clean and warm (in winter) The room is spacious enough. Close to the museum quarter.

We experienced a horrible stay of three nights at The Levante Parliament. Upon our arrival, we had two rooms booked, which we specifically mentioned in our reservation for the rooms to be on the highest level possible. The rooms the hotel had for us was on the ground floor right next to the lobby. The first night was horrible, not able to sleep from all the loud noise. It seemed as if we were camping right in the lobby. Heard every door slamming, guests arriving. Then we were notified that the Air Conditioning was not working for the first night and it would not be fixed until the following day. The weather during our stay in Vienna was pretty hot around 80F. Additional from all the noise at night that did not let us sleep, it was stuffy and hot as well. The beds are extremely stiff and uncomfortable. The second night we asked to be changed to another floor, we were switched to the fourth floor. These rooms had insects in the bathroom at night. Really really gross. The beds were still as stiff and had a horrible other night. Worst experience staying at this hotel. The star rating on this hotel is a lie, it honestly is a two star hotel.

Was now several times professionally in the hotel and so far satisfied. Sauna is available on request, small fitness room. Breakfast is good, everything important is available. Hotel itself is super Central.

Pleasant hotel, good location, near the subway, a few places of food, you can walk to the main attractions.

The room was perfect and the staff were so kind and helpful, the only problem was the restaurant with its small breakfast buffet and not so much options in the dinner menu!, the location is perfect too!

Discreet reception, staff that does not know even a word of Italian, in compensation comfortable and cozy rooms with a buffet breakfast rich and varied.

Design hotel, perfectly located within "the Ring" (you will reach Wien's city centre in 10 minutes). However, if you don't like walking too much, public transportation stops are only 100m far. Good service and breakfast. Nice the lobby. Room is not so spacious but comfortable enough for a weekend.

Very well maintained the staff very friendly and attentive pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel was very nice with bright rooms and modern bathrooms. Downside was the service was lacking especially at breakfast… faulty towers type stuff! Also there's construction taking place directly across from the hotel (October 2017).

Not bad, nothing to do with a 5-star hotel, I would say that the three top, nothing more between breakfast and the reception are at a maximum of three people, beds not at maximum and the master bedroom with two beds, breakfast at the limit of the tolerable, if you ask the coffee with the machine who have them-you drink the coffee that is disgusting. The hotel is face to the museums, quite far from the centre (20 minutes minimum to walk from Stephansplatz, I think that in Vienna with the same money you can find better.

Very good location and rates in comparison to nearby hotels. A five star hotel potential. Gym is very small 5 machines in total and no free weights. Small sauna and a little yard in the middle. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. Parking on location is very expensive €25 pday. You can find parking 600m away from the hotel for €8. I stayed for the price it was my attraction.

Great service. Perfect area close to everything. Pity third small bed and at the bottom of the double bed. That makes it difficult to move in already small room for 2.

Price performance just don't match. Breakfast is very overpriced. Rooms are not sucked once a day. In the entrance area it smells like Gulli. So everywhere there are perfume plugs in sockets. Shower in 4. Floor had too little water. No heating in the bathroom. Towels do not dry. The parking is complicated, but at least you get a good place with a roofbox. Staff is very nice but also very rude (breakfast) The restaurant at the hotel also has excessive prices. You have the impression that the hotel wants to be a 5 star hotel, but you can afford a maximum of 3.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Nice hotel, the staff was very understanding and accommodating. The parking is quite expensive, nearby parking garages are a better deal. And there was no electricity in the bathroom. It may sound peevish, but getting a shave was quite hard to do properly outside the bathroom. If you're traveling for leisure it's a great place with a good location.

Agree with others, great location, I'm not really a lover of modern art deco and thought the rates rather expensive for the room we had even though it was, I think a superior rooms. The breakfast was brilliant with great choice. The staff were very helpful and polite, especially on arrival at reception. Thank you for the three roses for our Golden anniversary, very thoughtful.

Hotel very high price has no stars, but on booking they peddle it for 5 stars.
Small room homely breakfast not included, breakfast costs 18 euros.
Then the waitresses are rude while the waiters I met are friendly and smiling.
On the water table of the sink, with the naked eye you immediately notice that it is not pure.
The coffee you take to the vending machine, seems to drink hot water.
From the window you see the road and when they pass the machines you hear all the noise nothing soundproofing.
Fan conditioner makes too much noise as if there was a screw loose and wobbly
Parking costs 25 euro per day Ahahahah
The most important thing:
Uncomfortable beds you couldn't rest well thick blankets even in August.
The only nice thing are the cuddles of my girlfriend.

I am an American Business traveler. The rooms are of course small by American standards but contain all the required amenities. Room was clean, great location near Museumquartier. Central courtyard pleasant. Lacks pool.

Ok location near the Rathaus and the famous christmas market. Also close to the unterbahn (subway). The hotel was clean and tidy. OK breakfast, but a bit pricey.

My parents were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Cheap rate for a great room and breakfast while still being in walking distance to the inner city.

I stayed here for part of my honeymoon, and the hotel was marvelous. The staff was friendly and helpful including having an assortment of power plug adaptors on hand when the ones we brought weren't quite enough. The breakfast was far beyond European included breakfast standards with many choices of hot and cold fare plus a wide choice of juices and coffees and breads and fruits and cereals and meats. The sauna and IR bathing rooms were well-maintained and quite pleasingly hot, and my new bride enjoyed the massage she ordered. The location is adjacent to the Parliament and the Museumquartier, and public transit was quite convenient. The interior design was far from the cookie-cutter design of American-style hotels, but it accomplished design beauty without looking old and worn. Indeed, the art was modern art deco, and a fine example of it. I travel for business and pleasure, and this place would be a find in any city. Stayed May 2013, traveled as a couple.
