Breakfast every day is completely unchanged, eat super tired, hotel lobby staff is not very friendly, checkout is also while talking to others to help you deal with, completely ignoring you, feel very bad, we lived for five or six days, bed sheets did not even change once, completely recommended!

A really low-quality breakfast, about the hotel and rooms you can’t wait a lot because of the price, and the location maybe it’s not the best one but it’s not that bad, it takes like 15-20 minutes walking to St. Stephen’s Cathedral.

Staff is nice, one at reception was even funny, very nice welcome, bedroom was small but it seems to be the rule in the old building of Vienna, beds were comfy, room and bathroom clean, quiet place. Room facing the breakfast restaurant but not too noisy (if you dont wake up late! ). Breakfast ok (bread, cake, one fruit, ham, yogourt with fruit and cereals in it (we ate better ones), too bad they were no sausages, and no regular tea (only mint and fruity…) ). Well situated, close to the center (5 minutes to the subway, bus and tram not far).

This is a pension, not a hotel. It's clean and the room is large but the bathroom is tiny — you have to step out to dry yourself. It's very old and tired looking, furnished with heavy antiques. It's comfortable but not what I was expecting. The breakfast is adequate European style.

It is relatively narrow here but it is also a Viennese old building. However, the Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. The TV did not work, however, because the Arrival was very late we did not complain about this. Breakfast was fine, WI-FI was okay too. For 2 to 3 Nights, a passable Accommodation. If you would like to sleep longer, ask for a Room that is not right next to the Breakfast room. In the morning it would be very noisy in the Room because of the numerous Guests who wanted to Have breakfast.

The only plus is the location in the historic part of the city. For this hotel the price is overpriced — breakfast is also problematic-economy on all — of the souponly only bread and sausage.

The price is ok. What I share your criticism of the rather not very welcoming friendliness, the welcome, the Service in the morning at Breakfast. The Breakfast room is very tight.

We stayed there for one night in a 3 bed room. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Great location. Overall good value for money.

Location near the center and the metro, good breakfast, cleanliness ok, bathroom a little small but otherwise everything OK.

Price performance is right here. We were already 2x here and will book 2018 again! The staff is very nice and accommodating. My daughter asked for a chocolate cream for breakfast, the next morning this was the buffet. It is also very central.

The hotel is integrated into a valuable condo, the staff is very courteous. The place is very central and well connected to the city. Definitely come back.

Bad in everything. We arrived and the reception guy barely gave us the key. I asked about the media and the city and invited me to contact the information centre.
The sheets were dirty, full of hair, I asked for the change and I was handed the clean sheets in my hands.
The room was tiny and stuffy. (9MQ). The old bathroom with a tiny window all moldy.
The breakfast was very good Yellowish-colored milk and old cereals. Sconsigliatissimo. Don't go there!

It is a pension with what you need to stay in Vienna, the breakfast little varied but functional. It is well located although Vienna is well connected. The building in which you will find is a pension that occupies two floors on the 3 and 4 floor is somewhat old, but overall all good.

Old Board but by the great prices and in the University District. Great breakfast.

Clean rooms, good value for money. Close to the Centre. The property is located in an old building and a slightly unkempt.

Classic Guest House. For those who want to learn what it is all about the times.

Clean rooms, nice service, for a 3-star pension we should expect at breakfast but finding real juice (no water with powder), not a 0815 sausage/cheese and a cappuccino machine!
