Really nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clean, also very satisfied near the city center. I would recommend it to anyone who comes to Vienna.

Great Hotel with Proximity to the Centre. Easy to reach by subway. Very nice and always tried staff. Breakfast very varied and plentiful. Small Shortcoming, the Underground car Park (limited Parking Space). You can only recommend travelling by Train (or Plane or metro)!

Nice quiet hotel where I stayed a second time. Small clean rooms that have everything you need. The hotel is always quiet. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. In spite of the fact that I have arrived long before Chekin, already in 10 minutes I have placed. After check-in you can leave your luggage for safekeeping and quietly go for a walk around the city. Lovely breakfasts with a good selection. The very center of the city, so all major attractions you can easily walk.

Nice, small hotel in the centre of Vienna. The rooms are small. There is a lift. Nice breakfast. Nice bathroom. Just a 5-minute walk away, the town hall and the metro station and the palace complex are 10 minutes. There are not many cafes nearby, if you do not take into account the shazurmyi, so we have to search. There is a tram stop nearby, which is the second Metro.

Everything is clean, food is good, and they are very kind people!

A very cosy and comfortable hotel right in the middle of Vienna. Rooms are well kept, breakfast is also very good and the reception staff are very friendly.

A very clean and functionally furnished hotel. Price services are right here. Breakfast is very good for this category. It is very centrally located near the city center (10 min. On foot through the park of the Vienna Hofburg) and yet very quiet. Very friendly staff. When we are in Vienna again, we will stop there again.

Location very good, breakfast lovely with good and varied choice. Bed very firm with soft pillows. Television has a volume limit on that means you can't hear it.

Great location. Near city center and metro station.

Days Beautiful. The room was very clean and spacious, just leave the towels on the ground to influence change the next day. We had breakfast included, very rich, more choice for the salty, but nothing was missing. Guests can use a coffee machine, cappuccino and tea whenever they want. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only 2 negative notes the CRT TV and the lack of sheets, ie there was one to cover the mattress then directly the duvet, not sure if it is because in Austria it works like that.

Clean room, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom nickel.
The only problem is the noise, not the noise of the street, but the intra Muros: the rooms are not soundproofed between them, and the noises of hallways are very disturbing! You can hope to sleep without earplugs between 23:30, and 06:30.
The reception is very friendly, better than most of the establishments in Vienna!

BAD MANNERS I had to cancel my booking which I did by email the day before my expected arrival. While they were quick to accept my reservation and emailed me promptly, no response to my cancellation email and they charged me for a night! but, could even email me a receipt. Sleazy business.

Nice hotel in a perfect location for Vienna. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

This is my 6th year in a row and the hotel is getting better by the year. The rooms are good and very clean, the beds are perfect and the same goes for the breakfast and the location.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Its perfect in any way. Friendly people working there, comfortable nice and clean rooms, great food and a perfect location in the city. Been there more than once and if I ever need a hotel in the city will always return there.

Rooms and food are good. Good service, however, just 30 minutes wireless internet in the lobby with vouchers is pretty uncomfortable.
